Good location, nice apartment complex, but, the buildings are old - 35 years. Landscape is nice and well maintained. They need more lighting at night in the parking and building areas. I have small one bedroom with washer and dryer units... nice amenity. I wish there was reserved parking and covered carport parking. For now, I am happy to live here. Too early to give a 5 star review - one month living here..

Outdated hole in the wall for so many reasons. With all the issues they have, they could at least install double paned windows. Dont let them give you a unit on the first floor facing the street. Nooooiissyyyyyy.

Worst apartments I’ve lived in. Heat doesn’t stay on in the winter AC doesn’t last the summer. My electric bill is 3x the size because poor insulation. Power doesn’t stay on during storms and there’s a huge roach issue is the apartments. We went an entire month without hot water and there was never any compensation or compassion sent from the owners. The list is endless. Counting the days until they’re sued and all of us can move out. The water is constantly shut off making it impossible to gage if you’ll be able to shower that day or not. The noise is insane from neighbors outside all night in cars to thin as paper walls. I’m woken up every morning from banging outside and leaf blowers when I work nights. Do NOT recommend moving here under any circumstances.

The staff is very professional and maintenance work orders are taken care of fast. Jennifer and Tiffany are super friendly! For the cost there is nothing to complain about. It is in close proximity to several grocery stores and next to a delicious taco truck.

Not a work from home friendly place. There is loud music coming from the car wash to the neighbors all day. What the real disappointment is the holes they tore in my wall and didn’t provide adequate coverage for in my kitchen . I literally have debris falling and it sucks cause I’m stuck in this lease till April. No discounts or compensation has been offered at all for theses inconveniences. I am unable to use my washer and dryer at my apartment and now there is construction being performed, so now there is more noise. The staff is nice and polite but this has been a very uncomfortable experience living here.

My daughter & I lived here almost two years and I can absolutely say it was wonderful!! Jennifer and Diane are always pleasant. If anything needed to be fixed it was done ASAP! We weren’t bothered by noise, our neighbors were very friendly and the complex was always well kept and clean. The only reason we moved is because we needed a bigger place, other than that we’d still be there. Great job ladies I’m gonna miss you!!!

The new visitor parking is extremely unproductive. It seems that there are many residents that have visitors that stay full-time so the visitor parking is always full of cars that NEVER LEAVE. Shortly put... there isnt enough visitor parking. There should be visitor parking spots for every two buildings. Instead there are less than 15 visitors spots for the entire complex. Its ridiculous. If you have loved ones that are considering this apartment complex, dont even think about visiting them or staying with them over night because the visitor parking is completely full by 6:00. My boyfriend actually is a resident, but didnt get his parking sticker in on time and was parked in what he thought was visitors parking and literally caught them towing his car. Its also not lost on me that the owners clearly delete negative reviews like this one.

Ive lived here 4 years and Ive had nothing but good experiences. The staff in the front office are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. Our maintenance group help in every way to make our stay here the very best. I live alone and have never felt scared or threatened in any way. We are close to a many nice Austin stores and goods. I would highly recommend.

Centennial Place apartments is the worst apartment complex I have lived in. The rent price may be low but that is because these apartments are outdated. From the start I have lived in 2 different complexes other then Centennial. The apartment manager Reyna Said it was not enough apartment history and said I was due to pay $935 deposit even when I had presented a paper lease of my previous apt complex. Again the other apartments I lived in were much nicer and didn’t ask for a deposit. I was not allowed to tour the apartment until I signed the lease SKETCHY. The manager has a bad attitude when you talk about your concerns. Maintenance takes days to repair. I have had an issue with my ac unit and it has taken 2 months to repair and is still not fully repaired. Manager kept stalling and putting my request off as “medium” priority. The manager offered to buy me blackout curtains so it would not get hot, that doesn’t help in this Texas heat! Further action was taken by management when I stated my toddler child had fainted due to extreme heat in my apartment. Even when it came to my garbage disposal it took a week to repair. Office staff is hardly in the office on the weekend when the site and door states they are open. You will see the staff switch the sign to take longer breaks on the weekend (Saturday). My apartment has cracks near the sliding door easily allowing flies to get through. I constantly have to spray raid on the door in order for the flies to die on contact and not roam my apartment. The field outside of the apartment has dog poo. That is against city Regulations. There are no trash bins connected to the dog stations so of course people are not going to pick up after their dog. In order to park your car in the parking lot you must have insurance to receive a sticker. This was not required when I first moved in. This is required to have an apartment sticker or you will be towed. This apartment complex is unprofessional and a filthy place to live. Do yourself the favor and choose another place to live.

I lived here for a year. It was absolutely, the worst place I have lived in. The managers, Lisa and Jacky, are lazy and will lie to your face. The 24/7 car wash, where you hear loud music and industrial noise all day and night. Stay far away from this place.
