They expect people to report promptly yet their hours are very limited. Covid is over now and they should be normally open within business hours. I cant believe the Manager works Part time for all the humongous residents they have. They should have a back up Manager early morning or later in the afternoons during the week or Saturdays if The resident just started a job in the weekend. The owner should do a Performance review every month on how management handle residents or if they are being treated unfairly or discriminated or falsely accused of by the Manager. This is not a healthy process for a business to grow. Also the manager does not show that she loves her job at all. It affects us residents from her bad enthusiasm on the job. That job should be job shared.
