We hired Pro Tech to do a complete kitchen remodel, new floors and paint throughout the house, as well as multiple odd jobs around the house and we couldn’t be happier! The project started while we were still living out of state and they were accommodating and made the process as seamless as possible. The entire family was professional and great to work with but Selena was amazing! Responsive and helpful all along the way. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Beautiful and functional. We had a little different wish list of what we were hoping for (new door install and barn door install)... and they came through beautifully!... Communication was always quick, estimates clear and concise, appointments kept, the workers were kind and professional. Pro Tech Const and their team were great to work with. Richard took time in his design of our new kitchen and master bathroom to make sure we were complete happy with the new layout. We went to their office and he show us on his Cad computer software his new concept of what our new kitchen and bath would look like. It was a massive undertaking as they had to remove a few load bearing walls and install beams to give us this new open concept look. We did understand from the start as they pointed out It would take some time with the degree of the type of work and these post pandemic times we are living in, but Anthony and his family, Celina, and Darrin and their great crews did a wonderful and beautiful job. I am so please with the out come that I just sit here in my new kitchen even at night like a little kid admiring how beautiful it looks. I am so happy, I just love it !! I don’t regret anything they did.I highly recommend them, they prove themselves with my husband and I what a great group of professionals they are and also working and dealing in these times. If you are thinking of remodeling and doing this type of work hire them !

We had a great experience with Pro Tech. They came out and developed detailed plans from our initial wish list and were able to knock out a wall, install a major support beam, remove a pantry, measure and install high quality kitchen cabinets, did all the tiling and flooring, installed all the appliances, and it done with great detail. The staff are all good people and hard working.

Anthony Rosete and the Pro Tech Construction Team took over our new home project after a prior contractor failed to perform. Anthony communicated with us frequently as he navigated through multiple issues with the various city departments. The Team recommended design changes that were not only functional but beautiful as well. We appreciated their attention to detail and their dedication to complete our house. We would recommend them for any home project.

My rating is based on an extremely rude phone call. The gentleman answering the phone was very rude. Rude enough that when I decided to hang up to end this he called me back just to leave a ruder voicemail. I did nothing to this man or company, I simply had the wrong Pro-Tect. Thank Goodness for that!

Here is a review regarding the kitchen remodel carried out by Pro Tech. I’ll try to keep this as objective as possible. This review is regarding the direct dealings with the owner.The majority of the problems stemmed from a lack of communication, professionalism, and craftsmanship/quality control.-said to me “stop talking like a child”.-multiple occurrences of having to follow up with them after being told someone would come out and no one would show.-when I asked him if there was a problem with the way the window as installed, he replied “why don’t you tell me”.You’ll see in one of the photos the island/countertop they cut wasn’t flush and when I asked him if they were going to put a sealant or just any type of work towards it, the owner said “no sir it stays as is”.Seamless and messy work seen in the photos:-Texture haphazardly thrown around the place, i.e. on a window frame, on the baseboards.-Backsplash with random placement. I asked for a subway tile placement, which is a 50% offset, and in the photos you can see there is no organization or aesthetic principle in the placement.-The photo of a ceiling is to show how you can clearly see where the wall was removed to create a kitchen counter peninsula. Not very seamless and I will have to hire someone to fix this.-Poor patch job.1 year later & a window they installed is leaking. I had a window professional come & check it out & they said 1. There was a low grade sealant applied (shouldn’t leak after 1 year) & the window installed is protruding from the frame, not flush, therefor creating a catch for any rainfall in the future. When I asked Anthony, the owner, if he saw a problem with the way the window was installed he replied “why don’t you tell what.” He later said he would send someone out. Three weeks later, no one showed, I had to be the one to follow-up (photo).After I brought up the point about the window leak and not getting a response, he said to “stop talking like a child”. I’m not sure in any circumstances being told this as a paying customer is okay. You would think the owner of the company would be the one to navigate customer service in a professional manner.EDIT: Responses to Owner“The problems in this review were mentioned and brought to our attention 1 year later.-the text message regarding the kitchen counter was sent on 11/2019, we began working together 9/2019. If you have an extensive warranty & back what you do 100%, the timeframe within the warranty shouldn’t matter.“When you contacted us we replied and offered to come out and take a look to fix any problems...We as well offered to pay for the window bill, we asked you to text us back with a time and day that worked for you but unfortunately we didnt hear back from you.”-the email screenshots shows I reached out on 9/4/2020, Anthony said he would send someone out & 3 weeks later, no one came by & I had to follow up, again. At this point the window had been leaking multiple times, likely compromising that area of the home with unnecessary amounts of moisture, so I reached out to a window professional. When I messaged Anthony again, on 9/27, he said he would pay the bill seal up the window but not window replacement, which is really the root cause given that the window was installed outside of the frame, creating a catch for rain in the future.“Multiple months later we are presented with this review instead.”-These conversations took place on 9/2020, it is now 10/2020. Either you cannot count the calendar months or you’re blatantly fabricating the situation and the customers word.“We have also left you multiple messages to get this resolved and have not heard back from you.”-Richard Rosete left 1 voicemail on 10/19/2020 at 1:23PM. No “multiple messages”. Again, either there is an issue with counting or a clear misrepresentation and fabrication of the situation.-10/1/2020 - I sent a follow-up text to Anthony, including in this text the other issues, attached photos, and have a text message read receipt for 10/1/2020, no response. So then, I wrote this review.

Our 1980s house needed an upgrade. We remodeled the master bedroom and living room. Pro Tech removed acoustic, removed the carpet, replaced the interior doors and repainted. The main bedroom closet was redesigned and a new vanity was installed in the bathroom. A barn door was installed in the master bedroom to separate the sink area from the rest of the room. This made for a whole new look! New flooring was installed including the staircase. Pro Tech made suggestions which we accepted. A computer sketch was presented to us which brought to life the possibilities! It was very impressive. Even with dealing with COVID delays, Pro Tech completed the job within the deadlines we had to meet. They even discovered and repaired an interior wall problem that we didnt even know existed! We are very pleased with the end result and look forward to the next project.

We had an extensive interior remodel which involved creating and open concept kitchen, new flooring throughout the house, and 2 complete bathroom remodels. Pro Tech delivered on time, on budget, and we are very pleased with the result. They were a great team to work with throughout such a big project and always delivered on their word keeping great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Great company did a wonderful job will use them again

We hired ProTech in November. We are now pushing 3 months construction. If you are considering ProTech, please keep looking. They have been non-responsive during multiple times (once they had our first payment…poof!), they are unorganized, do not give you all the i formation up front. Their estimates are EXTREMELY vague so they can get your money later, “looks like you went over budget again!” Yet when you’re looking at tile, floor, backsplash, etc, they make you pick first, then maybe weeks later they’ll send you a price telling you you’re over budget. But they need to know which you want or they’ll blame you for delaying the project. Or, you can delay the project, go back in to reselect….without knowing pricing when you are looking!I will update this review once the work is complete, however thus far, it has been a long, and miserable experience. Anthony has been rude to my wife, and rude to me. He doesn’t remember discussions, so email or text everything! However he will then get upset at you for not wanting to have conversations. I would record any verbal conversations. He also has an excuse for everything (most likely in the future reply to this review)…run folks…

The whole team at Pro Tech are professional and very talented. We have a fairly small home with many challenges. Anthony and his son Richard, met with us at our home and my husband and I described what we wanted. With vision and long experience in building and remodeling, Anthony made sure we received even more than we could have hoped for! Anthony is very hands on and continuously checked up on the work being done by his team. And everyone that Anthony employs has experience and expertise in their area of remodeling. They always left our home clean after a days work and they respected our need for anyone in our home to wear a mask because of COVID. My husband and I highly recommended Pro Tech for your remodeling needs!

Pro Tech Construction remodeled my home, they removed a wall to open up the floor plan in the living room, renovated the bathroom, installed luxury vinyl floors, and whitewashed / painted our fireplace. The price was competitive. I loved the family oriented experience. Anthony and his sons were easy to work with, the office girls were also friendly and great to deal with. It always make me feel good giving work to a local family business. Highly recommend them and I will be calling them for our Kitchen and other bathroom renovation.

Pro Tech recently completed a remodel for our engineering firm (CAS Consulting) break room/lounge. My experience working with Pro Tech was wonderful! The Rosete family was such a pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations for construction of our project. They along with their team were always professional, polite, knowledgeable, and were careful in their work. I have been so impressed with them from start to finish and especially impressed with the care they took during construction which happened during the pandemic/stay at home orders. Despite challenges that were out of their control, they handled everything well and stayed in constant communication with me. They also followed important health and safety protocol to make sure our staff members and I were safe in our building while they worked. This was my first time remodeling a room and I initially had those “I don’t know what I’m doing” worries. Anthony helped walk me through the process from start to finish and made sure the choices we made would be functional and work with our initial vision for the space. He listened to everything we wanted and brought it all to life. Thank you to the Pro Tech team for making our vision a reality. We hope to use them for more projects in the future.

Pro Tech Construction remodeled my guest bathroom, replaced all interior doors and baseboards in my house, and tackled some large patch and paint jobs. My experience was extremely positive. They are professional, on time and honest. The work they did is beautiful! I will be using them for some future projects I have planned.

We had 2 bath room completed by Anthony and his team. Like most project there were a few bumps along the way, but they took care of them corrected the issues and completed the task. We love what they did and are very satisfied with the work of his team. Our next project a kitchen update and the plan is to contact Anthony and his team. Excellent job Anthony and team. :)

Pro Tech remodeled our bathroom and did an excellent job. There was a problem with the foundation in the BR and Anthony and crew immediately addressed it to perfection. Our new vanity is beautiful; crew did a great job. Pro Tech also redid our driveway (cement) which was a complete mess; cracks and uneven. Anthony workers even added a coat to the carport flooring. Looks absolutely awesome!! Neighbors stop by just to compliment the work.All in All - We are completely satisfied with all the work done and the extra effort Anthony and his team pushed thru for us.Pro Tech will be our go-to company for all our future needs. Pro tech construction did an amazing job on my eyelash/nail studio! They seriously know exactly what they’re doing! I highly recommend them!! My studio is absolutely beautiuful and I get so many complements from my clients! They are the best!!

Anthony, his extended family/office staff and sub-contractors have been fabulous. I’ve been very happy with my experience with ProTech. The few hiccups that have occurred, have been quickly resolved. ProTechs bid was comparable to the rest of the bids I received. I hired Anthony because it was apparent he understood my vision. I thought it was taking a long time to complete the project until I spoke to friends of mine that had also remodeled their master bathroom and they were amazed at how quickly mine was completed. The work as good (and Im a little OCD about projects). I would hire them again!
