So, I called AmeriFirst to add my firstborn SON to our insurance as a new driver. You know, THAT call where you know youre going to plunk down another $3K. Lacey gets on the phone and says, Hm. Let me see what I can do with this... and then called me back within 24 hours to say that another insurance company has a better deal, with better insurance for our house, too, at a price cut of over $2k from what I had been paying! YES! Every bit counts, and now we can do something else with those funds. Thank you so much for both being proactive, and finding a good deal for our family!

I was contacted by Maggie when I bought my home in Kyle in 2018. She was thorough, had great energy, introduced herself as someone with the agency who had my flood insurance, and immediately captured my attention. I have been an insurance agent myself for 13 years, so I never listen when someone contacts me for insurance. (Sounds terrible, but if you’re a realtor, are you going to let another realtor sell you a house? Most likely not.) I was impressed with her introduction, and let her give me some quotes. She won me over with her personality, attention to detail, and overall level of service she provided. I know what I expect my members to get when dealing with me, and it was like she read my mind. I talk with Maggie when I have questions or when she calls me. She’s friendly and helpful. She takes her time explaining things I don’t understand. She also has checked on the best insurances for me.
