I work primarily with the associate Sylvia Thomas. She wasnt my original associate, but one day I had a problem and she took the time to help me instead of making me wait for a call back. She has made every step of insurance a breeze. Always helpful, polite, and will answer questions I have. When I call or email I just go to her.Shes taken care of my insurance now for several years. Normally, I shop around, but Allstate is competitive and they have the best full coverage for the price. With an employee like Sylvia who really has your best interest and goes above and beyond I dont feel the want to look around.

Finding a good insurance can get complicated and confusing. Some insurance companies just compete to get the sale rather than provide good customer service. The moment I stepped into this office Melissa made me feel very welcomed!! Melissa has provided me one of the best customer service ever!
