Someone cancelled and we were lucky enough to get squeezed in! Our first time.to this location. They did not disappoint. So welcoming. So clean AND OUR NAILS ARE AMAZING! Plus the chairs are ridiculously comfy. Always love coming here. Definitely worth a visit.

She did my nails after a bad nail experience at another place & she did a wonderful job. I had gel pedicure and full set. She was the sweetest and took great care of all details i wanted. Will always be coming back here!

This is by far my most favorite nail place ever. She is the best, totally friendly and fun. And their prices and very reasonable.

This nail salon is very unprofessional. When you walk in they will not even acknowledge you. When you try to bring anything up the demand what you want very rudely. I made an appointment 4 days in advance and when I came in on time had to wait 30 minutes. In between helping me they started working on other clients, extending the time I was there. They did not apologize. Gone here several times and had terrible experiences. This will be my last time going here.UPDATE: I got my GEL MANI on Friday, it is now Sunday and 3 nails are completely peeling off. Terrible service and terrible quality. Don’t even trust them enough to fix this.

I love my nails. This was first visit to this nail salon and they did not let me down. After over a year, due to COVID, todays mani and pedi were both exceptional!

The place is very large and clean. Pricing is about the same as everywhere else. The following issues prevented me giving more stars. There was absolutely no conversation from the guy doing my pedicure. Infact, not 1 word. I had to ask for the menu to pick my service. He just sat down and started doing my pedicure before asking what I wanted. There was no interaction among the clients and the staff of the other customers either. They carried on a steady conversation, among the workers in their native language, which I found annoying as the place is so big they were yelling over top of all the machines running. It was very uncomfortable for me. There was no TV to occupy myself in lieu of talking. I just sat there staring out the windows. The pedicure itself took less than 30 minutes and that was the deluxe version. My toes looked nice when finished. If you opt to try here bring a book, phone or tablet!

Had appt at this salon, went in was ask why we were there, my friend and I both had medi-pedi’s we were not greeted by the people doing the nails no introduction or anything I had a female and friend had a male don’t know their names since they didn’t tell us the girl I had cut my toenails way too short even clipped my toe on my left foot I have had to keep antibiotic cream on it now for 3 days, ask for a design on my big toe she used STICKERS who does that and then charges for it of course they have already come off, the manicure was just a general one and the polish has already chipped on 2 nails. I have my nails done every 3weeks, we were here out of town and this is absolutely the worst experience ever I would not recommend this salon at all 50 bucks for nothing and will have to go pay again to have them done but have to wait till my toe heals.

Tom is the best. I’ve had acrylics with gel, French, glitter etc always happy with his work.

I had the best pedicure I have ever had at any nail salon EVER! It was so great! The wax and stone massage was worth every penny! I felt like a princess! I’m new to the area and have gone to a couple of places and I feel like I’ve finally found my home for a “me day”. The customer service is unbeatable!I suggest coming here.

I have been going to happiness since they have opened. They give excellent customer service. Great value. You get longer feet and leg rubs then anywhere else I have been.

Been getting my nails done with Tom for like 8 years now, only one I trust with my nails! Always happy with the results. I feel like he really takes his time to insure beautiful results!!

Ive been going to this place for the past 8 years. I refer it to all my family and friends. Now all my family and friends come here. Over the years the popularity of this place has definitely increased. I recommend making an appointment to speed up wait time. Otherwise you can be waiting for sometime. They need more chairs in the front for people waiting. They only had 4 available when I went last.

I had left my tablet in the store and about 20 minutes later after searching my car I called asking if they had found it, they said no. I was one of the last people in the shop, the others being my family. I called again the next morning and it was still mysteriously not there, but the girls attitude was. Either they dont do a full cleaning of the store or someone has sticky fingers.

Since I’ve moved to California this past year I haven’t found someone to do my nails the way I like until I went to Happiness Nails in Vista!! I Always go in with a new design or color and they NEVER disappoint me and they are affordable!! I love them

This place is in Vista CA. I felt like a Princess at this place! I had a manicure and pedicure, one person was doing my manicure and the other the pedicure and they have the nicest massage chairs. I was in Heaven!!!

I usually make an appointment but when you walk in a 10min wait is worth waiting. It can get busy but that only shows how good this place is. I would always come back to this place

Be ready to be practiced on, for bad customer service, for a bad experience. They’ll take advantage of you . If you look closely - they don’t switch out their nail tools. Watch how they pass the electric file around, from toes to hands .

I did not like the job they did, they were crooked and when I asked then to fix them they complained they were not crooked as they clearly were. She then proceeded to act like she was doing me a favor the whole time. I would not recommend this place.

I have been coming to this nail shop for 13 years. About 1 year ago the service began to fail. You have the impression that they are talking about their customers right in their faces in vietnamese. You would think that a long time customer would get great service but its like they dont care anymore and start to treat you like they are doing you a favor. Complaining how busy they are etc. My nails are natural and started to turn yellow and break a couple days after I got them done. I mentioned it and sitting there another customer walked in and complained about the same thing. Im sure its the product but the attitude they responded with surprised me. Id never thought after 13 years I would say Im never going back but Im done. There are too many others to choose from. At the end of the day I have been a loyal customer l, followed them to three shops on top of that each time they moved. It makes me sad but..Im done.

I couldnt believe this place was charging for hand sanitizer 1 dollar a pump.

In you EVER need your eye brows done, request Janet!! I have trusted her with my eyebrows for the past almost 10 years. Anyone else and they do not come out the same. I get compliments on my eyebrows every day.

I asked to get chrome colored nails along with a manicure and pedi. My nails have holes where the product sunk in and they still have the audacity to charge $75? I told her look at my nails they literally have tiny little holes everywhere. The nails are bumpy and you can see the base color on the corners.They denied a discount at first but ended up taking $10 off?. She said i still got the manicure and they have to charge. My nails look horrible, i have to go somewhere else now and fix them. Do not go there completly unacceptable they shouldnt let people walk out like that. I wish i could post a picture, its that bad.

I went in there today with my mom we both got medi pedis both gem & at the end the lady who attended me asked me if I wanted to know the price I said no it’s okay I’ll wait till my moms done and she said my price regardless, leading after with her saying that’s expensive don’t you think ? I said no not really if you think about it and she said it’s a lot are you sure you can pay we don’t need you saying at the end you can afford. I was super disgusted I payed my fee and she still had the nerve to ask for a tip

I have been going to this place for about 6 months for acrlyic nails. I have been worked on by 3 different workers all the same great results everytime. Today I went in and I was given to a new person that I had never seen there before. I was a little aprehensive but didnt say anything. I asked the lady how long she had been doing nails and she replyed 12 yrs. I went in for a fill and was there for . 1 hour and half I have been getting my nails done for over 20 year and I know a fill by an experance person does not take 1 1/2 hours. Not happy not sure if I will be coming back the nails are thick she cut them way to short and the polish is streaky

Do NOT LET ANYONE IN THERE TOUCH YOUR EYE BROWS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE.... I went in there to get my eye brows done, they grew back in all the way, so i was expecting a good arch and some much needes tweezing and waxing done. All the girl did was wax the top bottom and middle then continously eubbed my eyebrow with a cotton ball until it got sore and thought a little bit of lotion would soothe it... ummm this burn will show up latet, then scap over thanks to thr dummy they let do my eye brows... Id give a negative review if it was an opton.

All I tried to do was call to ask a simple question and when they answered they held one of the buttons on the phone really long & it was loud and super rude. I will not be using them

They charged my credit card double, told me I had to bring them in a bank statement, and then it took me two days of calling and very hard communication to get a refund. They only gave me half of the refund even though they said they would give me a full refund. Very poor customer service. DONT GO HERE. I am very displeased.
