When the renter moved out there was an unpaid balance that he was not aware existed. There was a guarantor was never contacted about the outstanding balance. They sent this to a collection agency. Poor customer service. This could have been resolved.

Staff was amazing during the snow storm last week! While running around helping people with busted pipes, flooded apartments, no electricity, and no heat...GREG from maintenance WAS still so friendly and positive. Candace was also helpful sending out updates each day, responding to individual emails and questions, and helping to get residents much needed food and water. During a very emotionally stressful time I am very grateful to live in a complex with such caring staff. So happy I moved here! :)

I looked into living at Camden Stoneleigh because it is considerably more modern than the other apartment complexes in the South Austin/Brodie lane area. However, when I looked into the available floor plans and called to confirm availability, I just didnt find the perfect floor plan for me. Nevertheless, Heather P. in the office was very professional with me and I feel as though she went out of her way to offer me different floor plans when one eventually did become available. Its too bad I had already signed for a different apartment by that time. If youre looking into leasing here ask for Heather, she will help you with anything you need in a friendly, professional manner.

I have to say Stoneleigh is absolutely fantastic. There are trails everywhere to go for a nice walk. The grounds is really clean. They amenities and super nice. The apartment homes are updated with lots of great features. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Adding my second review over here... Recent Austin snow storm disaster was completely unexpected and unprepared for. Theres only one What to describe Camden stoneleigh maintenance nd office staff response during this time- it was simply outstanding.I know we have got a lot of issues still remaining to fix, However their maintenance work, constant updates, free water and food, and careful measures to help have alternative measures for water during the 5 days was simply amazing.I must also say that we had some friends from neighboring communities that saw the good work and appreciated the same. Passing on the same here....

We lived at Camden for just over a year and had a great experience from the first tour til our last day (and beyond). Everyone at the office was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. The few times we had maintenance requests they were resolved very quickly.Appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and grounds.Zero complaints. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking!

We have been living in Camden Stoneleigh for the last two years. They are very professional and have always been quick to respond to any issue that we had. However, they were just great during the snow storm in Austin. Candice was on call 24x7 and she responded to every message all day and night. The maintenance crew was working with limited people but that did not stop them to swiftly address all the problems in that sub zero temperature. The management ordered pizza one night and they also arranged water for us when it was impossible to find any water in the whole austin. It was a difficult week but the management and definitely the community helped each other to survive.

My experience at Camden Stoneleigh was by far the best experience that I have ever had at an apartment complex. The management and office staff promote a sense of community and are genuinely concerned about the well being of their residents. The maintenance team is prompt to respond and resolve any issues. The property itself is nice and well maintained. The other residents were all very nice, friendly, and always looking out for each other. I can’t say enough good things about my experience living at Camden Stoneleigh.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of touring the Camden Stoneleigh Apartment complex with Kalea. It would be an understatement to say this is THE best service I have ever received while apartment hunting, and I have done my fair share. Kalea was welcoming and attentive to the needs and desires I voiced, and she has a great understanding not only of the Camden Stoneleigh Apartments, but of the local area as well. Im sure the other folks that work with her are lovely, but if you ever decide to check out these apartments, ask for Kalea, you wont be disappointed.

The people at the leasing office are friendly and very helpful. Kalea was on top of things during our application and lease.The application process and visiting the complex was super easy despite the current circumstances. The complex has great amenities and a lot of space for my dog. Highly recommended!

What an UNBELIEVABLE maintenance crew we have at Stoneleigh (Camden)👌😉👏. I put in a maintenance request late one night and the next morning JUAN arrived to assess our vertical blinds in the living room as one vertical blind slat broke. He REPLACED ALL the vertical blind slats b/c our blinds were older and thus not Snow White any longer and replacing only one slat would have been noticeable against the older slats. An awesome job ...well done.JUAN was speedy and efficient.What a PLEASURE it always is, working w the maintenance crew AND the ladies in the office. Makes living here at Stoneleigh DELIGHTFUL 🌷

Camden has some of the best staff in the city of Austin is not exaggerating. You will find what you looking for with the friendliest people to help you through the process.

The location is nice and amenities were great! If I would have chosen this location, I would have definitely loved using the yoga/meditation room and the pool. Also, theres nearby trails that would have been great for my pups. Christa was great - and she really made us feel at home before even committing to the community. Cant say enough good things about Stoneleigh.

I absolutely LOVE living at Camden Stoneleigh! This may sound like a BS review but I am being 100% honest with you.The people who work here are truly some of the kindest, down to earth folks Ive ever met who are always eager to help in anyway. When I put in a maintenance request, someone is at my door immediately and always one of the happiest dudes on the planet. I dont know what theyre drinking/smoking around here, but I want some.The grounds are beautifully landscaped. My apartment is modern with high ceilings, brand new appliances and high-end granite counter tops.Im a yoga nerd and they actually have a yoga room!! along with a state of the art gym. Hanging at the pool feels like Im vacationing at some fancy resort. And dont get me started on the miles and miles of gorgeous walking trails surrounding the entire complex.And for all this, my rent is ridiculously low...I couldnt find better rates anywhere else in the city and I did a year of research before I chose Camden. Youve got to check this place out!

The move in rate quoted you - please assure that it is in writing. Make sure it wont increase under some hidden stipulations immediately. Make sure you get everything in writing. Read everything. During your stay check your file often. Make sure when you move out that the final payment quoted you is all that you will need to pay. Get it in writing with signatures and dated.Ask about rent increases.

We are so thankful to live here and for Kalea, our leasing agent. We have lived here for almost a year and this place has the best staff and maintenance we could ask for. They truly care about your living experience and go above and beyond anytime we have questions or maintenance requests. We renewed our lease today and couldnt be happier. Our balcony view of the greenbelt and the next-door dog park are added bonuses.

Ive been living here for five months now and have many positive things to say about this property. Kalea and Christa are very sweet; always responsive to my calls/emails, and so understanding (late on rent, yikes). Its so quiet, I have friendly neighbors who mind their own business, parking always available, maintenance is quick at responding to service requests, the interior of my apartment is beautiful; appliances, garden tub, trim, granite tops everything! Only complaint? People not picking up after their pets, but they cant help lazy people. Overall great living experience :-) Thank you, Camden!

I absolutely love living at Camden Stoneleigh and highly recommend it! The community itself is beautiful with wonderful landscaping and the community has so much near by. There are a ton of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers along with walking/running trails all around. I also have to compliment how beautiful the actual apartments are. The finishes are wonderful, plus the maintenance team does a great job at responding and completing any requests you have. Lastly, the office staff is amazing. They are great at keeping you up to date and doing all that they can to assist you. Im happy to work for and live at Camden!

I have been at Camden Stoneleigh for two months and have been more than thrilled with my experience. Rick Dixon in leasing is great - he did my tour while I was visiting Austin, was quick in answering my questions during my decision making process, and has remained a great resource since my move. Ive needed to make a few maintenance requests for little things and have been more than happy with that experience as well - maintenance even helped me with changing my shower head. Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Im so happy with the choice to live at Camden Stoneleigh!

Richard Dixon is an excellent employee! Ive been living here since August and have nothing but positive things to say. I moved in a couple months ago and everything has been really stellar! From day one, Richard has been there, positive, and so attentive, beyond the normal duties of a Leasing Agent. Hes followed up on so many maintenance requests, with proactive calls to keep me up to date and just to check in. Hes also shown an interest in the happiness of my pets, checking in on them when speaking with me. Beyond that, the maintenance staff has been amazing! So quick and helpful, and friendly, even when something could maybe have been prevented (by me)!

This is the best place I have ever lived. Beautiful, spacious apartments. Never seen a bug. Staff is kind and gracious and I didn’t feel like management was trying to trick me into something when signing the lease. Been here 15 months so far. I don’t like that cable/internet and trash service are added to the rent (I never use the cable and I don’t mind taking out my own trash) but that’s a matter of personal preference. Really great place over all.

My experience living at Camden Stoneleigh has been excellent. From the staff in the office, to the maintenance, everyone is super friendly and ready to assist in anything you might need as a resident. I particularly enjoy talking to Valerie, Assistant Manager at Stoneleigh. She’s is always following up making sure that every and any request is completed, and communicates throughout every step of the way.

Camden Stoneleigh is definitely one of the best apartment communities in south Austin. Before I had to move out of state my apartment here was amazing! They have a huge and beautiful pool area that is always well maintained. The community as a whole always looks great and the maintenance staff seems to always be out working to keep it that way. The office staff is also pretty great— Colette and Valerie are the two that I’m most familiar with and they were always so incredibly helpful!

I am new to the Camden Stoneleigh complex and thus far I am extremely pleased! The level of responsiveness from staff is exceptional. I had to have a few repair issues addressed upon move-in and it was extremely simple to submit these work orders online. In the mean time, I received email updates about the status of my requests and a personalized phone call from Colette updating me on the status of one of my requests. I feel that the staff is going the extra mile in every way here. Im so happy with my decision to move here!

These apartment homes located in a quieter, yet convenient, part of Austin are attractive and well-maintained. I can walk my dog in the parklike setting any time of day or night, and a new section of the Violet Crown trail runs alongside the complex. During our most recent visit to the leasing office, the agent Rick walked us through the renewal process and took the time to know us better. We enjoy living in this friendly community.

We have lived here for over 3 years and love it!!!! All of the staff is amazing, there are never any problems, and maintenance is so fast with anything you need. We especially love Vallerie in the front office. She helped us move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom after we had our first baby and it was such a smooth transition!

I am going on my third year living at Camden Stoneleigh and Im still very happy to call this place my home! The property is very well maintained, my services request are taken care of in a timely fashion and the maintenance team is always so professional and caring. They even took time out of their busy day to help me jump my car one morning when I accidentally left the light on all night! The office staff are all extremely nice and very professional. They genuinely care about you and that you are continuously happy in your home.My apartment has beautiful new granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet and storage space, a huge patio, and even comes with a washer & dryer vs. having to rent or buy my own. The pool is a great place to get out and meet your neighbors and there are even bbq pits in the courtyards if you dont want to bother lugging everything over to the pool. In defense of the gates be down sometimes- things break, its to be expected at any community with access gates (key word access not security) but they are always taken care of and fixed promptly!Austin rents are on the rise, but I am very satisfied to get exactly what I pay for living here. Complaining about rent increases is almost pointless as the population continues to grow here- Welcome to Austin! :)Its nice to come home knowing I am in good hands all around!

I love living at Camden Stoneleigh! Walking my dog around the property is always so nice, feels like a big park. The staff has always been very nice and helpful whenever you need them. The location is great too the back gate and being next to the highway is very convenient.

Apartments were clean during move-in. Loved that they came with a washer and dryer so I didnt have to find my own. Valet trash pick-up is a huge help. Area is safe, and many shopping centers and grocery stores nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its easy to get in contact with them through the Camden community website and to ask maintenance to check on things.

We love the new LED Improvements to all the buildings it makes a world of difference. Staff: 100/100; The complete staff is very professional. Never had any problem with anybody. For me, Kalea mostly handled the requests I made. She is an amazing consultant. Very helpful and professional. Id recommend to talk to her. She is very patient and will not rush you into anything. In fact, everybody will encourage you to take your time and think before taking a decision.Maintenance: Again, 100/100. Super fast, super responsive! They handle everything greatly!If youre looking to move in South Austin/Mopac area. Definitely do a tour here. Its a beautiful, safe, and affordable community. Youll really love it.

My boyfriend and I lived at Camden Stoneleigh in 2015 and still to this day miss our apartment at Camden Stoneleigh! The floor plan was awesome and the fixtures and amenities were up to date and modern! The location in south Austin is superb! Just close enough to downtown but also secluded in the beautiful landscape of Austin! If our lives bring us back to Austin, we would move back to Camden Stoneleigh in a heartbeat!

Valerie C. has made my downsizing transition so much smoother than it could have been -- she is a STAR, a big help and support, and just such a warm presence at this property. She guided me to the perfect fit in floor plans, and never any high sales pressure. I love my unit -- quiet and lots if privacy. I feel with housing prices being what they are these days in South Austin, Im getting a lot of bang for my buck. And the location is awesome -- moving here easily shaved 15 minutes off my commute. This is a new review of Camden Stoneleigh. I moved here in October 2019 and cant say enough good things about the office staff and maintenance staff. During the recent winter storm disaster Candice the Manager kept us updated on power, water and everything you could ask for. In spite of the sub-freezing temperatures the maintenance staff was out responding to emergencies. When we had not water the office staff came up with some water to share and those 4 bottles made my day. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff shows daily how much they care about their residents.

This has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in so far in Austin! I loved it here so much and if I could stay, I would. I have lived in bad areas where there was lots of crime and noise and also in good areas where the police were called for a dog bark and your neighbors are snobby (barton creek landing in WL). Here, everything was perfect! Online system was great, easy to pay rent or chat with neighbors or submit a maintenance request. The people were nice, the crime was low as well as property kept up and the maintenance was great! There were a few downsides, however, but its not the apartments fault at all. Trash service was offensive at times and I wish they would use a different company. Trash people ripped a bag of trash one time getting it out of the can and left the bag in front of my door torn up and they do not come if the weather is bad aka its sprinkling now and there might be a possible chance of something more. Lazy, loud and they rush which causes issues. The hot tub was also out of commissions often but the complex worked hard to have everything running again in a timely manner. Pool is a bit rowdy sometimes but I actually enjoyed that when I wanted to socialize, it wasnt lonely there. My apartment was amazing- I had just a one bedroom and it was bottom floor. Utilities worked well and I hardly had any issues what-so-ever. I will always seek out a Camden near me if I have to go back to apartment living. Great pricing, great amenities and awesome staff!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY APARTMENT LIVING A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Were from New Jersey and because of my work we need to relocate back to Austin, Texas. I thought it would be hard for me to find an apartment and settle things via online since theres no chance for me to visit the place prior to our move-in date. Luckily, I met Richard Dixon (leasing consultant) - he made our transfer smooth and easy. Prepared all necessary paper works and advised me on the things I need to settle prior to move-in. Its almost one month since we moved in and everything is going well, I love our unit, enough space for me and my family. And the apartment amenities are great, especially the pool though I havent use it yet, but soon... Were loving it here.

This place is great and Kalea is the best. She is SO NICE, she showed us the place and explained everything to us and answered all our questions and you can see how proud is her of being part of this community, she loves Camden and she will make you to love it too!!! Kalea is the best!

We lived here for almost three years. The management is nice the maintenance crew is good. The location is probably the best thing about the apartment. After moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom the apartments became less desirable. Lots of dog poop around grass areas and sidewalks and noisy neighbors. People also drive fast when walking around the complex. The gates to enter the complex are almost never closed. And our apartment needed a lot of maintenance. I also saw fire trucks and ambulances at or near our building several times. Too expensive for what you get.

Kalea was a huge help when trying to figure out the exact needs that I was looking for in my apartment search and straight to the point. Not sure if Ill be able to sign a lease with them due to availability, but regardless, you could tell she really wanted to help! Thanks Kalea!

Being a resident at Camden Stoneleigh, Austin, TX, has been a reminder that great people still exist. From the maintenance crew (Joaquin), the leasing agents (Valerie and Molly), and managers ( Latonia and Ryan), everyone is always on top of their game, and they have been more than exceptional making sure that we are really taken care of. We are really happy that we have chosen this great community as our introduction to Texas. The location is amazing, as we keep on discovering great restaurants, great outdoor space, and all the amenities that we can think of. We couldnt have asked for more!

If you like your apartment not being able to cool better than 75 degrees everyday no matter how cold you set it and utility bills over 300 dollars then this is the place for you! Complex is fairly nice, but the AC design is atrocious. We have had our unit looked at multiple times and were basically told that its a bad air duct design which is why both bedrooms are constantly about 8 degrees warmer than the living room and theres nothing they can do about it. Probably wouldnt have moved in if I knew that. Furthermore we moved into an apartment while their was a water leak in the guest room toilet. Got the first water bill at 120$ and when I asked about it was told that was my bill, nothing more, not unusually high or anything, get it 2 more months in a row before they finally tell me Im using too much water and find the leak when investigating, love it. Having 3 months of 120+ water biils is lovely.

From the very beginning, she provided excellent customer service! She gave me a call, followed up via email, set up a appointment with us, walked up to us and greeting us at the door! I worked at the four seasons and now working as a leasing consultant. I must say my boyfriend and I were extremely impressed with Valeries ability to go above and beyond by providing exceptional customer experience and making out apartment search a pleasant experience and not so stressful. Not only am I a Camden employee, but I am a happy resident as well! The community has beautiful trees throughout the property and there is multiple walking/running trails within the surrounding neighborhoods. Not only do you have the easiest access to all the restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and gas stations you could ever need, downtown is also only about 10-15 minutes away! I love living in south Austin- I always say its like its own little town within the big city! When it comes to Maintenance, of course Camden only has THE BEST service. Always quick to take care of my requests, and I love all of the improvements throughout the community! The addition of the Trash Compactor has made the community so nice and tidy- less risk of pests and unwelcome creatures roaming through dumpsters and creating a mess! The granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, and dark wash cabinetry make your home so stylish and simple-yet homey. I simply just love everything about my choice to call Camden Stoneleigh my home- and you will too!

Colette was awesome and very knowledgable and helpful. Neighbors were the worst complained about everything. Molly did not allow pets on patio. Im not sure if that was the policy or did they just make it up. Other neighbors will bash you for having your dog on the patio. If you dont have pets you should be fine living here.

I have lived at this complex for about 17 months now, and have another 13 months left on my current lease. I could not be happier with this complex! The location is great... You are in a quiet suburban neighborhood, and yet very close to the Alamo off of Slaughter, an AWESOME HEB, and the access to Mopac cannot be beat. That puts the complex very close to Whole Foods, Costco, Chuys, P. Terrys... its excellent! I do wish the complex had a larger dog park, as my dog has really taken into playing fetch and loves sprinting around. The people in the front office are always very pleasant, but Valerie is the best. She is our go-to any time we have a question or need help with something. She is always cheerful and willing to help. Thanks, Camden for such a great location and complex!

I must say that Camden has some wonderful members as a part of their staff. Yesterday myself and my significant other toured the Camden Stoneleigh property with Kalea. We were equally impressed by her great customer service, knowledge of the property, and pride of working with this company.We were shown two 2/2 floorplans (B5 and B8) and let me just say both were beautiful. I will not be moving until the winter season and get very neurotic about moving (the process of vieiwng properties, calculating total cost, etc.). I wished I were moving sooner as the experince was wonderful. We are going to keep our fingers crossed for a B8 and look forward to continuing communication with Kalea.

I am really disappointed with Camden service so far.Apartments are good but the way they handled service requests so far is disappointing.

I love living here.the office team are all so ki,d and so want to be helpful.each person is unique and has their own qualitiesRichard is the newest and is super,thoughtful,caring and efficient.it makes living here a good thing.

Just signed my 2nd lease with these apartments. Havent had a problem since Ive been here. Kalea is always helpful if I need anything from the office. Thanks Kalea!

This past Sunday I was out looking at prospective apartments. I visited Camden Stoneleigh Apartments and was greeted and welcomed by Kalea Heidemeyer. Many apartment complexes that I visited over the past two days had the same cadence and routine. Camden Stoneleigh was different. There was a strong sense of community, which was communicated and reflected in Kaleas conversation. I was very impressed by Kaleas professional, in-depth and intricate knowledge of the complex. I was considering looking at a few more apartment complexes, but After speaking with Kalea at some length I made my decision to call this home.

We just move in to Camden stoneleigh,since day one Mr.Richard Dixon help us everything what to do before moving in,He also help us when our PODS came they allow us to park the container near our garage,we really appreciate it make us more convenient to unload.thank you also Ms.Kalea Heidemeyer for helping us.The maintenance are also excellent they help us a lot...thank you Camden Stoneleigh...

I have lived at Camden Stoneleigh for almost a year now and this is by far the best community I have ever lived at. First off, the office and maintenance staff are outstanding. LaTonia, Colette, Molly and Valerie are the sweetest team members ever! They are always on top of taking care of things in a timely fashion. You can tell they genuinely want to provide great customer service. The maintenance team takes care of everything within 24 hours and they have an emergency maintenance hotline.They recently made the fitness center and yoga room open 24/7 which is very convenient. The pool is beautiful and can have a volleyball net set up. The grounds are always beautiful and a lot of the community has big trees so you can have an apartment with a view. Clean and quiet! There is also a Courtesy Officer that is always on duty for peace of mind. They are a pet friendly community too so my cats are happy :)Close to HEB (my favorite HEB in South Austin), Sunset Valley and the mall. Easy access on and off Mopac. Definitely one of the best values for an apartment in South Austin. I also like how it is located basically in the neighborhood off of Davis Ln. so its a comfortable place to take a walk in the evening.My apartment is a huge 1 bedroom (technically a 2/1) on the third floor. No noise issues. The apartment was beautiful when I moved in and I have met some amazing neighbors. So so happy with everything about this place!!

I lived at Camden for 16 months, and it was overall a very good experience. I had a job in Buda, so the location worked well for me. There is easy access to Mopac, which makes it pretty quick to get to the more trendy areas of town on evenings and weekends. The grounds are nice, with mature trees, a fenced dog area, and the best apartment pool Ive ever seen. The apartments are large, bright, and have nice finishes. My only gripe about the apartment itself was that the dryer vents directly to the laundry room, which in my unit doubled as the kitchen pantry. I had to remove any opened pasta before putting in a load lest I end up with cooked noodles.There are a couple good restaurants and an Alamo nearby, but I generally didnt spend too much time going out in the area immediately around the apartment. What is really great about the area, though, is that its a trail runners and mountain bikers paradise. There are dozens of miles of trails surrounding the community, including an access point next to Walgreens for the Slaughter Creek trails connected to Circle C Park and an access point next to the Davis Ln/Mopac intersection for the Dick Nichols/Latta Greenbelt trails.I would recommend this location to anyone who has in job in South Austin or Hayes County and is looking for a short commute to work while still being within arms reach of Austin.

Not pleased with my experience living here anymore. This is my third year living at Camden Stoneleigh and the communication from the staff is not efficient or professional at all. Getting a phone call answered is always spotty and when there is an issue/concern staff do not follow up as they say they will. I am very disappointed in how the experience/communication with the staff has plummeted from 2014 to 2016.
