I was treated like a number. Started a Claim and I did not receive any support From the agency and received no follow-up. Left messages for Owner(Nancy)and never received return calls. When I made comments in their Facebook page, the Owner(Nancy) wrote a response defending her lack of care but never returned call. I was told by her office that Nancy would be calling me as she “would want to know why I was cancelling). No call received. Changing to an agency that wants to provide customer care for important coverage.

There is not a way I could overstate how amazing this agency is. I will never use another insurance agency. This was my mothers insurance agency for years and years. She got a brain tumor, and couldnt tell me about all of her business details. When she died I didnt know to contact them. They saw my mothers obituary, and saw my name and my husbands name. They spent hours finding me to tell me my mother had a life insurance policy that I had no idea about. It saved us in closing up her estate.Now they are our agents. The insurance coverage on a new car went very smoothly and efficiently. The agent, Angela Stokey, was very thorough and informative both before I settled on something and after I bought it. I liked the option to do monthly withdrawals rather than make hefty semiannual payments. State Farm was also cheaper than would have been the case with Geico who insured my previous car. Plus theres a walk-in opportunity as opposed to phoning 800 numbers somewhere distant.
