Hello-I came in on March 21st and had my chevy tahoe washed using the Indy 500 service (as I recall) and it was very apparent that the workers didn’t vacuum or clean the inside well. Throwing away the trash would have been nice. I took pictures and was going to send an email showing how bad of a job your employees did and didn’t get around too it as work/life got busy.I decided I would try Finish Line out again and came in today. I was going to order the same service, told the salesguy that it would helpful if Finishline actually washed and cleaned the inside and out as last time it looked like nothing was touched inside. He said that they only do a light dusting and if I wanted to actually have the vehicle cleaned I needed to pay $75 + tip to get the express wash service so I went for it.This time I closely inspected the vehicle and there were numerous spots on the paint that hadn’t been touched. I told the worker that they really needed to check their washing equipment as its not working correctly. His response was that we only use our hands. My response was well the hands don’t appear to be working well.Inside the vehicle there was trash left over although better than last time. I asked him if he could wipe down the seats and vacuum the kids crumbs out. His response…if you want us to vacuum and clean the seats that’s $40 more.I’m not sure what you can do to incentivize your employees to actually clean a vehicle but the service is the worst I have seen of any car wash in my 30 years of driving. I’m happy to discuss if you think it will help but will need to find a new car wash.

Alittle confusing for a first timer, amenities are on point, I got the hand wash alittle pricey but hey its bee caves. Unfortunately still had water spots and they turned the inside of the car upside down to do a not so great vacuuming. Dont get me wrong I may have just got the wrong guy at the time. I will go back all in all Im very happy. Lets shoot for 5 stars next time.

Came here because a relative works here. They did a really great job cleaning my mess of a car. I loved the photos inside the waiting area. Very cool to see so many people and celebrities value this car wash company! I can see why, they do great work.

Do not ever bring your car to this facility. Not only did they did an awful job, I took my brand new car for a basic car wash, they used something on my car they shouldn’t and ruined all the black trim . I took it back and all they did was varnish the spot trying to say they “tried” to fix it which actually made it worse. The general manager Matthew told me they would look at the cameras to see if maybe someone new wiped or put something they shouldn’t on my car. Matthew called me and told me they more than likely they would fix my car because the camera couldn’t tell if they did or didn’t but he would talk it over with the owners. I asked several times for the owners information so I could contact them myself and was denied several times their information. I took my car to get the estimate for damages and it was 1200 to fix. Today, Matthew told me they weren’t responsible and not going to fix my car at all. They don’t stand behind their work nor back the job they do. After reading the reviews online, I regret taking my car there at all. Save your money and your cars and don not use this car wash at all.

They did a great job on my wifes car. Theyre a little bit more than some others in the area but they were worth it! Friendly staff as well.

I have been going here for ~7 years and I thought it was the best in Austin… I was dumb. Done over it. $40 car wash does not include wiping the dust off your dashboard or center console… first time ever in my entire life have I heard that is not included but an add on extra. Again not cleaning the leather etc just wiping the dust off.

The back area was not vacuumed.The back window was not wiped. As I pulled out I noticed the kittyprints on the glass. I pulled around to entrance and told a worker..he wiped the outside....opened rear door and saw him touch the rear cargo area....as I was on the side I didnt see the back hadnt been vacummed...the fact that he saw it had not been vacuumed and ignored it is not worthy of a good rating. I drive out of my way to go there, as they usually do a better job.I seems they need to retrain their employees to maintain previous standards.

We’ve been going here for over ten years now. It’s gotten increasingly worse in recent years. To start, obviously don’t fall for the “would you like us to deep- clean the interior?” Line which 3x the price. Super dirty sales trick, btw. We learned that lesson years ago. I’m referring to basic and mid-tier packages. They’re obviously all the same but even with a mid-tier package they’ve managed to do almost nothing on the inside of the car, including a basic wipe down of the dash. It’s so frustrating and ridiculous, especially given the cost. We are done!

Consistently good car wash with every level of service and add-ons. Has a nice waiting room with snacks and outdoor seating thats shaded.

I have been coming here for over 15 years. I am never disappointed in the quality and service. This place is a bit pricey but always know what I am getting.

These people are miracle workers! I had 3year old stains that I thought would never come out. I wish I had photos for folks to understand the severity of the stains. My car interior looks like new!!! Best money I have EVER spent. And you get a credit to your service on your birthday 🎂 That was definitely a surprise and delight! Im so happy with my experience at the Beecaves location. They have my business for as long as I have a car.

Outstanding work.. My truck looked like brand new. Im not sure if the express detail is worth the $70 as compared to one of the other $35 car washes...

I love this place. Seriously friendly and thorough in their cleaning. Plus rain insurance to free wash car if it rains.

They used to do a good job. Now the vacuum is OK. The wash, the last time was useless. The windshield and windows were left dirty, the door jams had just and water, soap on the rear bumper, just a total waste of time and money.

Top tier detail shop. The crew is friendly and committed to making lifetime customers. Hand wash, detail of all sorts, windshields, even dent and plastic bumper repair, they do everything.

After the Turbo wash I purchased I still had some bug juice, and dirt on my truck and wheels werent thoroughly clean. I guess you get what you pay for!! I think they could have done a better job!

Thanks to Matt and Adrian for addressing my concerns and making it right after a sub-par experience left my vehicle dirty and scratched. Adrian does a stellar job of refinishing/detailing work and I am very pleased. Matt was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get my problems fixed. I will be a repeat customer at the detail shop for sure!

Great experience! The carwash team did a great job on the exterior and interior cleaning of our 4Runner! Our vehicle is very well used on offroad trails and needless to say they had their hands full with our truck, but we were super impressed with the attention to detail and the overall end result! Highly recommend! 👍👍

Had high hopes for this place based on other reviews and the lovely greeting when I pulled in, but they didn’t even vacuum out the backseat? I paid for the Monte Carlo which includes vacuuming. Seems like they should have ran it over the back seat. Bummer.

Google won’t let me load the pics of the seats after shampooing-but stains everywhere and even new ones-Juan did say that we could bring the car back through. I’ll credit him that, and certainly change the review when it gets done,but this is what I walked away with when they were closing After paying to have the seats shampooed and a detail.

Best place to get your mode of transportation detailed or just a quick wash. Tried others all over Austin area and none seem to be able to clean my vehicle like the crew at Finish Line! Friendly staff and helpful in describing which wash is best after you explain what you want done without trying to rip you off.

I enjoyed getting my car washed here recently. They provide a whole range of services for the customer, and my basic wash included vacuuming and tidying the interior as well as the exterior. I enjoyed the fact that their waiting area has plenty of space, and that they even have a masseuse on staff if you are into that sort of thing for a minute or two. I was pleased with the results of my car wash.

Overpriced for the level of detail you get. My car looks good, but I expect it to look great for these prices.

These folks do a fantastic job! I got the mini detail and am more than pleased. We have a white dog that sheds and they got just about every hair. No place that weve ever been to comes close. Definitely will return here and recommend to friends.

Great experience. I interacted with 6 people while at the car wash, all of whom were respectful and generous. They did a great job on my car, but I really appreciate the good attitudes more than anything. Also a great store inside to chill out while youre waiting.

Best car wash in Austin. Love the attention to detail and care they take with our cars! If you want a car wash that will get the job done right the first time, this is your best bet. I’ve had some nightmare experiences at other car washes in Austin, which is why I always go to Finish Line. It’s not the cheapest wash around, but I’m a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. :)

Ive been going to the Finish Line Car Wash since they first opened. I now live in Dripping Springs and still come to the Finish Line. Great service and the quality of their wash is superior to any other car wash!!!!

I took my Mother in laws car there to get it cleaned as a surprise. My surprise was the poor job they did cleaning the inside! I wont return or recommend this location.

Wasnt busy there but didn’t vacuum the front at all (mats or carpet) and threw the back mats in sideways. Car was also still wet over about half of the vehicle when I was waived to pick it up.

Wow, this place is DETAIL oriented. Did an amazing job cleaning a very dirty sedan inside and out catching all the spots. Seriously clean! And a well run team and operation. I will be bringing my car here from now on. Awesome work guys!

I don’t live in the area but this car wash was recommended to me. I paid for a good package and asked for a specific spot to be cleaned, it wasn’t. When I checked it later it still had the mess on it. My car also had streaks on the windows and dirt on my emergency brake. I also realized that my one of my diamond earrings and an ankle bracelet that I had in a middle holder was missing. I’m guessing it got sucked up in a vacuum and nobody bothered to let me know. I’m just really disappointed. $70 down the drain. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Very helpful staff who did an excellent job walking us through the options. We ended up getting some detailing done and the work was very clean. The inside was impeccably vacuumed and wiped down. The exterior had a notable shine from the hand wash and wipe down. They shampooed the carpets as well. Highly recommended.

I honestly never review places, but I was so pleased that I felt I have to. I only paid for a carpet and seat cleaning but they generously did an outside wash and even cleaned and wiped down the whole interior. Would definitely come here again. And the free chair massage and fountain drink was just icing on the cake.

I consistently get a good car wash here. They waxed mine last week and today one of my friends complimented me on my new tires! They had actually just put armor-all on them but they look so good even my girlfriends noticed. The rest of the car looks pretty darn good too. I think this is the only car wash where I dont have to clean the windows again when I get home. They consistently do a good job. Thank you Finish Line!

These guys are amazing. I had a tough clean job but they saw it through till the end. I spilled milk in my car and it had taken days to completely pull my car apart, disinfect it and put it back together... but they never gave up on me. They even did it twice to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. Whatever the charge they are WORTH IT!!!!

They do a pretty good job overall. I have been to this place numerous times and I think a couple of times I did not have a terrific experience but most of the time they do good! I do recommend.

I was at the car wash today. They were busy as I expected. My car was washed and driven to the hill for drying etc. The car sat there for over 21 minutes before anyone worked on it. During this time all repeat all the workers left the hill and no cars were being worked for about 12 minutes. Then when they came back to work they started working on cars that arrived after mine. I finally approached one of the gentlemen who appear to be supervisors and let him know how long my car had been sitting there with nothing happening. He eventually started working on my car.I drive by several other full service car washes to get to your establishment. Im also a regular customer and recently the service has gone down hill. Thanks

Took my 2019 M4 BMW over here today thinking that this was an affordable/quick way to get my car washed. They said my name, I went and picked up my car and was really sad to see the lack of detail that they put forth. My windows had dog nose marks all over them (obviously they didnt clean them), my brand new (2 month old red paint) had swirl marks on it from them using dirty rags and they also scratched my carbon fibor mirrors with their dirty rags... Ill never EVER recommend someone to go here, now Im out $400 to get my car waxed properly in order to get the swirl marks out. #Pathetic

What I liked: It was a clean facility and they cleaned my car relatively quickly (15 minutes) with what seemed like medium volume of customers.What I didnt like: when I drove up, it was pretty clear the people who take your order are salesmen. I was offered a $59 car wash, which he quickly took off $10 because he wanted to give me a deal. I was never taken through the different options available to me. The person simply sold me a high $ wash. I opted for their mid:range $30 wash.Lastly, when the car was ready, I walked up to it and there were several spots on the roof of the car. The spots werent nearly as pronounced as they were before the wash, but they were still visible and fairly large (2 inches across... thats a big spot). My expectation is that I shouldnt see any spots that large (if any) for $30.In the end, I wont be going back.

Great place and you dont need a reservation. I like to come here every couple of weeks and do the express detail. Its just a normal car wash but then you pick a part of the car to focus on. In 4 trips you basically have a whole detail but without all the waiting.

We’ve gotten two of our cars washed here and both times the quality of the washes were subpar at best. Their impression of cleaning the wheels on our second car was spraying cleaner over the dirt covered wheels, leaving them still dirt covered, but very shiny. 😐 They also missed many glaring spots on both cars and so we had to scrub the cars later ourselves to finish the job. The 1st car we were persuaded to do a higher cost wash and it took way longer than we were told it would take, well over an hour if memory serves me correct. Additionally, our second car’s interior was shiny, but greasy and slippery on every surface after detailing, and while i’m not an expert on interior detailing, I dont believe thats the intended result. Lastly, while a minor issue, our cupholders were left with pools of water in them when we left, which we had to flag down a worker and ask them to wipe out.

Did the quick detail. There were many hands in my car for the money. I would recommend.

I have gone to The Finish Line for years and I have never had a bad experience. As soon as I pull up, the staff is there opening my door for me and greeting me by name. The people inside are so great as well. The Finish Line truly knows how to treat their customers well and make them feel special. They offer so many services like the charity bar where you can get free drinks and even ice cream while you wait. I needed my car washed terribly and even though it looked like rain I decided to take it in because they have a rain check policy that Ive used before with no problem. They always have my car out quickly and do an excellent job. They never cease to amaze me! I had scratches all along my bumper and they managed to make my car look brand new! Every time I go there I know my car is in good hands and that I will not be disappointed. I love The Finish Line!

Paid $30 for maybe a 10 minute wash. Almost no real effort to clean the inside at all. Looked dirtier than when I brought it in. Guy talking on his cell for entire wash. Outside of car was shown minimal effort as well.

I took my brand new truck there for a wash. I only had the truck one week. They put two deep scratches on both fenders and several other smaller scratches. I talked to the manager and his response was Its a black truck, what do you expect. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never spend another cent at this place. I paid $30 for a car wash and had to wait almost an hour for my truck to be washed. This place sucks! dont waste your money.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Payed 110 $ for detailed interior clean and had to return my car two times before the results were somewhat acceptable. I’ll emphasise “somewhat acceptable” cause not even after the third clean I would consider the car to be clean. I was just tired of them so I left. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place.

Tried this place or the first time yesterday... NOT impressed. I waited in line to get to the vacuum station for 14 minutes. They promise 20 minutes or less from there to the end for the basic wash, or its free. It took 36 minutes from this point, and they were very disorganized. This place could be great, but it seems like the management is terrible. I watched two cars bump each other exiting the wash, because the guy who should move them into the drying line wasnt paying attention. My car was still dirty, and they did not dry it by hand at all. My wheels were still very dirty, and when I asked for a manager, he wasnt around. I wont be retuning, and Ill be telling everyone about how horrible an experience this was. My local gas station automatic wash does a much better job, and in less than 5 minutes. Improve your service and quality, or your business will suffer.

Ive been going here for a couple of years now. My car gets detailed and cleaned in less than 30 minutes. Free fountain drinks, popcorn and frozen yogurt while youre waiting. I like how rainx is included with one of their washes.

I have taken my car in to The Finish Line on multiple occasions for a standard car wash (the most basic package - The Monte Carlo), and have been pleased every time.The most recent time, however, I took my car in was for a full detailing service because my car seemed to have a leak and the floors were flooded after a weekend of extremely heavy rain, so they kept my car for 3 days while they aired it out, took our the chairs, replaced all the foam pads under the carpet, and completely cleaned it out and detailed it. They told me the normal price for a service like this is $750, but since the water damage didnt seem as bad in the back, they would do it for me for $500 (which I appreciated, but I had no idea if this was even a fair price). I absolutely needed this detailing done as my car was already starting to smell moldy a day after I noticed the carpets were completely soaked. When I dropped my car off for the service, they said it was possible that my sunroof drains were clogged, which is typical to cause a leak like I had. They said they would check for this when they were cleaning out my car. I picked up my car a few days later, and they confirmed that the sunroof drain was not clogged and they could not detect a leak after running my car through their carwash several times.Fast forward to a month or two later, I am again caught in heavy rain, but this time I see water coming into my car and thankfully was able to prevent my carpet from getting ruined and needing to be replaced again. This time, I decided to take my car to my mechanic, Austin Vee Dub, who confirmed that it was, in fact, my sunroof drain that was clogged. He was able to clear it for me quickly. I am extremely disappointed that after such an expensive detailing service that Finish Line did not do what they said they would do, which was to check that my sunroof was clogged, and had I not been in the car when it was raining, I would have had to turn around and take my car in for another $500+ service less than 2 months after the last time.

Fantastic service, great policy to get a rewash when it rains within a few days of getting a wash. Ill be going here regularly!

I got this place right when they opened on a Wednesday morning. They got the job done in under 20 minutes as promised and did an excellent job! They also have a lovely for-charity drink and snack bar so I was able to have an espresso or soda while I waited. The staff was super friendly and when I dont have time to wash it myself, look forward to getting my car washed here.

Great service, usually. If you go in the evening, they are extremely busy and they do a great job. If you go in the morning, they are not busy, so they get lazy and dont pay attention to detail. Im not sure if its a different crew or what but its much better afternoon and evening.

I wish they were as great as they used to be. Car is still dirty after they finish. I always have to get them to go over it again. Youre pressured to buy more expensive package which is not worth it because they do the same thing no matter what you purchase. Even paid for mini detail and my car was dirty still. Maybe it is new management or they just dont care anymore

I waited for 45 minutes, spent $25 dollars and still came out with a dirty car. This is the second time I have come to this place and noticed after that they did not property clean my vehicle. Dont waste your money and time at this place because clearly this is not an exception, this is the norm.

So disappointed! I’ve come here a dozen times to get my car cleaned and decided to get my boyfriends car detailed. Paid for express detail with super cleaned dash, doors, consol, cracks and crevices in a car that was relatively clean to behind with. Not only had the the doors not been wiped down, but they had not even touched the carpet between the seats and doors, under the mat, or in the door! I pointed out the dirt and they sent it back for a quick vacuum.To my dismay, an hour later there was still a significant amount of dirt in the cracks AND upon further inspection they hadn’t wiped down the inside of the consol. .We didn’t have time to send it back again and had to leave. Such a shame. This was my go-to place but I won’t be coming back again.

This place has damaged my car more than theyve cleaned it. Nothing but problems and a complete lack of integrity from management, especially considering that the basic wash runs you nearly $25, with some packages approaching multi-hundreds of dollars.The first time I brought my brand new black car here in July of 2017, I left with a brand new white scratch/paint transfer on the outside of my mirror that Im assuming happened during the drying/polishing process. I didnt realize it was there until I got home, so I didnt bother making a fuss, but decided I wouldnt be back anytime soon.I should have stuck with this decision, but after over a year I decided to try again and see if things had improved. I noticed many missed areas while watching my hand wash happen, the carpets were barely vacuumed, and the writing on the window was still mostly remaining from intake, even after the car was turned over to me. For icing on the cake, my car was SENT THROUGH THE WASH WITH THE TRUNK OPEN, soaking a number of important documents/items and creating a puddle. Thankfully I invested in a trunk liner, otherwise the entire area under the trunk would have been flooded and would have probably caused even bigger issues.I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of effort on the part of management to rectify this situation definitely turned me off further and prompted this review. When I rushed to tell the attendant that my car was going through the wash with the trunk open, There was no urgency to stop it, nor clean up the mistake after it exited. Nobody was apologetic, and I ended up wiping up most of the water myself before it could do further damage and seep into my carpets/subframe.Additionally, there was an attempt by the staff to cover up their mistake before I could notice. When the car was driven outside of the automatic wash, someone had closed the trunk again like nothing had ever happened. Im highly doubtful I would have been told if I hadnt acted first.

Ive been taking both mine & my wifes vehicles here weekly for a while. Started out awesome but lately isnt any better than h2o locations. Took my truck in today, backsides of mirrors dirty, pockets under door handles not washed, 1/2 the front bumper dirty, bugs still in grill. They were busy but not swamped (thats no excuse for sub par service btw)

Great wash every time! From the Turbo to the Baja detail, if you want your car cleaned, this is the place to go! If you want to wait, you can enjoy some popcorn and ice cream from the charity center. Which is technically free, but put a couple bucks in the donation box, it always goes to a good cause! If you cant wait, they have a shuttle so you can get on with your day! Only wash I will trust with my ride

An upscale car wash service to take your car to if you want a thorough service with lots of options and room for detailed cleaning

First time customer. Very pleased with quality and speed of hand wash. Very little waiting at 3pm Sunday. No unlimited wash plans like the higher end carwashes back in Scottsdale but thats no reason to knock the facility. Courteous staff and clean customer lounge and outdoor patio. I see some reviews complain of inconsistency so I will watch for that as I do plan to come back. But I will also keep an eye out for a good carwash with an unlimited wash plan. 5 stars.

This is a great place. Its not an automatic car wash, they hand wash the car first, then automatic brushes do the wheels and side skirts. After, they do a thorough interior cleaning, use compressed air to blow out the side view mirrors and clean your windows. They dont miss a thing. Prices start around $20 for a basic wash and clean.
