Lived here for 2 years while I was in college and had an amazing experience! The staff and maintenance do a great job and the floor plans are awesome. Best years ever.

I honestly love living here. It is always clean and management is always really helpful. I personally love the study rooms and cozy amenities. I definitely recommend living here.

I have loved my stay here! The Corner has made living near Campus a lot easier with bus transportation and the short walk to UT.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Corner as a resident for almost a year now. My apartment is really comfortable and I like the buildings amenities a lot. The office and maintenance staff is friendly and helpful whenever I need them. Management even holds events with free food and goodies! I love living at the Corner and recommend it.

Do not live here if you need consistent access to an elevator. The elevator here is constantly going down and presents a serious accessibility problem.

My experience living here has been great, so far! With the weekly community events and give aways, it feels cozy, like home. I would definitely recommend it for someone looking in the west campus area that wants a nice place close by school.P.S. Almost all our problems fixed within the same day and I can say that has NOT the case where I was living last year.

I really enjoyed living here. They have some great study spots plus the free Monday give-aways are always nice. Never had any problems with maintenance or the staff, they were always nice and got things done.

You could not find a nicer staff or a better run apartment complex in West campus... The corner was a beautiful place to live safe responsive and fun.... If your student is looking for a spot we highly recommend the corner.... Special kudos to Lacey who always made everything perfect... Also the staff was incredibly attentive and a pleasure to interact with!

I lived here for the spring 2021 semester, the walls are a little thin and the apartments nearby can get a little loud at night with people partying but the interior here is nice, the included TV is a nice bonus, the maintenance responds to requests fast, and overall the area is peaceful enough.

The management is *amazing*!!! Lacey is always so helpful and really makes the residents a priority. They even have a corner store for residents to grab quick snacks or apartment necessities. Super convenient location and right down the street from O-mart + a bus stop right outside. The study rooms and coffee bar are my personal favorite. 10/10 would recommend living here.

The Corner staff treated my roommates and I with such kindness from day 1. They host such fun activities for us to create a strong sense of community and they go above and beyond. The study lounge is always clean and quiet too.

The Corner is a great, safe place to live in west campus. The rooms are spacious, and so are the other living spaces. Trash service is in the apartment, which is really convenient. There are also lots of different floorplans!

The staff here are super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend living here! The amenities they offer are fantastic especially open sky courtyard. I love hanging out there and doing school work!

I would highly recommend living here at The Corner. It’s a small diamond in the rough. The community is small and loving. Management hosts fun events throughout the school year catered to it’s collegiate residents. Management and maintenance are very helpful and always prompt. There’s a bus stop just steps out of the door. Electronic package delivery so you can grab them at your leisure. I love The Corner and have renewed my lease with them, and surely you will too! I currently live here in a 5x4. Overall, this is a nice place. I would say the amenities are lackluster for a signature wear campus apartment but rooms are spacious and maintenance and front desk are nice and responsive. Overall would recommend

Great atmosphere and great food!! We were in town for the Austin marathon and we ate here 3 days in a row because we knew that the service and food would amazing. Alex, the bartender even learned how to change the propane tanks in the outside heaters for us. He was a great bartender. Ask for Alex 👍🏻

Cons:-The coffee machine is not good.-They over sold parking and then tried to force tenants to move parking garages a few blocks over. They had the audacity to make tenants pay for parking even though the whole mess was their fault.-The walls are paper thin.-Utilities are unpleasantly overpriced.-No gym.Pros:-Nice maintenance people.-Layout is good, and room size is fair.-Location is decent and close to O-Mart.

I have loved my stay here for the past year. The Corner has always accommodated to their residents and have made living near Campus a lot easier with bus transportation and a short walking distance to UT. Highly recommend this place as the managers are always involved and keeping up with their residents’ needs. Not to mention how amazing their maintenance staff here is with fixing any issues on time and fast at that (promise you wont find that anywhere else in West Campus.) 10/10 would recommend.

Take it from someone who has left bad reviews at prior residences -- this is hands down the best apartment complex I have lived at during my four years at UT. Since it is in West Campus, I did not get my hopes up due to poor experiences at previous complexes in the neighborhood. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the management and maintenance staff are; they really do care about the residents.If you put in a maintenance request, a member of the team will show up by the end of the day (or next morning at the latest) to fix your issue. If you have a package that was delivered but you didnt get a text from the Luxer locker, a member of the leasing staff will make it their personal task to locate it for you.The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there could be a little updating done (painting, minor cabinet fixes), and, of course, we are in West Campus so rowdy neighbors are rampant (although thats not necessarily the complexs fault -- but the walls are pretty thin).Overall, I have enjoyed living here, and if I were not a graduating senior, I would re-sign to live here another year!

This complex is a great place to live! Its always clean, the staff is friendly, there is a study area downstairs with coffee, and they host a lot of resident appreciation events. And I love that it is pet friendly! I renewed for next year and am looking forward to living here again :)Update 4/21- still live here and sad to leave!

It’s great!

I left a review a couple months ago about how excited I was to live at The Corner and they have for sure exceeded my expectations! Every member of this team is so helpful and its such a fun surprise when the cute, fluffy puppy is in the front office. Always a sweet greeting and the friendliest face.

I really enjoy living at the corner! They really take care of us here, very friendly staff and there is always an event with free food! Not to mention the super cute puppy that is in the lobby to greet you when you come in!

Great place to live. Cool courtyard with a balcony that has a great view. The managers are quick to reply and always willing to accommodate. Had no issues in this convenient and comfortable spot which I highly recommend.

Ive been living in this apartment for two years and I have been loving it so far! The management is great and the apartments are very nice and well maintained!

Great apartment complex my friend lives in it

The good: Newer apartment & came with a 4k tv.The bad: Disorganized Management, Poor Maintenance, and THE NOISE.Ill start with my experience with the management. Shortly after moving in, my upstairs neighbor became extremely noisy. I could hear constant footsteps throughout the nights and the frequent sounds of someone dropping a objects onto the floor above. This was so bad it would throw my ceiling fan off balance causing it to make a constant droning sound, so at night i had to turn it off. I told management about this for months and even showed them video of what was happening. At first they seemed helpful, however after months of trying to address this issue, they told me their hands were tied and that I would have to deal with it. Dont live here if you arent okay with being berated by constant noise.Also, management took out 2 EXTRA rent payments for months that had been prepaid. When contacted about this issue, they again acted like there hands were tied and couldnt be of help. 3 Weeks later and still havent received the money back, so this is ongoing.Lastly, maintenance would complete requests through the online system but not actually fix issues. There was a hole in the wall at move in so we put in a service request. I received multiple emails after submitting multiple service requests that the request had been closed only to find that it had not been fixed.

This has been such a great place to live. The staff is super helpful!

Had some initial problems receiving help for my rent. Chris reached out to me and helped me resolve the issue. I’m grateful for his service.
