Took my vehicle here to get a dent fixed on my driver door. From the first interaction, to the last, staff was friendly, easy communication and great experience. After a week in the shop, my vehicle was finished and was shocked to pick it up all clean. They went above and beyond to clean the interior and exterior, from roof to the wheels. Highly recommend this shop.

This shop is Amazing, one of my friends had her car hit from the front and she ask if I could replace the front bumper. I ordered the front bumper from a Nissan dealer because I work at a dealer too and I had a discount. After receiving the front bumper from Nissan, all I needed was the front bumper paint match the vehicle. I asked around dealership like Heritage Toyota of Owings Mill and body shop around Catonsville. They all wanted me to install the bumper first so that they can give me an estimate. Which I think is crazy. I told him it was a brand new bumper and all I needed was to paint match the front bumper to the vehicle. They all said that they had to see the vehicle to give me an estimate, which is very frustrating because I have the front bumper already and I just needed to be painted. But when I call Arbutus Auto body, ask them if they could paint the front bumper, they immediately said $300. I went to the body shop myself and after they examine the front bumper it came out to $279. They told me that they wanted to see the paint of the car so that they can perfectly match it, I asked my friend to stop by but she didnt. Despite that they perfectly match the paint. All I had to do was get them the VIN, thats it. They got it perfectly look at the picture and tell me the difference. All Im saying is if I ever need anybody work on my vehicle this is the place. They are very professional and not just that but the people are amazing. I didnt have a fender cover when I picked it up and they gave me one for FREE. I am a very very satisfied customer.

What can I say? Had to bring it in for my bumper to be replaced and they did an excellent job!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Got a call to update me on my car. It wasn’t ready and that wasn’t a problem because I wasn’t expecting it that week anyway. Once I received my baby I was very happy. They also did a great paint job and detailed her inside and out. Thank you guys once again for an amazing job!! Will be my go to body shop forever!!!

This was my first visit. I wanted to get an estimate on some work I wanted to get done. Chuck was awesome. He immediately came out, examined the issues, then provided his expertise to include suggestions and within 10-15 minutes he provided/ explained his quote. I will definitely be going back to get the work done.

The work is ok but they need better communication with customer

Took a bit longer than anticipated because of shipping issues with obtaining parts, but their work is spectacular. My car looks perfect after its ouchie.

Ive taken a couple of my vehicles to AAB over the years and am always very satisfied with the customer experience. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff has always been friendly and polite. And the work this shop puts out is, (from my experiences) top grade.I highly recommend this establishment.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my first time dealing with an auto body shop. The staff here is super friendly. The service and work done on my vehicle is A+. They washed and detailed my car including the back seat and I will admit there was some water bottles and other small trash that had been chucked back there and they removed it all. Even got the empty water bottle tucked in my door. And they put all the loose change they found in the phone holder cubby. I would 100% recommend them to anybody.

I recently had 3 cars repaired at Arbutus Auto Body. I’m so impressed with the work done. You would never know these cars had repair work! One of my cars has a five step paint process and is tricky to match however Arbutus Auto Body not only matched it beautifully, they did it in a timely manner. This is the body shop you want to go to! Not only do they do amazing work, but the staff is friendly and more importantly they are HONEST. They were able to repair my vehicle after another body shop couldnt. They matched my diamond white tri-coat paint, which is very difficult to work with. They also work w/ insurance companies which makes having repairs easy. Ive gone to them numerous times and will not ever go anywhere else!

I live in Cockeysville now, and I still take my car to AAB. quick. reliable. courteous. Ive have a number of things repaired here on a variety of vehicles over the years and the work is always superb.

Had them replace 2 door panels on drivers side of car. Replace went well and looks great BUT they scratched my tint up, and broke the window sill on the rear door. Just left thw broken piece sitting in my cupholder.

This body shop is too slow . They keeping my car 2 months and they do nothing yet.I asked thier when you guys going to finish my car?Than they said 1 week . After one week they said next thursday. After thursday I called thier they said this thursday . After that next thursday....thursday ...so thursday is can not end, so now is two months and 10 days, I m still waiting on this body shop to done my car...
