These are the worst apartments I’ve been in. Nobody can change my mind, or apologize to me and tell me my experience can be fixed if I contact the office. I have. I hate these apartments. It’s gotten to the point where I’d rather sleep outside under the trees we have than inside my apartment. Thanks. Have a great day.

I have been staying here for 2 years and I love it here. I have read so of the reviews and think that they are completely wrong. The staff in the office are great and I love them. In the whole two years I’ve been here I’ve have never felt like they had a racist bone in their bodies. I love the environment and it is a great location close to everything. I’m very grateful that they ha r towing because I pay for covered parking and have had to call towing to come remove. Thank god for that. Thanks to the management for making this place feel like home.

I Lived here for 3 to 4 years and I loved it. Everything is so close by, so convenient. The people really make it a community not just an apartment. The office staff was always so nice to me and quick to address my maintenance problems. The manager was always available and whiling to work with you with any issue. They even have after school programs for the kids and activities. If I ever need an apartment again this will be my first stop.

Park place is not as bad as people make it seem in these other post I read.... Ive been here going on 3yrs now I must admit since this new management has been here weve had a huge change management can only do so much about the company residents keep after hours residents need to control their households and too be honest crime happens every where....now I must admit parking is horrible at times.... but maintenance request are done in a timely manner..... I would recommend these apartment only if management stays the way it is their doing a good job!!!!

The office employees are very rude and unprofessional.... The manager mom lives on property and she have a assigned parking spot that she doesn’t pay for and get referrals for people that move in if nobody sent them...The property is raggedy and needs a remake no bueno 👎🏼

Do not move here the apartments are infested with roaches,bed bugs, and a lot of crime . I lived here for one year and it was the worst year ever there is never any parking also they removed all the visitor parking so you cant have any visitors over if you would like visitors you have to request for a pass and it only last so many days Plus there isnt many visitors parking well theres few but there always taking also I have a experience were roaches were living inside my microwave it took the office management 6 months to bring a new one my very first day of receiving the key to the apartment we went inside to check it out my son closet was infested with roaches we havent even moved anything in yet the apartments will lie to keep your deposit mines was taking and they also say I owe them more money plus the deposit they kept when I was living here there was a shooting right outside my apartment and that person was killed also there are break-ins here my car was broken into several times the women in the office are rude and once they get you in a apartment thats when their true colors show avoid these apartments if you want to live peacefully lets not forget your car will be towed the apartments will call them on you if they see any car that they dont reconigize which you need a pass on your vehicle or towed my family from out of state came to visit me I let the apartments know and the next day their car was towed do not move here . Also the apartments sends numerous of letters to the tenants to notify them to not be out walking the apartments at night due to the high crime rate that occurs often at these apartments. Do yourself a favor and your family do not move here .

I only gave it one star because I had to rated it. run run run these apartments are horrible. 95% of Austin start towing @7pm but at Park Place they having towing 24 hrs a day. I understand at night but through the daytime is so ridiculous. You cant have visitors without a pass ; Ive never had to live like this.You paying all this money to live here and you cant even live comfortable. I just moved here 6 mos ago and the first day I had roaches. I called the management company over the apartments ( Capstone Management) and made complaint that was no good she never called back. The parking parking spaces are so small its ridiculous thats why they want you to have insurance. They office management flavors the Hispanic race more then she do others. She even calls they towing if and tell them to refund the Hispanic back their money. They call the towing people on you, there is hardly any visitors parking spaces ugh. i can bet you their visitors and family dont need no pass ; just so unfair. FYL some of the office people live on the property so they will be watching. Im will never move to any of their properties again NEVER EVER AGAIN ...... and the ones giving positive feedback must be their family members and friends anything to make them sound good

They wouldnt give me my keys on move in day. Kept on saying they needed to take care of some things. Come to find out, there were hundreds of cock roaches all over the walls and everything. Roaches in the fridge too. I couldnt un pack for two months because it was too disgusting. After that there was a bug problem for about a year.

I am going on 3 years living here. The parking spaces are very tight, and the regulations for the visitors parking definitely need to be revisited. Currently, your visitor must have a visitor pass that can only be provided from the office during office hours. At times, I have unexpected guest visit over the weekend and not able to retrieve a visitor pass. Two of my visitors vehicle have been towed. Unless the office plans on being open daily I dont see this issue being resolved anytime soon. The management has changed tremendously, I have had an incident with one of the staff members closing the office early when I needed assistance. I mentioned this to the current manager and whether she believed me or her staff member she tried her best to make the situation easier for me. We mainly communicate by email now.

If I could rate this place less than 1 star I would. The office employees are slow and unorganized. They’ll tell you one thing and then tell you something completely different later on. I put in multiple work orders for them to exterminate the roach and spider infestation and they kept losing it and blaming me for not turning it in. They raised my rent multiple times during my lease and added unspecified late and extra fines and fees. A few months ago a water pipe exploded inside the complex and the management, instead of paying themselves, raised everyone’s water bill to pay for expenses. Since I’ve moved in my dishwasher has been broken and they came to fix it 7 MONTHS later. Did it work? No They not only didn’t fix the dishwasher but broke my sink and now I have to pay for the dishwasher being broke because they’re absolutely retarded. The parking spaces are tiny and limited and the employees live in the complex and will tow any car that is unrecognized. All in all this place is shady as hell (Management did multiple illegal things to myself and my neighbors) and I don’t recommend anyone move here

The new management there is very unprofessional and sneaky. The crime rate is horrible. Oh and not to mention the roaches. Also the walkways dont get clean so the stairs and walkways are nasty.

I have lived here for 5 years & management with always accommodating in the past then it came to repairs. However, the last 3 months I have constantly been at the office to get these repairs done for my housing inspection.Why arent they done? Ive just been contacted by the housing authority this morning and Im gonna have move because the repairs were not done.

Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Apartments are infested with roaches and bed bugs. There are never any parking spots once you get home at night so you have to park far from your building and have to walk which is unsafe because you can get mugged while trying to get home. Management Always change the workers live on the property so if they see a car they dont reconigze they will get your car towed . DO NOT MOVE HERE THESE APARTMENTS ARENT SAFE AND HAVE BEDBUGS AND ROACHES. They will also lie to keep your depoist and also say you owe more money to them when you move out .

The worst of these apartments are the managers, they do not pay attention to the most important thing that is the security of the residents, I gave them my papers so that they put me in the contract and according to them I do not appear in the contract together with my wife and I payed for that, since then only my wife is in the contract because I did not want to pay them twice, I am also paying for a carport, and once I was olmost racked my car because in the office they gave it to another person, had my wife to ask permission at her work to fix that issue and come to the office, they can not give me my mail packets because Im not in the contract the truth that just because were putting together for a house and we do not gone from there but I do not recommend it to anyone and if I could I would give it a -5 stars

This is the worst place to ever live in, it is cheap but you know this is the only place violent people can afford, there is drug dealers out here, people who will attack you and harass you, The landlord doesnt do nothing about this, even if you report it, If you want to live dont move in this apts, AT ALLL! wish I could move out but live with my mother, and also the community here is horrible 100% horrible, just do your self a favor and never ever move in this apts!!!

I drove past this place and couldnt wait to move in. one of thr biggest mistake ive every made. i never could find anywhere to park my kids toy were alwasy getting tooken away. and the office would never answer thire phone when trying to call in get a work order. i will be moving out this week and i will never come back agin

Parking is horrible. During the time I lived there, my car got scratched and hit, the spaces are so tight you barely have space get your car out.

Worst mistake I ever made moving here. Please save yourself some stress and do not move here

They stole my deposit and I asked him why and they told me that he had left a small can with garbage on the balcony and it was a lie and they were not satisfied with taking the deposit they sent me for collections with a debt of $ 490 they are cool

They are some thieves, they stole my deposit that according to because it does not fill the application well
