Was around Culver City today and looked up this place on Google looked like they had good reviews and for a full set it was only $45 ! I think that’s a good deal ! Will come back again thanks

I asked if a female technician was available to help me when one of the gentlemen attempted to begin working with me, he kindly looked around and then began to say no until a neighboring customer offered to switch techs with me.There was laughter and some murming coming from another customer in the back of the salon, to where the male tech looked at me to see if I was uncomfortable. I looked back at the gentleman, laughed, and let him know that it wasnt anything personal against him. And we both shared a laugh.I then asked the female technician if this request was Ok with her, and she responded yes, its fine. She then walked to the back of the salon and began speaking in her native language loudly and aggressively. I knew her rant was about me because she kept saying the English word man.The same male tech saw me putting my socks and shoes back on, came over and asked if everything was Ok; but his facial expressions confirmed what I initially thought about the angry female tech talking trash in the back of the salon.I told him that I wont be needing any services from this salon, and once he let the angry female tech know this, she had the audacity to walk over and ask why.. When I began to explain her terrible behavior, she walked away while I was speaking, as if she didnt think that she had to show me that respect.Very disrespectful and immature.

I came with no much to do. Just manicure cutting short and remove cuticles. I ended up bleeding for 10 minutes as he removed too much cuticles. He didnt apologize or feel bad. He didnt even remove the blood. He just did the manicure (and badly) and left my finger dirty of blood. Stupidly I tipped. Dont go there.

Just paid $21 for a manicure I will now go home and redo myself. The manicurist filed my nails so low on the sides I thought they were going to bleed and I repeatedly told her she was hurting me. She was so bad at shaping my nails evenly that I had to eventually file them myself, and I ultimately left with lumpy polish that has stringy drips over the tips of my nails and all over my cuticles. There are spots where my bare nails show through the color. I will never return to this salon.

My go to nail spot when I cant make it my favorite person in Menifee. The guy is awesome and my nails are beautiful.

I wish I could share pics and I wouldnt have to say anything. Today was my 1st time ever and the tech completely butchered my nails. They were filed unevenly and overly painted to where they looked round/lopsided. Although I paid, when I calmly explained how I wasnt pleased I was verbally attacked from every which way by the other techs - telling me that the damage was due to my natural nail shape (which Ive never had these issues before) and my fault that I never said anything before paying. The customers opinion means nothing here. Word of advice: if you go, make sure you truely like them before paying.
