Gated community, quiet town home style living with a nice size pool. Decent size complex with different style units. Reasonable amount of parking. Food, groceries and other types of stores nearby about 10-15 mins away. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
I love my apartment complex. Everyone here as far as staff goes, is amazing. They make a lot of effort to accommodate my disability needs and quirks, but there is rarely ever an issue between me and them. When the snow and ice storm happened, they stayed in contact to make sure everyone understood what was going on and was safe. When some apartments flooded due to the ice bursting pipes, they immediately responded to minimize damage.I rarely ever have to wait longer than 2 days for something needing fixed.
I’ve lived here for over two here’s and I have nothing negative to say. My neighbors have all been kind. Management has always been helpful. Maintenance has always been quick and efficient in their resolutions to the very few calls I made. I’m only moving because I’ve been blessed to moved on and feel it’s only right that I leave space for someone else to have a great experience if their income is restricted. I also want to move on to a house or duplex. For anyone searching, just know that if you’re anywhere near the back, I would think you’ll have a good experience. I can’t speak for the front, but I’ve never heard complaints. Good luck!
Ive lived for five months and break my lease, because of second hand smoke comes from other unit. The management couldnt control or give any advice for the neighbor who is smoking inside their unit. I dont recommend this place for whoever have problem with smoke.
My boyfriend and I moved to Park at Summers Grove in 2014 and lived there for 2.5 years until we bought our first house, a month ago. Maintenance was always quick to respond, usually the same day and if not, the next day. The leasing team was always so friendly and attentive to our needs. I recommend this apartment community. We had a great rate on a cute 1 bed 1.5 bath. It was perfect for us until we decided to buy a house. We thank the Park at Summers Grove team for making our last 2.5 years there, great.
Horrible at returning calls. Assistant property manager is the only one who is capable of dealing with financial things and rent. Only one person? The actual property manager is clueless. The assistant manager takes several vacations a year and since she is the only one who does anything that kinda sucks. Parking can be pretty bad. They charge you as much as possible when its time to move out. I thought that since it is affordable housing that they wouldnt charge insane amounts at move out but I was wrong. Maintenance was meh. Overall I say try somewhere else first.
I’ve been here for a few years and the ladies in the office are always so nice and if something needs to be fixed, the maintenance guys always take care of the work orders in the same day. The only issue I have a problem with is people parking in the fire zone which blocks me and other tenets who pay for covered parking. Also blasting music in cars early morning and after Midnight. I hope to live here long term and transfer to a different unit.
I have lived here for two years and I love the place. My kids have a good time outside in front where I can see them right out of the living room window. The office is amazing they are willing to work with the tenants very friendly and completely human. The price is amazing!! I wont be moving until I get a house!
I have lived her for 2 years and it have been a very pleasant experience. You get a lot of space for your money and it is conveniently located to the domain. When ever I have put in a work order it has been fulfilled within a day. I have enjoyed interacting with the front desk ladies!
I have lived here for a year and signed my lease for another. The complex is very nice, and staff is awsome. I love the women in the office. Maintenance is great. I Iike the fact that they have community events for the complex. I would recommend living here to anyone.
Ive had a very hard time searching for an affordable apartment in this Austin market for me and my family until I ran into this gem off of wells branchThe whole staff here is awesome especially LaBria who sits in the front she was a delight to work with and a perfect smile to match she was very informative and made me and my wife feel at home and like family! she was so helpful and although they were completely full (bummer) she took the time to help us in our search and call around for us and print out a list of affordable apartments because of our situation and our urgency! if that isnt phenomenal customer service and going the extra mile I dont what is! I was amazed! The apartments are well kept and nice. Grounds are nice and the maintenance team is friendly. If your lucky enough to get in I would recommend anyone staying here.!
I’ve lived here a few years now. It has changed fir the worse. I’m a nonsmoker and I have neighbors next to me who smoke. It’s coming through my vents and walls. I told someone in the office and told me they can’t do anything about it. I have health issues but they don’t seem to care. They also raised the rent 90.00. Not worth it!
I use to enjoy living here but ever since this new staff took over everything here has been hell...they tow vehicles left and right just because and if that isnt bad Elda in the office will make you feel like you are living in a prison and the whole community feels this way...DONT LIVE HERE I wish more residents would speak up!!
I lived here for a year. I never had an issue with the apartment or the management, even when they switched management. The apartments are high quality and I had no problem with safety. When the front gate broke, they had a police officer monitoring the entrance. The only complaint I had was that the breezeways caused echoes in the apartments and some of the neighbors were rowdy so I had to file noise complaints sometimes. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly.
I was apartment hunting and made a list of places to call before I visited to get some basic info like if they even had a unit available during the timeframe I needed, price and square footage before wasting a drive.Every complex was able to answer my questions except for this one. The woman who answered said I dont have access to that information. Okay so what are you there for?She asked for my contact info so that someone could get back to me with the info I needed but no one ever did. I ended up going with another property. If giving a potential tenant information is like pulling teeth, I cant imagine what itd be like dealing with the office as a resident.
