We needed to make some improvements to my house before putting on the market but with a strict budget. Anthony and his team thought of creative ways to re-top my outdoor grill, redo the bathroom floors, and stain our cabinets among many other little things that tremendously increased the value of my house without breaking the bank. In addition, Ive been using them for about 9 years and Ive also used Renaissance to replace carpets re-spindle my stairs, painting, fence repairs, and they even replaced my roof after the big hailstorm in 2009. Overall great work with personal attention and I would highly recommend them!

I called Renaissance Contracting for a wide ranging list of repairs. I was very impressed with all the work, and the timely manner in which it was performed. It was a huge benefit to have one place that could get everything done. It is a true, one stop shop! A great go-to guy.

We had a very different experience from you folks giving them 4-5 stars. I would give 0 if I could. Terrible, un-professional sub contractors. We had people show up here for work, with their kids, we had guys selling a car in front of our house -the first day. They broke our garage door, left the water hose running more than once. Painter was terrible. You are only as good as your subs. They said we were getting the A-team. They were not on time, sometimes didnt show. Disrupting many weekends. Our job was a side job, felt like. Not important. Beware of this company.

If you are doing a remodeling job, do not pick this company. They were not very knowledgeable about remodeling work. It seemed we knew more about construction than they did in many cases. Their carpenter was an amateur. We had to constantly correct them on poor work. They kept wanting to charge us more money to fix their mistakes. They kept saying they were doing such poor work to save them money. They kept making excuses that they had to make the wall crooked to match up with existing framing. In the end we ended up with wavy walls, and now we are now having to spend more money to fix the mistakes they made. We wasted a lot of money with this company. They do not care about quality work.

Renaissance helped us with a huge remodeling project last week with a lot of moving parts and they pulled it off masterfully! Tristan and Sean ensured everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing and that all materials where ordered in time., Highly recommend this company for all of your home remodeling needs!
