Liked the car wash, but unfortunately won’t go back. Had a 4-6 dollars in dash for random things. And just checked they took the dollar bills and all my change. Left the pennies through.
So-so cleaning inside cab. Rims poorly cleaned. Not sure it was actually hand waxed. Left streaks on doors. Tires were well cleaned. Vacuuming done well. Floor mats cleaned well. Friendly service.
If you want to have your belongings stolen from your vehicle I highly recommend the Brodie location (sarcasm)We have 5 VIP passes with H20, and use the Slaughter Ln Location primarily, never had a bad experience at that location. I was near the Brodie location decided to stop by for a quick wash (first time at this location.) Two hours later!!! I jump into my car and realize my sunglasses were missing. I called the front desk and they said there was no Manager on site to speak to. (That’s probably why their employees decide to take personal belongings from others cars.) They have no management on site or anyone taking responsibility for these types of actions. Called corporate no one resolved or took any kind of responsibility. The worst part is that I left a 15dlr tip to someone who thought it was okay to take my cool sunglasses! I guess we will take our business elsewhere, and if you’re stopping by don’t leave your belongings inside YOUR car. They are not responsible for any losses!!!!
After they gave me the keys I had to point out a lot of missed areas on the body and glass that were really visible. One of the kids doing the detailing on the inside was on his phone a lot. Every few minutes he was takinf out his phone; part of why my trip there was 2hours.
If I could give no stars I would. Took my truck there and they washed it and let it sit in the sun for an hour before they even started on it. 45 minutes later one person was wiping the tires. Walked out to my truck the guy had the doors opened with the radio full blast. I have 2 yearly passes that I purchased. Will burn them and not go back.
Spent an hour and 20 minutes waiting for a basic car wash. Don’t waste your time.
Wayyy under staffed, which I can understand happens at times. So, I waited longer than anticipated. Even with the extra wait, windows werent clean (bugs still on them and internal prints were not wiped off), dirt streaks on the car still, and paid for interior refresh after a trip to the beach but sand was still everywhere and leather looked like half of it was missed. For $65, my 13 yr old could have done as good a job
Paid $90 for a wax… I am realizing after I got home that I need to buff all of the wax off myself. For $90!?!? Upsetting to say the least.
Hi Paid for the annual pass, DO NOT PAY FOR ANNUAL PASS.I have stop and try to get my car clean before it close at 5pm a few times. I have been told that they are closing early due short staff.Not my business but hour of operation is until 5pm.Do not use Brodie location.I called the H2O and requested to speak with the manager, the Manager Brianna Cole simply told me you can use another location. She is not considering the availability for a client to go to another location or our time.Poot customer service. Negative 10+
I went by to get a quick car wash on a little car I just bought. I stood in the nearly vacant drive for 5-10 minutes and the manager? Saw me without acknowledgment and walked inside. Then I went inside and asked to get a car wash but even before I could say or do anything, he told me it would be an hour and a half wait. I looked at the lot and there were maybe 4-5 cars ahead of me and 4-5 people working. He said he just couldn’t get people to show up to work.I elected not to get my car washed because it seemed like he didn’t really want my business. If I hadn’t seen this car wash packed full of cars and still turning cars out in less than 30 minutes in the past I probably would have waited the hour and a half any way.It shows what a difference a manager makes. I don’t know what the circumstances for Zack leaving were but he was awesome. He greeted people on the drive within a few minutes either by name or a familiar “Hey! How’s it going handshake” I at first thought it was just me but it wasn’t. He talked to all the customers and recognized them and made them feel taken care of. And at the same time he would talk to the employees and on several occasions if they were busy he would go out and help clean only to stop when the next customer drove up.This guy I got nothing. Not welcoming. Not inviting. Didn’t seem like he wanted me to get my car washed. I can’t believe if I were hand washing and vacuuming cars all by myself it would take me an hour and a half to get through 4-5 cars.What a difference a manager can make.I am very disappointed.This was MY go to car wash for years. I recommended it to countless people. I even used to have memberships for 3 cars for 2-3 years. I let the memberships go because they wanted substantially more and I wasn’t driving as much during the pandemic.I used to feel valued and that I was getting a value. I feel like when I elected not to renew I unknowingly did the right thing.
This comment is based on my visit back in March 21, I haven’t been back since. The three main complaints which I still remember today were they didn’t even wipe the water off the roof! did not clean around the the back hatch, and did not vacuum out the back end either!

They did a full detail and missed several obvious spots where coffee had spilled. This was the only reason for the detail as my vehicle has all rubber mats and no carpet. The vehicle was brought back and photos taken of the large coffee spill and THEY STILL MISSED IT!!! When it was pointed out the guy was rude and hesitant to rectify it. Terrible quality and zero attention to detail.
Slow but they normally do a good job. Management needs to put the sun shade back up to protect their employees from the brutal sun.

My vehicle was washed, interior vacuuming and rubber matt washed. Surprise! they applied armor all on the matts, imagine, completely slippery. I noticed it driving back home. Absolutely disappointing.
Worth the wash but not a detail or wax. They dont seem to know the definition of details. Bugs dont get scrubbed off, if the vacuum doest fit it isnt cleaned. Windows end up smeared.Pretty good for a simple car wash
I’ve been coming here for 6 years for my car washes and when I moved to central Austin I tried many other places but none met the same quality as H20 does. I will gladly drive south or to cedar park to have my car cleaned by them.Brandon is a generous and lovely man that greets you when you arrive and guarantees you great service! Just keeps getting worse and worse. This time they didnt even wipe my from windshield inside or outside. Water drops are apparent and from the inside a layer of dust. We went to the beach last week and the footprint of my husbands shoe is still on the passengers side entry. My console is still full of crumbs. Dog hair all over (my dog is white and my interior is black). Paid a lot of money for my annual membership before covid. Its almost up. Dont think Ill be renewing.
Every time I come here my Expedia amazing they are precise and even better they are so speedy! My car leaves looking brand new every time. I’d like to Thank Brandon I am not sure his last name but he has consistency even the one to make sure I am take. Care of and sign up for the best deal. That boy can sell and he is an honest salesman! h20 needs way more of him at their other locations! Thanks again guys another great job!
Horrible. It took an hour and a half for a basic wash and they dont even do a decent job. Easier just to do it yourself.
This was the worst car detailing I have ever come across, they charged $180 for the deluxe detail and such a horrible job. The leather wasn’t even cleaned well so there was no leather treatment even done at all. The trunk was not even touched. Here are some pictures that speak for themselves. Do not recommend this place to any one it is just a rip off .

Went in for a wash and wax today, and when I left I noticed they had taken everything in the back seat and just thrown it all over while vacuuming including an expensive pool stick. Dash and windows were also still dirty as shown.Should have done a walk around before leaving, but always had it done right at the Slaughter LN location.
It was okay. Got an express detail and it was done alright. But I only paid about $95 so you get what you pay for. I needed it done quick this day but usually take my car elsewhere for detail. I would suggest to use less grease to wipe down interior of cars. That just attracts more dirt. Overall it was okay. Not 5 stars though.
I’ve been a “VIP” customer of H2O - Brodie for several years mainly because of the professionalism of Brandon and Zach. Brandon has ALWAYS been professional in his dealings with me and the people I’ve seen him engage with. H2O continues to maintain high high standard of services provided - despite the COVID-19 cut backs in the market. Brandon and Zach are instrumental in the success of this business on Brodie Lane. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.
Im not one to write a review but I had a disturbing experience at the car wash today. Brandon the manager was pressuring customers including myself to write a five star review about him. Great service! Theres a nice outdoor seating area to wait at while your car is getting cleaned. Google says they open at 8am, but because of COVID theyre opening at 9am.
I have been going to this car wash for awhile and have always received great service. Brandon is usually there when I go in the morning and he is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this car wash.

I went to the Brodie location and Brandon met me upon arrival. He was super nice and helpful. Made sure he followed all Covid requirements and fully explained all details to me. He did not push me to purchase anything I did not want. He checked in on me during my wait as well.The staff did an amazing job on my VERY dirty work truck. It is so nice I dont even want to use it for work. I would highly recommend this carwash.
I’m a annual member at this car wash and I’ve been a few times, usually they are pretty quick (less than an hour) and do a good job.Last Friday I showed up and there were about 8 cars in front of me and the manager notified me that it would be a little while, and I was thinking an hour to an hour and a half. I sat there for over 2 hours and my car hadn’t even been dried/detailed yet. Their employees work in slow motion and take 45 min to dry/detail a Honda Civic. When my car was finally finished after 2.5 hours the windows were all streaky and dirty and so were the exteriors. I understand that they may be low on staff, but their employees seem to be notorious for their lethargy. Not to mention one of the employees took a smoking break right in the middle of washing cars and then got back to work.....this place needs help if they wish to stay busy and in business. Will consider another (hopefully positive) review if things turn around.
Ask for Brandon, he is great! They always do a great job!! I get my vehicle washed a couple times a week and I’m never disappointed!!
H2O takes excellent care of my car. They do very quick and detailed work. I go in every week for a freshen up.
Terrible service. Paid $50 for wash and dressing of interior. They didnt touch the interior other than wipe it down with wet rag. Still missed places everywhere. They basically charged me extra for extra services they didnt provide. I got a basic wash at an upgraded price. This will be the last time I ever go there.

Have used H2O on Brodie for last 3 years. Have always been happy with the service and the pricing. Brandon was especially helpful in having scratches buffed out of my truck and for a fair price.
The service and staff are AMAZING, they washed my car and dry it so fast also the wax it. The lady in the front is so professional and explain all of the services and special offer. This is a MUST visit location and the packets are great value. Grateful and Thankful to all the staff 🤗

I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences at the h20 car wash off of Brodie lane. Zach, the manager there, always takes great care of us and makes sure everything is done to our satisfaction, and the staff is always so friendly! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely the only place I will ever trust with my car from here on out!

Cost me a complete wash (which I did not need $8) to use a vacuum system that had no suction power. So another words a complete waste of time and money.
Ive used this H2o a number of times over the years and I give up. Every single time I go there the windows come out dirtier then when I took the car in. You drive into the sun and all you see are streaks all over the place, it looks like they use oily rags to wipe them.
Please do something about the homeless people taking showers early in the mornings using your car wash bay. Not sanitary at all. I have called three times. Not good Also they are using your electricity to charge their cell phones they all walk over from the over pass in which they reside,God Bless you All praying forYou.Thank you.

I came here a couple days ago to get my car washed .brandon the manager never wears his mask . very disrespectful this is supposed to be a business. all the times i have came to this location he always has the same attitude.when he goes out side to smoke and comes back in no washing his hands so unsanitary.
I have never had so much amazing service by the folks at this H2O car wash. They know us when my husband and I drive up in separate cars for them to detail. It’s worth every penny because of the beautiful results and the friendly service.

I had a TON of dog hair in the back seat. Like completely coated the whole back of the car. H2O staff were so friendly and worked quickly to get all of it out.The only head’s up I would give is that this particular location apparently closes by 2:30.

They did an excellent job cleaning the car but was told when I entered it would take 35-45 minutes. I was there for more than an hour. Great place if you are in no hurry.

Was talked into the special for $75 by the manager for complete clean including wax on Sunday 7/28/2019. Told him before going with this special that I did not have a lot of time. He said 30-40 min. I said ok. 1.25 minutes later I find my car done no one announced it. Only to find the wheel wells on my car were never touched. They get the manager (who happens to be the guy that talked me into the special). He was rude when I pointed out how dirty it was and asked well, what do you expect, My reply was a CLEAN car when it is done. I wiped my finger on the car and it was black and showed it to him. WILL NOT BE BACK. Nor will our fleet.
I went to this location a few weeks ago and had forgotten to take all the cash out of my car. It was about $20 in singles and fives in the center console and it was basically stolen. I called the office and they were like, yeah people are untrustworthy. Dont leave anything valuable in your car. I just cannot believe people are that dishonest. I wont be back to this location.
I paid for an executive wash and still need to clean my car. New adult footprint left in the middle of my back seat! The cleaning was supposed to include conditioning my leather seats! Dirt left in all of my floor mats. I will not go back. I think if you just need a wash, they do an “ok” job.
My husband went yesterday to get a car wash by H2O, We have not been to this location in a while and thought we would take a chance. My husband waited over 30 minutes just for them to pull his car back. There were other customers there complaining because multiple of your employees were on their phone and not working. We got to the point of where we just wanted our car and be gone. When we got into the car all the papers were pulled out of the side doors, the cup holders were turned inside out and all our change was missing. If this is what it comes down to I understand its change but its just the principal of personal property. We should of went somewhere else. Very disappointed w/ this location. Last night we looked at car and the back is not even clean. There are areas of dirt that were not cleaned. Please get a handle on your employees so other customers dont have to go thru what we did. Thanks.
The manager brandon is one of the worse managers i’ve ever came across rude to his employees bad language in front of customer very rude, disrespectful will not be coming back to this location
Im pretty happy with the way they cleaned my car. I spent $18 for the basic wash which only included the exterior, but they also do the inside windows and they put that shiny stuff on the side of the tires. I feel that overall they did a pretty good job and they took their time making sure the car was thoroughly cleaned and dried. I went on a Saturday morning around 10am and I waited about 20 minutes.I probably wont go back any time soon since $18 is a bit much, but if I ever want a nice thorough wash I may go back to this location.

Outside of car was washed fairly well upon leaving the station. Once I got home I realized they must have used super dirty drying cloths because there were marks all over my car from the cloths themselves. I paid to have them add dressing to the interior and they touched some places and not others. Not to mention they never vacuumed either. I asked if door jams would be cleaned and they said “yes” but it looks as though they ran a dirty towel over the front two and never touched the back. Not worth $40.
I normally go to the one on Slaughter Ln but after coming to this location i will only come here from now on. The guy, whose name escapes me, who asks what kind of wash you want is awesome. He has such an impressive attention to detail. The customer service at this location is second to none. I dare anyone to visit and say otherwise. Forever a customer of this location from now on!
Must be hit or miss at this place I was there Saturday March 10th thinking I was going to get the equivalent car wash to the last time I was here but... just a quick wash outside and vacuumed up the biggest chunks inside no interior wipe down still had dust on the dash and console it cost me 30 bucks and I even left a $5 tip. We were there about 40 minutes watched other people complain about inadequate interior job. Thought I had found a good consistent car wash to come to in Austin. Nope!!!
My cars first time getting a professional wash!I came on a Sunday morning and was greeted upon pulling into the lot. My car was in and out within 25 mins and looked way cleaner than Ive been able to get it.Nice little waiting room area. Efficient and nice employees. Ill be back!
Paid $80. For hand wash and Nano wax. Had to ask them to clean rins again. The dashboard had to be redone because it looked like they took one swipe and that was it. Windows were smeared. Disappointed, 80 dollars isnt chump change. I will not go go back.
Overcharged me for less than ideal service. I recently got an Executive wash at this location. I drive a stock, 4-door F-150 and was charged $55.00 for the service. I initially thought that was higher than the first time I visited, but wasnt sure so I just brushed it off. (I later called and asked how much they would charge me and they said $40!)After they were done washing my vehicle. I drove home and then noticed there were a lot of sections of my truck that had not even been touched. I could tell because some areas had been wiped super clean and others still had pollen/dust on it. I was very disappointed.I also noticed that the interior of my truck hadnt been touched either. The guy who charged me the $55 told me they would wash my truck, dress the tires and wipe down the interior (which is what it says online thorough wipe down of the entire interior (dash, displays, seats, doors, door pockets, cup holders, console, etc.). My dash was as dirty as it was when I took it it and also had not been touched. There was dust still on my dash and console and coffee stain on the cupholder. My seats had also barely been wiped down.I definitely will not be back at this location and I will probably not use H20 Carwash again. Overcharged me for less than ideal service.
The wash was mediocre. Lots of dirt remaining at the end and smudges on the windshield. Had to redo at home. Also, a set of keys and garage clicker were stolen from my vehicle. They werent for my house, but for a house that I house sit for frequently (hence why they stay in my car). After getting home, I noticed they were gone. Management wont return my calls. Screw these guys. Reported the incident to APD in case other people report items missing from this business.
Had my brand new car broken into, my phone stolen, and a friend throw up in said car. I came here to get the leftovers cleaned out from the night before, and lucky it was a small amount. The guy that helped me out, Zach, went above and beyond to get it taken care of. They even found and peeled off GLUED ON stickers that some random a-hole put there the night before in downtown Austin. They took care of the mess in less than 20 minutes, and I was on my way. Thanks, again, Zach! I appreciate your help!
My sister, my father and my husband all had a great experience here. I decided to get my car cleaned inside and out since they all raved about it. I went above and beyond what they did (simple washing and vacuuming). I paid way too much for a shampoo and detailing. It took 2 hours, and Im not complaining about the time, but I needed to leave and didnt inspect it well because I was tired of being there.There was crud on the inside of the window which should have easily been cleaned off. I didnt notice until I drove away. The steering wheel left my hands feeling tacky. Much of the console was still wet and I had to get a towel out to help dry it off. The seats were drenched, not just damp. After 6 hours with all doors and windows open in afternoon Texas sun, and some seats are nearly dry, but the driver seat is still drenched. I had the rugs laying in the sun on boxes and they are still wet. Ill probably end up with mold now. I wont be going back. I think Ill just buy my own wet/vac and do it myself, I would never put that much water on the seats.
Please do not go to this place. They spoiled my car interior cleaning with oily rag. I had to clean multiple times after coming home. They do not do the detailing properly. Spent nearly $100 and got an oily interior. Worst cleaning ever had

Ive read mixed reviews of this place. Granted, one needs to be diligent when getting into their vehicle becuz the work is not consistent, missing dusting the dashboard, shining the tires, getting smudges off windows, and my biggest peeve (as Im 6 with a 35.5 inseam) not setting my seat back to where it was when I brought it in.The helpers know me and my vehicle since its the only spaceship-looking vehicle that comes in regularly (bought the VIP membership) and its TINY, so in the dead of summer, theyre so happy to see my car. Despite that, and knowing theyve points theyve missed, it STILL happens. So be diligent.Otherwise the entire staff is very cordial, friendly, greeting ones quickly, new or regular, helpful in getting the best plan for a multi-package deal, opening doors when walking in, coming inside to obtain the vehicle owner, not just flagging from the outdoors...
Horrible glass and streaks. Got a nice detail a few months ago. Returned on Jan 5 for a basic wash and dude acted like I was disrespecting him. Car looked clean when done in the shade but at home in the sun all streaky and the glass was horrible which was all I was really looking for and I had specifically asked for that. Ill try other options on Brodie next time. I agree they reuse rags and dont watch quality.
My wifes car looked terrible inside, despite them charging us for the $35 wash. The cat hair I didnt expect to come out easily, but they clearly didnt even wipe down any of the dash or wash the inside windows.

This place is amazing. Anyone who says otherwise is spoiled rotten. It is a great car wash and for the money, its the best you are going to get. I love taking my car there because they make her look pretty and shiny. Granted, I dont look under the wheels because they dont claim to clean under the wheels. But they do a nice job on the inside and outside of my car. They rock!
It took an hour and 20 minutes for a basic car wash. They didnt go in order. Several cars got there after us and left before us. Car still had spots. Never again.
Premium price for average service. Charged $10 extra dollars and left sand in 2/3 of the floor mats. First and last visit. Outside looks decent but not worth $35.

The detailing was not up to par; the dash still had dirt and leaves on it, the door pockets, hand holds, and cup holders were still dirty. The vechicle did not feel like it had been hand waxed. So disappointed.
Inside & out cleaning. Sunday, hot & sunny, long line: I brought hubby home knowing it would be a long wait (it was a little over an hour). A bit skeptical of the anticipated result given the long line (will they rush through to get everyone in & out, sacrificing quality?) Short version of the review: Sadly, the answer was YES.Details:Before going, my husband spent about 45 minutes cleaning the car out. Besides unloading general stuff, he removed nearly all the trash (while I chuckled, isnt that what THEY do?). Wisely, he wanted to ensure they would focus on making it showroom clean, as advertised.$55 WITH a coupon (I thought it was a voucher for a free basic exterior & interior cleaning, but I could be mistaken). Big sales push to buy a 6-month package (VIP/Executive).Well, the cars cleaner than it was before, and the tires are nice and shiny. But showroom clean? Far from it. A 6-8 inch strip down the middle of the roof of the car was missed completely (dont know if the pic shows it very well, but in person, its obvious) - I chuckle, because his car is low to the ground vs my SUV (um, if arms arent long enough, dont they have a long-handled cleaning thing?). I can only imagine the rooves of taller vehicles - are they washed at all?Interior: disappointing. If I knew he was going to pay $55, I wouldve asked him to pay me to do it & have it done right! The majority of the let-downs are the front console, missed gear shift well, inconsistent interior shine, lack of attention to corners/crevices.Based on our experience and other reviews Ive read, I believe there is a serious quality control problem:Recommendations for improvement:1. The store manager should initially assess each vehicle and provide the customer a timeframe that takes into consideration # of employees, # vehicles in queue, the customers service order, AND the amount of work/time that will be likely needed to produce expected stellar results (for example, super filthy interior = longer time to clean).2. Upon completion, the store manager INSPECTS the vehicle before asking for payment. Ask the questions: Is the result something you are/H20 should be proud of? Is the result worthy of a 4 or 5 star review? IS the vehicle, in fact, showroom clean? If not, CORRECT THE PROBLEM - either do it yourself or ask your employees to go over the areas missed. If Yes to the questions: PRAISE the employees, be proud of a job well done, request payment, and expect happy & returning customers!3. If the initial assessment reveals a situation that may result in a less than stellar result, the manager should be upfront with the customer BEFOREHAND. Either a simple, Well do the best we can for your request (amount expected to pay/timeframe, if the customer wants fastest service); or admit the need for longer time needed to produce quality work, include extra fees, do the best possible work, and point out & explain the areas of challenge - what was attempted/used and/or how long it took for the attempt(s).To me, a process like this would produce cleaner vehicles, happier customers, happier employees (improved dedication to doing a good job), improved ratings, improved reputation for demonstrating dedication to quality work, and improved business revenue.4. If No to #1 & #2 above, then I suggest changing the wording of the website: Hand-washed vehicles (were human and may miss spots), and well make the inside of your vehicle at least cleaner than it was.I had always thought H20 Hand Car Wash & Detail was known for quality work - at one point, it was THE place to go. Perhaps the problems are just for this location.
My car windows were smudged up with a rag covered in some kind of oil. It took me more time to clean up after them that I would have taken to do it right the first time.
It’s either a Hit or a Miss... they usually do a good job, but don’t go when it is really busy or during last hour of the day.

I went in early on a Wednesday. They were not very busy so the wash was very quick. The sales guy recommended the Express detail. took about 45 minutes, the car came out looking very clean. My only complaint is the rims still have some dirt on them and the inside look greasy. Expected a little more for $65, but overall Im satisfied.
Over priced for same work. Got the same work done 2nd time in Express wash for 40% less cost.
Great service. Could have removed all the dirt off the body completely but it’s better that it was.
Ive never really had a great experience here. Every time I leave, I always find something they missed whether its bugs still on the front of the car or dirt in the back of my SUV. My 2 dogs often ride in the back of my car so theres always a good amount of wet nose marks on the windows and black dog hair on my tan interior. After leaving there today and paying $35 for the executive wash, the back window in my SUV wasnt even touched nor was the entire back of my SUV vacuumed. I had dog hair and grass all over the back of the car. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.... or find another car wash that actually cleans cars.
Very professional car wash, it took awhile but I understand attention to detail isnt a quick thing
Ive been going to thus location for years. The quality has dropped in the last six month. What i really noticed is the amount of time ittakes to wash a car. in the past it took about 15 to 20 minutes...now you best plan for 30 minutes to an hour. Doesnt seen like the have near enough employees working outside.
I dont understand why its so popular. Took over an hour and they missed spots. Windshield still had bird poop on it.
The basic wash is $18; no problem right? Wrong. This wash does not include wiping the interior doors.... to wipe the doors it is an additional $12! Wow.
