Quality work and at a great price! They saved me hundreds of dollars from replacing my headlights (when all my headlights needed were a ‘good cleaning’). It’s a friendly staff that’s good at what they do!You’ll see in the picture collage that I tried ‘at-home’ remedies to clean my headlights myself (ie: Toothpaste, Lemon + Baking Soda, WD-40…every trick I could find on the internet), while I saw some improvement…it didn’t take long for them to return back to their original dirty/foggy-looking state (aka the top picture in the collage). Then I found Headlight Restoration Austin, and the last picture is what they did for me - SO happy with the results! It’s definitely giving me ‘new car’ vibes again 🙂

The staff were friendly and greeted me before I even got to the office by name. They were professional and knowledgeable. They had a waiting area and made my appointment as pleasant as could be. I was happy with the results, and while there was further oxidation (clouding on the inside of the headlights) they looked much better. I would say that it is a bit pricey (around 150.00 after tax) but if it does last for 3 yrs (the technician advised that the automotive quality finish they apply should last 3 to 5 years) it is easier to pay. New lenses would cost much more so I would rather do this than buy new ones for now. Fully recommended them, if you need headlight restoration.

The results are really great, my car looks so much better as well. Good customer service, I submitted a request on the website and they called the following morning. Maybe the only downside was that the appointment was scheduled a couple weeks out- no real biggie tho.

Brought my newly purchased used car here to get the headlights restored. Found this business online and Im so happy I gave them a try! The staff is professional and theres a nice waiting room with wi-fi and TV (the job took about 2 hours). I wish I took a before picture- my lights were so foggy you could barely see through them. When Eric was done, they looked good as new!

This is the first review I have ever left. I made an appointment and brought my car in for a headlight restoration, which I thought I needed. When I brought it in they explained that it was actually rock chips and damage inside the lenses and that doing the restoration would not make it any better. Good honest people here. I now have an appointment to replace some damaged window tint. I will definitely recommend them and bring my vehicle back when it is needed. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here, you will not be disappointed.

A family mechanic told me I should restore my headlights if they get fogged up. I gave this shop a call on Friday and set up an appointment on Saturday. Arin was extremely helpful in inspecting the lights and letting me know the cost. I sat in the comfortable waiting room for 1.5 hours while he restored the lights.The room had: water, coffee, snacks, Netflix, WiFi and a bathroom. Arin then came back to grab me and finalize payment ($120). This is a pretty amazing service and I was shocked at how clear he got the lights to look. He said not to wash the car for two days to allow the chemicals to fully cure and get a wax a month after. I was very satisfied by the whole experience and would totally recommend this place.

This place did excellent service with my Impala that had the passenger side headlight in really bad shape before I brought it in. The lights and the car look new again. While I was there, I even got them to tint my windows. Everybody I ran into there was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody needing headlights restored or windows tinted.

I got my headlights restored in February. I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review, because its easy to make headlights look good short term, but the trick is whether or not they look good long term. Its been nearly six months, and Im extremely pleased to report that my headlights still look like they came fresh out of the factory. Great job!

They were ready for me right when I arrived for my appointment. Their waiting area is great -- wifi, netflix. water, candy, microwave, and more. And while I was waiting I overheard the manager and employee brainstorming ways they could improve their services for customers.

I recently was in search of factory replacement of my headlights on my vehicles due to discoloration of the lens. The price to replace them were to expensive as expected. I took my vehicles to them and an hour later I had new looking lights as if my vehicles were brand new.

My X5 headlights went from yellow to sparkly clear. Looks awesome. I was able to get some work done while waiting- free WiFi. Wait time was accurate- a little more than an hour and a half.

So glad I found this place, even though driving there is a 1.5hr journey from where I live. The problem on my car was not a milky headlight, but severely cracked coating, looking like a disco ball especially with lights on. Aric gave it a try and explained to me the risks involved, as heavy sanding was required in order to get rid of the small cracks not just in the coating but also in the lens. He exceeded my expectations in every way. Looks almost like a new headlight, but saving me 1,500.- per side on my Porsche Cayman. Well worth the expense and if any of my friends car needs such service, he will undoubtedly get their business.

Wow what a great expirence, do not hesitate to go here. My headlights went from crappy dull looking to brand new! I tried restoring them myself and made it worse, Eric was able to fix what I did and bring them back to showroom condition. 100% recommend!!

Headlight crazing is an issue for C6 Corvettes in Austin due to the heat. Crazing are hundreds of small visible unsightly cracks in the polycarbonate headlight lenses. The traditional fix is replacing the entire headlight assembly which can easily run $1300 for each, not to mention labor if you dont do it yourself (you need to remove the front bumper cover). Or, you can order just the lenses for over $300 a pair and either heat gun or bake the original headlight assembly in order to soften the glue (you still need to remove the front bumper cover). Earnestly, neither option is necessary if you have Aric spend some quality time to make satisfying and amazing results! You did much more than a traditional headlight restoration Aric - Thank you!

Great experience! Aric exceeded my expectations! I just recently purchased a vehicle that had one brand new headlight and a very cloudy headlight. I was very skeptical about the restoration process but did not want to spend $200 on a new Infiniti headlight. After reviewing pictures of his work and also reading testimonials from his clients online I gave it a shot and Im so glad I did! You cant even tell the difference! Its looks great! I also showed him a spot on my back headlight that had some bird crap aftermath that had left a heavy stain that I couldnt get removed.... He did it for free! After wasting time on my own attempts to restore my headlights (they would look decent right after, but would always cloud up again after months or sometimes just weeks), I decided to look into a professional and longer lasting restoration job. It seemed that the key to a longer lasting restoration is the last step, a good UV protecting sealant/clear coat to protect from re-oxidation.I called these guys up and spoke with the owner, Aric, who was super friendly, offered to detail each step of the restoration process, and gave me a quote over the phone. What sealed (lol no pun intended) the deal for me was that they would apply their own UV sealant cocktail which would last years.They were able to fit me in that day (another appointment could not make it). I dropped my car off, and when I picked it up, for a split second, I didnt even recognize it. The lights looked brand new! Ill upload pictures of my before and after for anyone to see. Anyway, I definitely recommend these guys, and was happy to find out they also perform auto detail services so I will be back for some of that. Thanks again, Aric!Note: Its been only a week since the restoration, so I cant comment on the longevity of the job, but Ill update this review if anything changes.

Needed my headlight lenses resurfaced and tried all the home remedies and DIY products out there with no acceptable results. Found Aric on the Internet and gave him a shout. I could tell by our conversation that he knew what he was talking about, so I made an appointment. Aric worked tirelessly on my truck while I waited and even though it took a while, it was well worth the wait. This main is a craftsman and did a great job. Amazing!!! The headlights in out 2005 Volvo XC90 were terrible, they were so foggy that it made driving at night hard. We tried a similar service at Walmart and it made 0% difference. I was at the point that I was trying to talk my husband into spending over $700 for new headlights, but Aric solved the problem!!! I found Aric on craigslist and the results were amazing. The headlights looked like they were brand new again! I didnt even think it was possible to get such good results. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
