I love that I can see everything mocked up in a 3D render before I commit to getting it installed into our bathroom.

My experience so far concerns the planning stage. I was contacted by Charmaine from Bamboo and she was very easy to communicate with. I felt she understood my vision regarding my shower remodeling. So far I have met with the designer, architect and Charmaine and I felt comfortable with all concerns. We spoke of many things that would enhance the project as well as ideas that may not be feasible to the project. I did not feel there was any issue that was not discussed, during this meeting. All meeting were conducted via video conference which I prefer. I feel very comfortable with this company and have other house remodeling projects that I looking forward to using Bamboo as my contractor. We are in the planning stages as I advised earlier but I plan to review the overall project when it becomes completed.

Bamboo was very quick to respond to my request for a 3D scan of our space. They had their camera operator to our property within 48 hours of our request. It took about 10 days from the time of the scan to receive the link to see the 3D scan of our house. After that, we had a phone conference with Jacque, a Customer Success Manager to discuss with her exactly what we want to accomplish with the remodeling project. She did a virtual walk through with us and made note of all of the changes we want to make. The next step as we were told is to receive an estimate from Bamboo for the cost of our project. We heard back from Jacque about two weeks later saying there has been overwhelming demand and that they would be able to start on our estimate in the first week of October (2019). We ultimately did receive a very detailed cost estimate with both the labor and materials broken down line by line. Bamboos CEO, Justin as well as the other employees worked hard to make sure our needs were heard.Overall, we were very intrigued by the concept that Bamboo uses. The 3D scan is a very useful tool and the interactions we had with Bamboo employees were positive. Our decision to use a different contractor came down to timing on our part.

Bamboo is considerably very new and as a business owner, I understand the their growing pains. It was unfortunate that my kitchen remodel apparently took forever with several hiccups, but they were patience with my complaints and were persistence with the goal of completion. Theyve discounted my labors in return of compensation. Ive given them suggestions how to improve their business and services, as i believe its on their roadmap in the near future. I really like their idea, however, its the people that needs to improve their skills on their jobs. Theyll achieve it in no time. Bamboo wont rip you off if you give them a chance. Im rating them a 3-star, but they get 5 for their consistency and loyalty. Lower ratings are based on their time of completion.

Starting they dont have an office or physically place the address it showed is not real, just look for it on google maps,they didnt pay me my last salary, I actually spend even money for this company it also never paid to me, even the half, and also a resignation salary, plus they didnt pay me back what I spend for my accident, when they promised they will do cause supposed I have insurance from them I was waiting for 8 months and nothing that is s violation of contract and penalty,is not true, they gave you a laptop for work is already with them, all their items they provided but after that I never received my payment, they would be breaking what was signed in the contract, they didnt pay my last salary, my insurance bill accident, and a last resignation salary I have screenshots, kindly hard cause once I have calls for trades asking me if we have projects where they can work and if we dont, I need to tell them for orders that we have and we will keep them update but the truth is we didnt, kindly hard cause I resigned in January 26 and until now, I dont have my last salary, my bill back accident, and the resignation compensation, even for they violate what in the contract we signed to have insurance, kind sad but be aware about this for persons who are thinking to do a remodeling with this company, Im not the only complain, easy spread this in some radio in austin, and fb spread so more clients will noted and dont risk their self, as a feedback might be but is not my way even having contacts in some radio there, Ill pass for do that, if you are just looking for a remodel to your house or anything,g better a independent trade othere are many companies more good and cheap, professionalsome other things screenshots,unprofessional with employees contract salary and more, fyi, austin, and some other areas.

They want the workers bring all the tools but they dont bring tools as usually companies here, dont have phisycally office which It looks like scam, they dont pay on Time for painters, the person in charge 0 education and lack of knowledge in construction to be a supervisor

This is one of those companies are doing scam and frud things, they will give you a free estimate, they Will bring a camera to your house and record a video, after 2 weeks someone enter to my property and got things, they call me after 1 week asking me if i want to continue i hang out the call, Im sure they give a view quick of my house to somebody and some things are gone, 3 months ago.
