This is the worst nail spa!!!The guy who did my nails is so unprofressional and Rude!!!He rushed my nails!!!!!Its like I paid for a junk!!! And they will ripped you off!!!!Terrible nail spa!!!!!!!! Never ever go back!!!!

I used to get my nails done here before COVID and theyre awesome, however, I havent gotten my nails done since the pandemic started. Today, I went in because my neck hurts so much I couldnt turn my head. I stopped in for a ten minute massage. Problem solved!!! Also, safety measures were in place. I might start getting my nails done again.

Tom did a great job on my mani/pedi! He paid great attention to detail and gave nice customer service. The salon is very clean and comfortable. Great color selection too.

I love this place, I stumbled apon it while going to jewelry store in corner of block . Its extremely clean &there vigilent with safety precautions.The manicurist all work great!I highly recommend this nail salon

My wife goes every week and this is her favorite nail place because Tom does a stellar job everytime! They have a lot of men working there if youd like a change of pace. They are very friendly, remember my wife by name, and take appointments as well as walk-ins. They do regular manicures and the fun designs too. My wife has brought in pictures of what she wants and it is perfect everytime!

First off they tell u one price then u pay its another. They are rude and very unprofessional I wouldnt let my dog go there. They said prices are high because of covid. That was a turn off for me. I will never go back there again. I hope they go out of business.

It was much better this time because Kim did my nails. Shes pretty awesome. Hope Im not jinxing myself, but they never break when she does them! Ready for All Hallows Eve a little early!!!

I love this place! Its always super clean and never too crowded - at least when I go. I love their spa pedicures. The nail techs are always nice.

First and last time I visit this place. My receipt stated $12 for my eyebrows but the waxer tipped himself $2 through my card without my approval. A total of $14 was removed from my card when it was suppose to be $12. I found out when I saw my bank statement days later. The worst part was that I had tipped him cash already. I can only imagine how many people they do that to and how much money they are stealing from people daily.

They took 1 look at me and said there isnt any availability. Its a few minutes past 6 and they close at 7:30, oh Im sorry everyone is busy. Really? The place was empty with 2 people were finishing up. Never again will I return. If I could give a negative 5 that still wouldnt be enough.

It smelled good and relaxing music and they do not hurt your fingers I am come back Saturday 😁😀😁😀😁

I have been here 2x so far and I love it. Clean place...they use liners in the pedicure tub and the floors and desks are immaculate. I cant remember if they used the sterilized tools, you know when they take them out of the plastic wrapper? Good service so far.

When this place opened they had decent nail technician. Now, they have staff that hardly care about the quality of work that they provide. Nail polish is slopply put on, barely clean the cuticle and just put nail polish over it. I dont normally do reviews but I often depend on them so I decided it was worth saying something about my experience. The guy who did massages there is no longer there, he was one of the best. I think I will go back to doing my own nails until I find a better place.

Because of the horrible work and service.I used to be a customer at this nail salon. At first it was okay, but then I started to notice a big problem. There is a girl named JESSICA. She did my nails a few times. Every time she did my nails, she always rushed and also talked with a guy next to her in their language. I dont know what they were talking about. This is not only annoying as hell, but she did crappy work because she wasnt paying attention! My manicure would start chipping off after just a day or 2. I told her about this one time. She just smiled, rolled her eyes and talked to that guy next to her in her language again . What kind of customer service is that??? I had even recommended my friend to get her nails done here at the beginning, and she ended up having the same issues.Very disappointing. $30 for unsatisfactory work! Not to mention her awful attempts at more advanced nail designs. You would be better off letting your dog or cat give you a manicure!!

Manager is rude and disrespectful! Went in for the first time with my 9yr old and with my 2yr old ... I had originally only came in for myself but decided to get my girls nail done because they kept insisting. It was my little ones first time and she ruined them. My mom picked her up because she was tired and when I told them I wasnt going to pay for something that wasnt right, the manager started screaming at me saying that I HAD to pay. I ended up paying for it because he started telling other customers there about the issue while I was still there. Hes so unprofessional and rude! Coming back to get my little ones redone because I paid for it but after that never coming back again! Only good compliment I have is that the guy that did my nails was great! To bad they have such a bad management.

This place is beautiful and very clean. But the technicians in here are rude. I went here to fix one nail today and it is now lifting up and this was done today the lady demanded a tip for her fixing my one nail and even put $2 as her tip on my card smh terrible way to do business

Gel colors chipped after 2 days and when i went back they did it again n the following day another one chipped. Very clean and nice place and nice people but polish is cheap. Great pedicures too. Not a good place for acrylic nails and gel polish.

Tom is a great tech very clean and does great work.

Easy to get an appointment. They were very accommodating to me and the lady I was with. They offer many services, and are very kind, gentle, and respectful if you dont want your cuticles pushed back. Massage was awesome too!

This is by far the worst nail salon. I suggest no one go there my nail didn’t even last 1 week (gel) and I went to tell them and they said I had to pay again. Don’t go there. The service is horrible. The prices are so expensive and the don’t give you massage. It’s not worth it they just want your money and it’s so expensive for just gel and pedicure!!!

Don’t ever go there! I had a horrible experience overall. I even paid extra for my daughter’s nails to use a polish that didn’t chip and later that day she had a chip.

Today I got my eyebrows waxed by Annie at 3:30pm an left with burning eyebrows. Its now 7:22pm and I am just leaving Urgent Care for what the doctor diagnosed a chemical burn. I just called the salon to speak with the owner an they are unavailable just so happens Annie picked up an when confronted she says oh my goodness an hung up. I called back she hung up again.

I’m sorry but you guys can not do nails. You guys leave my acrylics crooked and painted poorly. It’s very disappointing. Plus you guys never wanna fix your mistakes.

Pedicure was o.k. painting looks like my baby painted them eye brows o.k. but dont let them paint flowers they look like squares big regret going here i tipped nicely but no massage after cost me $40 with no massage Dora nails is much better

When you get services, you should pay for it, that is a rule, the lady name:Itz-kaytlyn, (she gave them bad review)when she’s 2 years old the girl got the nail down, of course she need pay it, but her daughter messed up her nail then they fix her nails more than 3 time, she is still messed up and cry, so girls mom called her mom who came to the place and pick her up go home, after that, she said she don’t want pay it because her nail is messed up, so this place manager told her she can bring the girl back and fix for her anytime and no charge for her, but she need pay for this time, but the lady don’t want pay for her daughter after give them one star and bad review!

Beautiful nail salon!! I went in 2 times to get a regular manicure. Both times, the manicure was done well and lasted for about 10 days to 2 weeks and my hands are in water alot, so thats pretty good by my standards! The only issue I had was this super annoying customer, who sat next to me and was constantly interrupting the technician that was working on my manicure. She was such a whiney pain in the butt and it would have been nice if the tech said something to her cause obviously she had no manners whatsoever. Ive been to TONS of nail salons in my life and I never experienced anything like this pain in the ASS, EVER!! She kept saying that shes a nurse and she wanted to know who was going to do her mani cause they need to wash their hands thoroughly first. On her cell, talking loud within a foot of me, i gave her a look like nothing else and she finally shut up. None ofthe techs wanted to do her mani, which I certainly understand. I just wish the tech wouldve said something like, As soon as im done with this lady, ILL answer all your questions. Afterall, I was a paying customer as well and wouldve had more services done. If i ever encounter her again, I would NOT hesitate to put her in place. All I wanted was a half hour of relaxation and all i got was frustration and continual interruption while i was conversing with the male tech, who was excellent!
