We were looking for shower fixtures for a project and found Expressions online. We were greeted by Terin Lewis at the door. We did not have an appointment but she helped us anyway on the spot. She was knowledgeable, energetic and had great attention to detail as we explained to her what we needed. She listened to what our needs were and directed us to many options that fit into our budget. She configured our order and was even able to find another option that saved us a little bit more money. Overall a great experience.
We purchased our refrigerator and dishwasher from here and they were both cheaper than our normal go-to, home depot! The staff, especially William, was super helpful in the selection process and provided us several options in our price range. He also kept us updated on the delivery timeline. I would recommend stopping here to get inspiration for great kitchen and bath appliances/hardware.
Really want to give a shoutout to the team here at Expression Home Gallery. They went out of their way to assist me in outfitting my new build with the newest appliances. They also handled all the installation. Recommend to all those searching for appliances.
I have been to several appliance stores in the past few months trying to find the perfect appliances. Amanda Dees was very helpful and I was impressed with her expertise on finding the perfect appliances for our home. We went with the Jenn Air brand and man am I impressed. I will go back.
My mother in law referred me and man was I blown away by the professionalism and expertise of Katy Grantham. I purchased kitchen appliances. Would highly recommend.
I am a designer and have taken many of my clients to Amanda at Expressions. She is always joyful and attentive to all the varying needs of my clients. Amanda keeps well informed about the current options available on the market. If I ever have a plumbing or appliance question she quickly replies back with the answer. Her support staff is also very attentive and professional.
Exceptional Custom Service - Paula Jorgensen and Amanda Dees were fantastic to work with. The showroom has wonderful selections, and they are extremely knowledgable about all products. We did an entire kitchen and master bath with them and would do it again! Their pricing is competitive. When there was a problem with one of the appliances, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of, even when the manufacturer was reticent to be of assistance. We shopped at several other appliance stores, and Expressions Home Gallery was superior.
We did a home remodel and used expressions for our appliances. The stove is a high-end Thermador range. Finally end up moving back into our home only to find the oven does not work. Called Thermador and could not get though for any help. Called Expressions and was told service had to go through Thermadors service provider. Called the service provider and no return call. Called Expressions again and to their credit said they would message the service provider who has not contacted us and still waiting. The frustration is over the top as you would think Thermador would jump on getting this working.
Austin Location - Worst customer service ever. Dont ever use them. When you thought the manager will step up to do the right thing, no. If I can give them a 0 star, I would.
Ordered a Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. Charged for a delivery. Told delivery was a professional contractor Yep in a blue Dodge Ram truck. By himself. Nice young man. But if FedEx delivery man had not showed up probably still sitting outside on walkway!Sad sad
Really would like a zero. Purchased 2 sinks and faucets and was told that typically it would take 2-3 weeks but they could look at inventory elsewhere and get it sooner. Towards the end of week 2 called and was informed that the items were loaded on the truck and would get to me soon. End of week 3 and no items and no call explaining the delay. This experience is worse than buying something online. Terribly disappointed and still waiting for my order.
Burnett showroom staff was knowledgeable about products. However, when sending me to S.Austin to pick up something, forgot to mention that the business has a different name; you cant see the number on it from the street; the road has 90-degree curves, so GPS is a little iffy.
I was looking for a new washing machine and nearly passed this place by. I figured that they were going to be way over priced. But, to my surprise, they were actually $125 cheaper than what I was finding with online merchants for the Speed Queen washer that I was wanting to buy. I talked with one of their consultants there, Scott Price, who walked me through all of the features and helped me compare the model that I was wanting to other similar models and manufacturers. Scott was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. When the delivery guys arrived the next day with my new washer, they were very friendly and professional. They had everything installed, hooked up, and my old machine gone all in about 15 minutes. No easy task, considering that my laundry room is on the second floor of my home.
On October 8 my husband and I went to Eressions to purchase a refrigerator and did, at least we thought we did. Our sales lady, who acted like it was an effort on her part to sell us a floor model Fisher & Paykel model, completed the sale and set up a delivery day for the following Monday. We were informed that if there was any damage to said referator upon delivery Expressions would in no way be responsible and all sales were final. Evidently that only applied to us because on Monday we were informed we would not be receiving our refrigerator. Amanda said the refrigerator had already been sold and had just not been marked sold or removed from inventory. No sorry or offer of any discount of any kind. Would we like store credit or our money refunded. Later the store manager did call and offer an apology but again no compensation of any kind. Today we received a thank you note from Expressions for our business. Guess no one at Expressions knows what is going on. Shop at your own risk.Kaye Young
Ive used Expressions/Kiva before for all my kitchen/appliance needs and Ive never had any trouble. Ask for Arden, shes the best and will have questions youve never thought to ask.
Terrible experience. Chris Shanhan the salesman pushed a dishwasher called Asko which I never hear of It rarely works. He then acted like it was not his problem and told me to call the manufacturer and they wont come out either.Would never use Kiva again, they are not good people
I stopped at KIVA because I pass it often AND it was a whim (I was on my way to Home Depot). I was days into research of comparing appliance brands and reviews of the various major outlets...Sears,HomeD.,Lowes as well as Consumer Reports and 10Rate. I was trying to run in and not get into a lengthy sales pitch... but to my surprise, I found myself wanting to listen to Felix and Jays remarks because they seemed to confirm many things I was learning in my research, in addition to giving me some well-rounded facts that I needed.I had to have a downdraft cooktop which I really dont like but am stuck with... they gave me advice on brand association (who owns who and which are better lines even though owned by same co.) and told me installers can constrict the down flow so it doesnt pull the flame! In 16 years, no one has ever offered that advice. I was hearing some negative things about certain brands and these two gave me some back story to the brands that now makes me a little more comfortable.I was in the market for a cooktop and dishwasher because for 23 years, Ive been a SEARS girl...always had good experiences with Kenmore brand. NO MORE! In the last 3 years, I bought an expensive Kenmore refrigerator (recall on the ice machine in a year), dishwasher (bottom drawer NEVER stays on track), and downdraft cooktop (all the wording scrubbed off in cleaning and had 2 GAS leaks from it in a year and a half!!). My mistake that I didnt buy the extra and expensive purchase agreement for replacement! If you do buy from them....please do yourself a favor and get that thing!Maybe McNairs is a little more money...but youre not being pushed to purchase more warranty or agreements which kick the price up anyway. Time will tell if my decision works out. Ive seen some real negative remarks on their shop and some really happy people too...all seem a long time ago though. The guys said if a problem arises...just call them....that they rely on word of mouth so they want to make sure we are happy...and that they have stopped carrying certain brands after seeing a company wouldnt help the customer on certain issues. We will see how the customer service works out after a couple years.Good Luck!
Helpful and friendly folks.
Bad customer service wasnt too happy with the choice they point everything to the website.
