The Marquis Barton Trails 1 has been more than fine for me. I recently made the jump from out of town to Austin and the team here was super helpful and delivered me a great unit in no time. I was in a bit of a rush to find a place, but Jenneast was able to get my roommate and I a spot within just 10 day of when I needed to move. For the price, location, and all the amenities, Marquis Barton Trails is superior.

An absolute joy being accompanied by Michael Sabatini. Times are different right now but he made sure I felt right at home. I had all of my questions answered and then some. He by far was the best things besides the interior of the apartments that is. 1st floor unit was amazing and felt just like home. Wooden floors and stainless steel appliances. I would recommend this place to someone who is looking for that cozy home away from home vibe. 10/10! Thank you again Michael for all your help!

Great apartments! Move in was very quick and easy. Management is also very helpful. Love the complex as well, it is really clean and great amenities.

Pretty good move in experience. No hassle, even with Covid theyve been incredibly accommodating while maintaining a safe atmosphere. Really appreciate these guys!

Best apartments to live in Austin, the always keep the place clean, parking is never bad, all the residents in the community are awesome, the maitnece crew is the best Ive ever been around when living in apartments, the front staff is the best they always are quickly to respond and really care about there residents. you wont regret choosing to move here

Lived here for over one year. Quality wise, one of the best Apartment in this area with awesome support staff who are readily available. Vanessa and Leah in the office are amazing and my thanks extends to them for coordinating everything from the time we rented here. The community events arranged by them are great platform to make new friends. They have an awesome gym, swimming pool and an eventful barbecue area. They have a pet friendly environment with a big dog park. I am sure they are planning to have a kids play area soon as that’s a big thing missing here. A decent play area can attract more customers who have kids in their family. Many thanks for all the memories.

All the staffs at this apartment are so nice and fast. Plus there are so many good retail stores around the apartment within 5 mins.

Marquis Barton Trails 1 is a great place to live. The property is well kept and clean, the staff is amazing (Leah is my fave) and maintenance crew is always quick to respond. The property even has a dog park, basketball court and gym on site

Ive lived at Marquis at Barton Trails phase 1 for almost a year! I have nothing but great things to say! Great office staff- Vanessa, Clayton and Leah are all helpful, professional and very responsive. The few maintenance issues that Ive had have been taken care of within a day or two. Parking is easy to find, there is a very spacious dog park, two pools and a nice gym!

Best place I’ve every lived. Great community! Awesome staff.

Been here for more than 1 year, All services were attended on time, Leah is amazing, Luis is awesome, All the service staffs have good attitude. No complaints.Edit :Thank you for Vanessas support during power outage caused by winter storm, She was responding and helping in anyway they can.CWS should really appreciate Luiss (Maintenance & Service Director) work ethics, I have been in multiple apartment / Management in Austin, all of them take more than 2-3 days to just to give an ETA for a service request, Meanwhile @marquis most requests are completed in a day if not they keep you informed.All this points to good management of CWS, I hope other managements in south west Austin follow it.
