Brought in our push mower that wasnt working and was quoted a really reasonable price. Was told it could maybe take a few days but within a few hours they had cleaned it up and done a tune up, and when we went to pick it up it was even less than quoted. Great customer service, friendly employee, great work and great price!
Brought in a generator for them to look at a intermittent spark issue.. After a week im told come get it and all he did was a tune up and never addressed my spark issue. So after i was forced to pay for something i didnt ask them to do I still have a generator that sometimes starts and sometimes wont. And his answer is its a bad carb. Funny thing is the carb is brand new and totally unrelated to why the spark plug sometimes gets spark and sometimes wont. Dont go to this shop if your want actual work to be done!
Reasonably priced. Good attitude and competent
I really appreciate the quick and timely response in repaying my echo Weedwhacker. It runs great now
Mike will take good care of you! He just fixed a new Coleman Go Kart we bought. It runs better now than when we first bought it! Thanks again Mike!
Nice shop, the owner is the kind of guy you can talk to about your small engine. He really knows his stuff including what parts will work together to get you where you want to be. Racing and performance parts for Pedator 212 motors from complete builds to add on go fast parts.
With the big online stores, there are less and less shops like this around. For small engines and motors, SRS knows their stuff. You could probably find the same part online, but at SRS, you can get it, and get info on how to install. They also do repairs.
Works is very good.
They are efficient and price friendly
Nice place. Small independent engine shop. They work mostly on lawn mowers, generators, yard equipment, and go carts.
If you have lawn equipment needs this is the place to go. Very friendly, quick service, and good prices. I have a tru cut mower and echo trimmer.
Great small shop that knows their stuff!
Normally I do my own maintenance, but I have been short of time the last couple months so I took the Honda mower in for a complete Tune-up Service. Mike, the Guy who took care of me is a Pro. The service was great and their pricing was very reasonable. I recommend this place.
Very quick service and not too expensive
Not happy with the service at this shop. Quality is not what it used to be under the previous owner. My weed blower wouldnt start or run, so they tuned it up. The unit barely started afterwards and ran poorly for several minutes. I took it back to the shop and the owner fired it right up. He was like, See, it runs fine! Of course, the motor was warm by then so the easy start-up proved nothing. Duh! The owner had an attitude of How dare you question our work? Very poor customer service. Ill be going to a different shop for the next repair…Vendor response is bogus. I know how to start up the blower; Ive used it for over a year with no problems until recently. Interestingly, I took the blower to another shop because it still would not run well at start up. They said it was improperly tuned. It now runs fine. Judge this matter for yourself.
I brought my lawnmower that wasnt working into a shop called SRS Engine Shop. They fix lawnmowers and other small engines. I remembered driving by a few times and saying to myself that it would be a convenient spot if my mower ever breaks down. So I stopped in with my Mower. Mike the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me unload mower. Took it in and listened to my problems that I was having with it. He knew right away what was wrong and said Ill take care of it and have it back to you in a couple of days. He did exactly what he said he would do. My mower got a tune-up, blade sharpened and cleaned up. Runs Great. Thanks Mike. Keep up the good work. Ill be back.
I’ve known Mike for decades; he’s honest, dependable, and loves to fix the broken and “un-repairable”. Give him a shot, this guy is awesome with anything mechanical. The new management (Mike) is veteran owned and operated, and you wont be disappointed. Mikes got your six when you need to complete your domestic mission of cutting down anything from grass blades to dessert trees. ☺
My lawnmower flooded after a rainstorm. Took it in for repair and it was done in a couple of days and the price was affordable. Great service, and very friendly. I pulled in to drop the mower off at 5pm and the owner carefully helped me despite it being closing time.
I took my very antiquated lawnmower, which I thought was Headed toward the lawnmower graveyard, to SRS engine shop. Owner Mike came to my vehicle to assist me (which I thought was awesome) pulled the start pulley cord ( I’m certain there’s a technical name for that, I just don’t know it) and from that one pull he was able to diagnose the problem. He told me approximately 2 days. He got back to me the next morning and I had my mower back the next day. Wow, it runs like it’s brand new again!! Thanks so much SRS engine shop!! I’ll definitely be back and I will recommend you to everyone I know in need of engine help!!!
Great small engine shop
Took my lawnmower for repair and they took 5 min to diagnose the issue. This was so great because it showed transparency in the repair they were suggesting. I will be a return customer because of this. They are also very friendly.
The best customer service I seen in years. They went out of their way to help me, were courteous, professional, and competent. Ive got nothing but praise for them. Plus they carry excellent landscaping tools. When I need something for landscaping, no questions about where I will go - to Pro Landscapers Supply and Repair!
Fantastic service!! Mike is just awesome! Quality repair and turnaround time superb!! Will be using them again.
Great service and fast.
Friendly service and good work done. Had my rotary mower blades sharpened and they did a great job.
Fantastic place for service for small engines Mike is excellent with customer service
Love the new owner, took my Lawnboy in for my yearly service, they were quick efficient and very affordable.
Fantastic service. Brought my gas powered saw in that gets hammered by my guys as I am a mobile welding company. Will say that with the NEW ownership this place really turned around from what it was a few yes ago. Ive read some of the reviews and I see the yrs they were posted and would like to say its been under NEW OWNERSHIP for about a year now I believe and really turned into a good place again. My experiance with this place was fantastic and my saw was back in top running order. Had a carb clean, new filter, and new draw string assembly. Starts first pull now!! Thanks srs... And they carry VP!!!!
This is a nice little Mom & Pop place. I dropped of my reel mower blades to be sharpened. When I picked them up they were SHARP! Im totally satisfied with their service...definitely taking my blades back to them when they need the next sharpening. Cheap prices for sharpening too.
They have done an excellent job at reasonable prices.
After having a terrible experience with one of their competitors, and being a bit non-trusting I gave in and took the mower to these guys. I explained what was wrong with the motor and what had happen to it at the other place. They listened to me and the engine and gave me a price quote. It took a bit longer than they said it would to fix it but a part had to be ordered. The price was very fair and the mower runs like new again. These guys have earned my trust and business. Thanks!!
Fixed my mower real quick. Quite happy with the service. I will return if I need to.
Great service
Used to be good, NOW VERY BAD!!! I have been using Roys for years. I recently took my mower in for a simple tune up and the lady at the front counter said it would be about a week. 2 weeks rolled by without a call. My lawn was getting out of control so I stopped by to see where they were at. It was a Friday and she said, I can not guarantee it will be done Tomorrow but I will Guarantee it will be done by Monday. Well Monday came and went so I dropped in Tuesday to pick it up. Guess what, still not done. I asked about the guarantee and she said, I get nothing, not a discount or anything. Why say you guarantee if you will not stand behind it in some way? Anyways, I will not be taking any of my business back there again.
Brought my McCullough chainsaw in for repair in early February 2016. They were very nice in the store and said it was a good chainsaw that just needed a tune up. I called after a week and Sergio told me not to call them theyd call me when it was ready, he was rude but I figured they were busy so I gave them more time. I called the following week and they said they were too busy to get to it. I called the 3rd week and talked to Ray and he said theyd call me back, they did not. I called the 4th week as was told their junk-man accidentally took my chainsaw. Sergio told me the manager was buying me a new Poulan replacement. I went in this week, they brought out a rusted old chainsaw. When I told them it was unacceptable they started telling me what a piece of junk my chainsaw was. They were unprofessional and negligent with my property.
Fixed my lawnmower fast at a very reasonable price
These guys are awesome they have never taken more than a few days to fix my machine and one time I took it in and they fixed it in under 15 minutes for free! Super nice great customer service and they even explain what they do so you can fix it next time take your lawn mower here!
It took them months to tell me that they couldnt fix my chainsaw, then they called me every to come and get it out of their way. I fixed it myself for $11.00. Boo 👎
Took my mower in for a season cleanup. bought a brand new filter one hour B 4 taking in my mower. Took forever with many calls from me to get status..lots of excuses and two trips to pick up...It was never ready ....finally got it Several weeks late .... the bill was $70 she said I had some bad gas in it. ......with a new filter charge for $15. ($11. at Home depot). I will never go back the worst service ever and ripped off for a non replaced filter.
Never again. Main guy is on serious medication. Took mower 3 times to be fixed still not fixed.
Brought in an item to have repaired. It was claimed to have been repaired and I paid well over $100 for the part and labor. Upon first use it was obvious nothing had changed even though a critical part was replaced that was said to be the cause of the issue. They even tested the item, which is a lie, because they dont have a yard to mow or garden to till as a test for example. Im sure it ran, as it did when I dropped it off.Because I cant trust these Pros I decided to take the item apart myself. I can plainly see they never did the repair they claimed to have done. Some metal parts are rusted/fused together, yet they just took it apart for the part replacement? I cant get them apart after beating on it with a mini-sledge and a can of pb blaster. There are no marks on it from when they repaired it and would have had to separate it the same way I cant. The service manual says the parts just slide off. I call B.S. Stay away from these frauds.
I took my Toro walk behind lawnmower to two different handymen and then to my local Home Depot 3 times. The only one who could diagnose the problem and fix it was Pro Landscapers. Thank you Pro Landscapers!!!
Bought $3000 Toro RS4250. Purchased rear bagger - quoted at $299 -- ok thats fine. At checking out - oh yeah - you also need a front weight kit - thats another $180. OK - could have just said the bagger for that mower is $480 - ok fine. But wait - after 1 1/2 hour round trip to get mower I get it home, try to install the rear bagger and find out - oh no -- you need a mounting kit as well (found online at best price - $78.). They are closed. Now I get to take another 1 1/2 hour roundtrip on Monday to pay another $80 or more. Even better idea - they either provide the mounting kit for free or I will be returning the $3,660.68 of merchandise -- we shall see. You would think a dealer would be able to provide whatever you need for the mower THEY SOLD and tell you about it at the time.So far - I would not call this great customer service!
Went in to pick up some parts. lady at front counter was very helpful in finding right parts (I fix my Mclanes myself), and mechanic came out to talk to me about the specific carb I had & what could be done with it. 2nd time there a few weeks later to get some other parts for another mower, same thing- mech took the time to explain to me why i didnt want to buy a cut off switch to replace my broken one- as the price was 43 bucks - told me they use to be 8, then Briggs & Stratton raised the price- helped me find a used one for alot less. Ill be back & use them when I cant get something done myself.
Great place that does quality work.
Good service.
Great service
