Just moved in and was a great experience. Kandy and Tiffany are wonderful. Maintenance staff was on top of things with such a quick move in window and the unit looks great. We are so very happy to be home where we can enjoy our lives Austin style. We thank all of you for your help.

Dont come to this appartment.They have more coackroaches. They dont come to do maintenance until you tell them 7/8 times. If you tell them 2/3 time only they will not come around 2/3 months.

Nice, chill place to come call home. Friendly people all around and it all starts with the two ladies in the office, Tiff and Kandy. They take care of business and actually listen. They do the best to keep everything going good.

I got one of the newly renovated units. I had a quick and easy move-in. Tiffany at the office was wonderful polite and very thorough. I love using the online portal to pay rent and make maintenance requests. My kids love going to the pool.

The managers Tiffany & Candy, were awesome! They made my move in experience a breeze. The apartment itself is super spacious and the lighting is great. Any issues i had they fixed within 24 hours! Im loving the renovations theyve been doing and the location is close to so many restaurants and main highways. Would definitely recommend.

The villas is well kept up with! Pool always clean! The staff made me feel like I was back home in Arizona. Very friendly & helpful. Especially with this COVID-19 going on they reached out to all of us regarding updates & resources for help. Maintenance are fast and get the job done.

Very very worst place. Management is very very poor. They don’t come to solve your problems until you didn’t tell them 20 times. Apartment is very old. There were many cockroaches. We spend above 1000 dollars for cockroaches but not decrease. I don’t recommend people to come here. Don’t waste your money..

At first I was very happy when I moved to this apartment. But now I am really unhappy & scared. When I walked in the living room, a big roach came running at me. Then I took Raid roach killer and sprayed on it. But it kept on walking slowly. Then I took the broom, hit a number of times & killed it successfully!! Never saw such a big roach before in USA! I dont recommend this place to anyone. Rent is very high & the action taken by the pest control wasnt good!!If I knew before, then I wouldnt have moved here. Wastage of money but apartment isnt clean.

Love it, it’s quiet to me I have a 1 bedroom apartment an I feel it’s enough room for me an my kids the staff is great very kind maintenance came to fix what needed to be fixed quick
