I had the opportunity to work with Ryan for new renters insurance. Previously I was on Progressive paying over $250 a year. Ryan was able to quote me a much much better rate with very similar coverage. Additionally, he took the time to evaluate my car insurance coverage, which I initially wasnt interested in making any changes. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he could drop my monthly car insurance bill by 25%! I definitely appreciated his consultive approach. I would highly recommend this insurance company. 10/10!

Had home insurance for 22 years, have never made a claim till hail damage a few years back... despite paying through the nose for now-grandfathered in policy that insures for lifetime replacement of roof, I was denied.Paid for new roof myself, Allstate doesn’t give me discount for new roof, won’t give without “proof.” So lazy they won’t even come look at it go see for themselves.Now, I’m replacing old siding with new hardie board panels, and they tell me I’m not eligible for reduced rate despite improving to masonry and improving fire rating.All this agent wants to do is cash checks.Terrible service, I am a Premium Colony only to them

AllState is an easy insurance co. to deal with. If you happen to get in a car accident. Call your agent, report it and within the same day you’ll have an adjuster come out to where ever your vehicle is and will get a professional inspection of the damage in your vehicle. Then you take it to the repair shop of you choice and they will star working on it right away!! I have had positive experiences with. That’s why i’m a loyal customer. Insurance Fraud and Identify Theft.Roger Morse and his son Ryan used my identity to use for his Clients Auto accidents. I was told and promised from AllState Dallas office and Mr.Morse that he would have this corrected.How can you not be on auto Policy, never have driven this person’s car, had no idea of accidents, be in different city and All State Roger Morse does this 3 Times.Do not get Insurance from this Roger Morse Insurance Agency. If you have been victim of fraud by Mr. Morse All State please contact me.He needs to not only lose his license but All State Insurance Company knowing he did this and that’s ok? All State is just as negligible.
