My 4 year old son attends taekwondo classes here. The instructors are warm, friendly and adept at handling children of all ages and they ensure a disciplined environment. Most importantly, my son enjoys his time here and looks forward to going to class.This school is great for adults too. First off, Arrash Atlasi is a great individual. A man of his word and wonderful business owner; my interactions so far with him have been nothing short of stellar. The academy is always in high quality condition and clean. The atmosphere is very inviting thanks to the ownership and people that attend. Secondly, Jesse Palmer is a fantastic instructor in BJJ and provides high level teaching that youd expect when training. If you are considering signing up or even trying out some classes dont hesitate to stop by or reach out you definitely will not be disappointed. It can seem daunting at first if youve never tried it and it was like that for me but now its another hobby that I really enjoy.

I was looking for a martial art academy for my daughter and we started with Arash Sir. He is one of the best professionals trainer we have even met. The entire set of teachers at academy are so nice to kids and help them realize their true potential. The environment is so positive that our child looks forward to going to class. Kids not only get trained on martial arts but also taught importance of it in life. The academy is one of the brilliant place ever seen

Atlasi Martial Arts is a very friendly environment for all ages without sacrificing the warrior ethos. Academy instructors will build your technical proficiency. All the programs are great and embody what martial arts should be. My sons and I are grateful and I’m sure Ares approves as well.

The teachers are great, at teaching young kids self defence techniques. I can see a change in my daughters attitude. This is helpful in her overall development, as well as disciplining her. She is always motivated and excited for the classes. Its a big thumbs up to the instructors.

5/14/21 Update: My son Amir has attended the Academy a little over a year and a half. He enjoys his time here and has ranked up to Blue belt, and being this and skating this is his sport. Atlasi Academy has allowed him to focus and perfect his technique. He isnt the best but he is no slouch either. There is a saying Train as you fight and this is how he goes into train. You can be as fancy as you want, but you are nothing w/o the basics. The instructors here really do care about the students and demand their attention when they arent focused in class. How bad do you want it? #COMEREADYTOTRAIN

I started kickboxing in mid December, the classes are 40 minutes long but that 40 minutes its an intense cardio workout, I come out every time like I am coming out of the shower. I can totally see the difference in my body since the day I started the class. My body is definitely stronger and I can tell the difference in this little time.This class not only has helped me physically but also mentally, it gave me a growth mindset and helped my stress and anxiety a lot throughout the difficult time of my life. Both Arash and Korosh are really attentive, motivating and knowledgeable. They have build such a positive environment for their students.

Joined the Atlasi academy about month ago, My first experience going to martial classes and it’s been amazing, such a caring and motivating coaches. So much positive energy and great attitude . They have different classes for different age ranges, It’s much much more fun than going to actual gym . You can Burn lots of calories and learning self defense at adult kickboxing class . I wanted to train my 6 years old son in any martial art.Then I found this academy right next to my home.The very first day my son did not even enter into the practice mat and was extremely shy to respond to the masters. But the masters were so kind and excellent in handling kids. Then he picked up things faster. He is going to complete an year of training now .My son is a very happy learner and progressing to senior green belt. I and my family are very thankful to the masters and the academy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Arash has been great with my son who needs to focus. He has improved so much. So much so that I am motivated to take his adult classes. Arash is a great instructor with children.-Edit Aug 14 2018: I thought this school was only good in tkd for kids and adults. They have 2 other instructors who teach Muay Thai and Brazilian jujitsu. Coming from a Muay Thai and TKD background, Ive always wanted to learn ground fighting. Its one of the most respected arts in the world of MMA. So I ended up taking Brazilian jujitsu taught by Jesse Palmer (Soul fighters). Its a small class so you get great 1v1 training and you have enough people from other soul fighter schools to roll with. Classes wont stay small forever.

My 8 year old son has been going here for a long time now and he absolutely loves it. Best part is even if we are delayed to pick him or have to leave him early, we can do so and they take very good care. Mr.Arrash is always available to address any concerns, counsel students n is extremely approachable. I have also been taking yoga classes on Sat and is very different than other yoga institutes. Mary (yoga instructor) takes personal attention in correcting poses. There is a personal feel around this whole institute.

Mr. Atlasi has instructed our son Noah since 2011. We chose Mr. Atlasi to instruct Noah for both physical aspects - as Noah has dealt with a heart defect since birth and we wanted him to maintain strength - as well as build his confidence in himself and with other children. Mr. Atlasi shows compassion while maintaining the idea of respect for others as well as self. We have watched as Noah has grown to a young adult, now 12, and gained self-worth, confidence, and compassion for others. He is now a Black Belt and shares his pride of the instruction he has received as well as the family atmosphere within this community. And we are so grateful to Mr. Atlasi for being such a significant and influential role model in Noah’s life.

I had a detailed discussion with Mr. Arrash Atlasi before I enrolled my son to martial art classes. The thing which I liked most is they not only teach students martial arts but life values and self defense. They are best in their field and I think I took a good decision. They are very flexible and always approachable for any discussion and clarification.

I highly recommend this place, really great instructors. My kid learned a lot & shes improving every day. Even during the pandemic, Mr. Arrash didn’t let the spirits of kids down, they provided online classes & continued the training. She enjoys it very much & learning valuable real life lessons.

My 6 year old son was going to Atlasi Martial Arts Academy from almost a year now. He never likes to miss a class. Excellent training. Trainers are really good. Mr.Arrash, Mr.Travis and Mr.Korosh and other staff members are very professional and polite. Some times i leave early and pick late, They have kids room to stay for some time and play games or do home work. Many of his friends also stared going to this Academy. Training facility is spacious and lot of equipments.

The staff and training is good. The only thing I miss here is that, students does not have an opportunity/guidance to participate in various competitions such as district level/state level.Other institutions provide guidance and make arrangement for students to be evaluated for the competitions.

Atlasi Martial Arts is an amazing place where people can work hard to improve themselves. The instructors are incredibly welcoming and do their absolute best to help their students improve.I highly recommend this place for people of all ages!

Ive known Jesse for a few years now. He is a world class black belt and one of the most caring people Ive met. He will help take your jiujitsu to new heights and will make you feel truly cared about in your own personal life. If you are in the area make sure to give this place a try.

Having no martial arts experience whatsoever it was awesome to find a school that is so welcoming to those who are looking to either come for the first time or continue their training. I take the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes taught by Jesse Palmer and have nothing but positive things to say. Jesse is a patient teacher and a wonderful person. The entire Soul Fighters family is more than welcoming and provides a supreme place to come and hone your skills. If you want to come train and become part of a community that cares about seeing your improvement then this is the place.
