I got a extraction done last week it took two hrs the dentist did inform me that it’s gonna be a complex one. I had no problem with that after that I was in so much pain and I called several times nobody returned my calls. I had to physically go in to the clinic again to get a drs note they said I have to wait to get it! After waiting additional two hrs another dentist dr Andrew saw me and give me some pain medicine and told me that the receptionist will give me the note so when I came back for that the receptionist only give me few days when I ask her okay if you think this major one would be healed by the week then fine schedule another for the other extraction for nexts week. She then back track and said no it might not fully healed by then so she won’t advise me to do another extraction done. I said if that’s the case then why didn’t you give me dr note for two weeks as a precautionary measure and then she said oh she can’t do that even thou I told her I work in call center. I didn’t understand her logic and then I insist okay then regardless schedule me a apt for next week so if the pain didn’t go by then dentist can look me again and give me another note and if it did heal by then so I can done another extraction then. She did schedule a apt finally after that I get a call from her the same day that due to nature of my pain dentist wants to refer you somewhere else instead and when I asked to provide the case summary so that I can provide dentist she said they can’t do that also cancel the apt! I understand their charges are affordable but at what cost you gonna treat and suffer your patients like that! Truly horrendous treatment
Moved here over a year ago and still love it here. This place has changed over the last year for the better. Gates are working and the new employees are wonderful! Ive definitely recommended my friends and family.
I am giving “The Beck at wells branch” 5 Star only because it is well deserved. 1st of all my stop by complex is for the reason that they are close to shopping, grocery shopping and many other. I would like to state that the staff at “ The Beck” are extremely friendly and I may add the young lady by the name of Ashley helped me by giving the tour of the complex’s gym, pool, party room and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Ashley was very friendly and made me feel Warm and Welcoming.
The office staff are amazing and have great customer service. They made my decision to lease here very easy. I highly recommend these apartments.
We have lived here for almost a year and we love it!! Sophea and Karin are so awesome and so helpful! They really go above and beyond for their tenants! 10/10 recommend!
I do not recommend this apartment. I lived there a year and had many service requests closed without being addressed. When I moved out, multiple times they tried to charge me for the month after I moved out.Not the luxury living they advertise at all.
RUN dont walk away. We lived here 2 years and just moved out finally! We left our forwarding address and our address from their apartment is forwarding our mail to our current address, they have 3 emails which they gave the debt collectors and our numbers but never contacted or sent us whatever bill we owe. So they have no excuse for sending a bill to the debt collectors we gave our keys in on June 5th. The lady at the front desk said if the office manager had any questions she would calls us later that week as she was not in. IT WASNT A MONTH and they sent a letter to a debt collector. We still have not received any information about our deposit but we took pictures of how we left the apartment.The way we moved into this apartment it was horrible! They never fixed anything on the 48hr checklist. The front gate has never been closed and when it was it couldnt open. It took weeks and once months for them to fix any issues.
Absolutely LOVE this place!!! Hard to beat the price, location, and their entire staff who makes you feel more than a paying tenant. Would definitely recommend!

I have only been here a month and HATE it here. A lot of deception from the start. The apartment looked nothing to what I toured, my apartment was not ready move in day, the gates do not work, the mailbox is broken because of thieves and have to wait in line at USPS for 30 min(I WAS NOT INFORMED MOVE IN DAY), trash valet are lazy and only pick up what they want. There are potholes in the complex and when it rains the parking lot floods and the walkways as well. After reading other posts they will just reply with an email saying how they can improve, I want to end my lease and have the fee covered by the apartment because this is ridiculous.
The management and its staff are disaster. Nothing works as it should in here. They charge for trash valet, but the trash valet skips a few days in the week. They keep overcharge people repeatedly. The staff are irresponsible and never do their job. The paid reserved parking area is mostly taken ny others and when calling for towing they never show up.
The amenities here are UNAVAILABLE To use for MONTHS. Broken mailboxes for months. Apartment requires you to go pick up mail from separate location. I think at the minimum they should cover the charge for picking up garbage since unable to receive mail..
Im glad to have this place to come home too. Ive lived here for the past 4 years and have seen many changes. Thankful all the changes are good. If you havent visit this complex, do yourself a favor and stop by. Youll understand why Ive stay year after year! Tell them Dave sent you.
Hands down the best place I get to call home. My move in experience was extremely smooth. Our leasing guy even went as far as making sure the apartment home temperature was set at a comfortable setting which was absolutely much appreciated.
I love this place! I just recently moved here from North Dakota and Beck was my first ever apartment. At first I was so scared about moving into an apartment and making such a huge decision but the staff here has helped me so much. I enjoy there super responsive maintenance team and there even better amenities center. I would highly recommend this place to any one.

Been here since 2018 and leaving thank GOODNESS in April 2021 to a home. People steal things off your doorstep, we had a bat in our apartment and the management never did anything, the mailboxes are constantly being broken into and mail is being stolen, but management fails to resolve this and put up security cameras. Also, plain and simple, the rent and added fees are absolutely ridiculous. Celebrating that were going to be home owners very soon and leaving this horrible place.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the staff and my new apartment. They took care of me. Edith guided me through the process step by step and I could not be more grateful. She is absolutely the best. I recommend giving her a call because she will find something that meets your every need and exceeds your expectations. Maintenance was always on their feet. I feel so special here. They actually care about the residents. I have never had a community company that offers what they have to offer and the promise they have. I love my spacious modern apartment.
Relocating from California is already stressful enough. We are thankful to have both Josh and Sofia in helping us get settled in and making our transition much smoother at Beck. The continued open communication from these guys has helped us in our decision to choose this community over the others. No matter what time I sent an email, I would get a response from them immediately. We are excited to make this community our next home. Thank you both again!
Ive been living here for about 2 months now and I couldnt be more impressed. From the first time I entered the office and talked to Edith I was impressed with how professional she was and how much she helped me, made sure I was taken care of every step of the move in process and she was very knowledgeable about her job and the property. She is my go to person that works in the office. The property is clean and well maintained Ive been to a few apartments that have pools and dont really take care of them but Beck always keeps their pools clean and ready to swim in. The trash service is reliable and super convenient and they are reasonably priced for the area.
Besides being one of the best places I’ve lived, apartment wise, the whole community is extremely nice and kept up with well. The staff in the office is friendly, helpful, and the maintenance staff is on top of all the requests I put it and got things fixed quickly. Karin in the office is not only very nice but is very good at her job and makes herself available to help with whatever you need.
Im so happy that I found this apartments. Im Completely in love with my apartment.
A month after move out, I got a call from a collections department stating Beck at Wells Branch reported me for overdue debt. I made my final payment of fees the day I moved out, and the front office assistant confirmed I didn’t owe anything else.I was never sent an additional bill, I had no way of knowing there was an outstanding amount on my account, and now I’ve contacted Beck 4 times in the past week trying to get this situation resolved. They have yet to return my calls.There’s hundreds of better apartments to call home than this complex. Constant police/fire department presence on weekends, nobody cleans up after their dogs, and management will apparently send you to collections if you don’t pay bills that were never sent to you.I urge you to check out 33Hundred right up the street (or any of the 1000 other communities) instead of dealing with this unethical nightmare.
Our experience with Beck has been amazing! Karina and Sophie have gone above and beyond to make this a easy process! They both have so much energy and genuinely care about their residents. The team here has been consistently on top of things and have truly put in the effort to make this place feel like home.
My husband and I havent been here very long but the maintenance staff and front office staff have made our move less stressful than it could have been. The maintenance staff works efficiently and they are very friendly. The staff at the office is always willing to help and make you feel at home. We recommend checking out Beck at Wells Branch in your search for a new home.

Lived here for 7 years, but wont be sticking around much longer. Their inability to address tenants concerns/issues with neighbors constantly being far too loud at all hours of the day while I work from home or try to sleep has made living here the last few months a nightmare.They claim the eviction moratorium makes it difficult to address these issues, but it seems that theyre just utilizing this as an excuse in order to ignore problems so they can drive out long time tenants in the hopes they can continue to increase rents each year without providing any additional value.I would not recommend living in this apartment complex and I will certainly never be renting from a property that is managed by American Landmark.After living in this property through IMT, Lincoln, and now American Landmark, I can say that they have been the worst about being willing to work with residents and address their concerns as opposed to just providing excuses and/or lip service.

For me this apartment has been a perfect example of “quantity over quality.” At the time I’m writing this review American Landmark is the property management company. Throughout my whole inquiry into move in, tours, numbers and such this apartment team was amazing. Once I moved in, not so much. For starters while maintenance responds quickly they don’t respect requests to call and set an appointment, wear shoe coverings, and when I first moved in I pulled up and one of them was smoking on my patio. The first time I went to my mailbox (it was over a month after I moved in) my mailbox was wide open and nothing was inside. Multiple mailboxes were open. I have NEVER seen this at ANY apartment. Total breach of security and privacy. Also if it can be avoided, do not have packages delivered to the office. They can never find them. I asked this complex for a covered parking space on OCTOBER 9th, and was told I would be put on a waiting list as they were doing an audit. It is now almost FOUR MONTHS LATER and I am STILL getting the run around. Someone is always going to “call me back” or “add me to the list.” I even reached out to the property manager through our portal, she never responded. Here’s a thought, if your staff can’t work through an audit and lease out parking spaces within FOUR MONTHS they are UNDERSTAFFED and OVERWORKED. Or they just don’t care. Also there’s just no reason you can’t give a parking space to a CURRENT resident audit or not. As a young woman who has a job later than the normal 8-5, I requested a parking spot for my SAFETY. So I would not be walking from two buildings over in the dead of night. Not because I’m lazy. Disappointed at what this apartment became after I signed my name on the line. Try to find smaller complexes with less apartments to staff member ratio - you’ll be better off!
Beck at Wells Branch has been a great place to call home. The staff is professional, prompt and caring. Any maintenance issues are addressed right away and property always looks nice. I have referred friends and will again! Love it!!!
I love this apartments the manager Sophia is really professional and friendly including all her staff. She make all the necessary to accommodate us as a resident.. She treat us like a family member and not just a another paying tenant.
This place has turned around with the new staff! The girls in the office are super sweet and accommodating. They have beautiful large apartments with so many different amenities for everyone. I really enjoy using the yoga studio.
Leasing was difficult due to not being able to get ahold of office(they only answer 50% of time). After moving in in July the AC was broken for around 2 months. We would put the ac on 65 but it would be up to 83 in the apartment. The 5 times we called maintenance they said it was because we were on a 3rd floor during summer. 5th time they came they did something outside and it was fixed. Dishwasher and dryer are subpar. Maintenance is fast but never lets you know they came in your apartment. We have seen roaches (one in the oven clock). They didnt do anything about it. They dont pick up your trash on weekends. Other than that the apts are beautiful and I would still recommend. You get what you pay for.

This place has RATS.Rats come every night to my balcony, most likely through a ledge that leads to the roof. It has been broken for over half a year. Maintenance just closes the requests for pest control and repairs. Meanwhile, rats keep coming, eating my plants away and pooping all over the place. The only reason they arent inside the apartment is because I own a cat.Not only that but they do zero maintenance on their AC systems. The power bill for a simple apartment was over $230 for 2 or more months because the AC unit was malfunctioning due to lack of maintenance and refrigeration liquid, until it finally broke. The apartment was at 84 degrees at night.Theres no contact from management, all my maintenance requests have been closed without resolution and Im in danger, as is my property, due to the diseases rodents like these carry.

We moved in last Saturday had a couple small issues as usually happens when you move to a new place but they were addressed quickly. It took a couple of days to have the W/D installed but Edith took care of that as soon as she found out about it. All the staff has been helpful and professional. All the neighbors I have met are really nice. So far the only downside I see is that they do not do PooPrints and not everyone picks up after their dogs. Not a big problem by my building luckily.
We’ve been here for a few weeks and love it. Management and Maintenance are A+, their energy makes us feel right at home. The apartment was super clean and upgraded, love the granite countertops! Thanks for all you do!

This place has some of the nicest staff (maintenance and office personnel) I have ever come in contact with. They dont make us feel like just a number. My partner and I love our place.
After my fiancee moved out, they charged some additional fees and instead of sending any notice (email or call) that she still owed some money like a reputable business would, they immediately referred her to a collections agency. This is after she was there for 1 year, all on time payments, was involved in the community, etc.These people do not care about you, your family, the environment theyve created, their mailroom, the constantly piled up trash outside the compactor, or anything else that is important to you as a renter. They do not care about the HORRIBLE infestation of roaches, multiple wasp nests or disgusting stairwell smells. Security doesnt matter to them as their gate has not been functional for a significant period of time. They are only interested in your cash and will not hesitate to send you to collections without any additional notice if you do not pay up.
Very beautiful apartments, staff are incredibly kind and helpful, there’s an espresso machine, fun events during holidays! BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN pools, I have been staying here for about four years now and I LOVE this complex it’s clean and they walk you through the leasing step by step !

I love the staff and maintenance here, they are always so happy to help. We moved in late on a Saturday and the regional manager Abi stayed late to give us our keys. She even carried in a few boxes. I thought thats so nice. Also, we love the property! Great location!

My mom lives at these apartments and I came out to visit for the first time...omg this place is so beautiful. I was worried with her living there seeing all the bad reviews, but from the moment I walked into the office the staff greeted me as if I were family. Gave me the Welcome to Texas feelings. My mom loves it here and after visiting, I can definitely see why.
Ever since the first day I have had no complains at one point my garbage disposal was not functioning correctly and they fixed it the same day! Their maintenance is very respectful of our living space and very friendly just like the overall team at these apartments 100% love living here!!

My sister-n-law and I went by on my day off to look for a place for us and our spouses. The staff was great. The young lady that was helping us, whose name is Samantha was people friendly, professional and knowledgeable, even though she’s only been working here for two months. We liked the atmosphere, her willingness to help with answering our questions and her great personality. Our spouses got a chance to see the apartment and really liked what they saw. They also got a chance to experience Samantha. So needless to say, this is why we chose The Beck on Wells Branch.

Recently visited Beck at Wells Branch and was happily surprised by the great, professional service I received from Justin having read previous reviews about the office. Visiting properties and moving is stressful at the best of times, but this place seems well run in spite of current public health challenges. Plenty of parking, which is a welcome change from my last complex, and the updated units are good for the price.
Im truly surprised at the negative reviews for this complex. I can only assume that the complaints are isolated incidents, and probably exaggerated during a moment of frustration, as my experience with Beck has been great.The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The apartment layouts are modern and surprisingly affordable. The staff constantly works hard to ensure that every tenant is cared for and all issues are addressed -- They even respond to emails well after the office is closed. They are very professional. I highly recommend this complex.
Of all the apartments Ive lived at, this place is a dream! I love the new renovations and sitting out on my balcony. Parking isnt horrible and it feels safe. The maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly, which can be hard to find. Im so happy to find a place thats pet-friendly and the grounds are really clean (nothing my pup could eat or choke on, or toddler, lol). Im really happy we picked this place! 😍

Checking out the local rental opportunities because I’ve just accepted a new job in the Parmer area and I’m moving from outside Austin. I was helped by a guy who was friendly and polite. It’s an ok complex, needs some love but I recognize this is an up and coming part of town. But my mind was made up to go elsewhere when I overheard a lady who was apparently their leasing manager talk to a resident like they were trash. Hard pass.
Love the Beck all of the employees are helpful and try to make life here the best it can be!

Ive been living here through many changes and promises from previous management. All I can say is the new staff are taking care of business. Ive been complaining about my work orders and the new manager and her team came out immediately and took care of it. You can tell that they truly care about their residents. She even followed up a phone call and an email to make sure that I was happy with the work maintenance completed.During my morning walks, I see the maintenance guys walking around picking up trash and cleaning the dumpster area everyday. This didnt happen before! We used to get piles upon piles of trash by our compactors. Im no longer embarrass to bring visitors to my apartment.

Worst place I lived! They raised my rent during COVID almost 200 dollars. When I decided to leave, the charged me 3 months rent, even though my lease is up because I only have a verbal notice. This place is awful and they don’t care about their residents. They figure they will get no residents from people moving into the city. Wish I could give this place negative stars smh

I hardly write reviews, but felt that is was needed. Management has ruined this complex. All the leasing consultants are rude and do not care. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. The leasing office ruins this place. This place might look nice, but when they lack a quality staff then it is a turn off. Go and lease elsewhere, trust me on that. Never again will I deal with these people.
Wonderful property !!! Had a great experience while looking at the property . Staff was very friendly and seemed quite educated about their property, especially Ms. Abigail Russell who as the Regional Manager took the time to make me and my family feel very comfortable . They are extremely rude and lack professionalism. If a new staff is not running that place, this place will continue to go downhill. I was in the process of leasing and they just ruined it for me. I will take my money elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and do not even drive to this place. Youll regret every minute of it.
Beck at Wells Branch is a great apartment complex with friendly, hard-working staff. The complex itself is in an ideal location just off Mopac and has several nice parks nearby. Would recommend!
I lived at this property for a little over 7 months, the office staff was constantly changing. There was never any clear cut answers for charges on rent. Someone scratched on our door “I will see you” and it was never painted over, it’s probably still on the door as I type this. Maintenance request were halfway fulfilled, our washer was falling out because of how it was “fixed”, we moved in with dirty blinds that I asked to be cleaned, never done, the shower curtain rod was falling off and I’m sure it still is. When we were getting ready to move out we went and talked to the staff about move out cost, etc. We were told that rent would be our last payment due. Now 2 months later, my roommate and I are receiving a bill from collections for back utilities. Never received any bill via email or mail. When I just spoke to the assistant manager and started to tell him my experience there he either hung up or the call was disconnected. Did not even attempt to call me back. I would not live here again, poor management, high staff turnover, and not to mention LOST PACKAGES almost weekly!!!!

She was very thorough even though she’s only been with the company for two months plus she had the sweetest smile and spirit. Jayla is awesome! I am in real estate so I deal with many people on a daily basis. I took my client to look at these apartments after a long day of apartment hunting. We were both so impressed with Ms. Jayla... She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every apartment they had. I mean every single question... and we had a lot of them! On top of that, she was one of the kindest and most pleasant leasing agents we encountered all day. She was so refreshing. She was amazing all the way around!
The office manager will not work with you when you decide to leave, hold them to the same standards they have for their renters. Consistent bad pest problem, trash around complex, last minute and unexpected maintenance work, all completely unacceptable. Look elsewhere to live.

People seem to only come on here to write negativity, BUT i had an amazing experience! Moving to Austin was a spur of the moment thing and being a young mom and student they helped the transition to Austin and our new apartment go as smoothly as possible. Seems to me they got new leadership and they are flourishing!
When we first came to look at the units here, we pretty quickly decided we had found what we were looking for. We had already decided on a different place but after seeing the renovations and finding out what the rent would be, we decided to jump right in. We submitted our applications and paid our deposit about 2 months out and were looking forward to moving in. A few days later, I just happened to stumble across the google reviews and was a little alarmed. Person after person complaining about new management and how it was hell living here. I was confused because Victoria was great and very helpful throughout the process. My wife had tons of questions and Victoria had more patience than I did answering them! We knew the place would be under renovation, which meant noisy construction. In fact, it just so happened that our building’s roof was next in line as soon as we moved in. Maybe we’re just a bit more easy going than the average bear but my wife and I were happy to know that the buildings were getting a facelift since we would be calling this place home for the next 15 months. Any apprehension we had before moving in has become a distant memory. We love living here. Management is great, maintenance is SUPER fast, the community is friendly, and it seems like every day that passes we notice a new improvement to the property. I hope whoever reads this makes it all the way through because I really want to convey how after seeing some of the awful feedback from folks who had lived here before the new management took over, we were simply BLOWN AWAY at how great our experience has been so far. I wish we could have signed a longer lease and look forward to the end product once all the investment and renovation to the property is done. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. One last gratuitous shout-out to Victoria for really making us feel like we chose the perfect community for ourselves and our pups.
I am a very proud resident of Beck at Wells Brach. I simply love this place been here almost 3 years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The office staff are very friendly and see’s about all your needs. Victoria Salazar is one of my favorites, I don’t care what my needs are she’s always so curious and will do anything to help me. I would recommend Beck to anyone.
Great place to live! I really love the layout of the apartment and enjoy the friendly staff. The location is great for young professionals who are looking to be near some of the best tech companies in ATX (Apple, Dell, Samsung, and GM).
If i could give a negative rating i would Beware people! it is just like saying never judge book by a cover. it looks good with the finish but its all for looks underneath this fine finish is poor quality. in matter of a year my apt ac broke down 4 times and flooded 4 times maintenance is clueless and they told us they gonna reimburse us for damaged furniture but of course that was a lie too and every time i go there is no new management and their solution is to blame the old management for our problem. just last week they illegally towed our car and then when we complained told us to make apt to talk to manager and which never happen as soon as you leased the apt after that they just dont really care and find any way to make your life miserable!!! there is a reason they have so many apt vacant. Again Beware People!
I have lived here for two years and the management has changed but always nice. The assistance manager Victoria is always willing to help anyone and extremely knowledgeable.
Worse group of degenerate people to run this complex!!! I would give them no stars if I could. I had a work order to fix a broken window and came home to my locks being changed without being informed. Bits and pieces of the old lock left on my front mat. The office was closed and I was locked out for over an hour in 100 degree weather, unable to get to my dog. No one would answer the emergency maintanence line or return my multiple messages. A maintenance worker finally came to let me in but I was only given 1 key to the new lock. Ive asked repeatedly for a second key and still have not received it after 2weeks. How hard is it to get a second key? How hard is it to leave a message about changing the locks in the first place? No apologies given.
Very nice place. Beautiful renovated apts. Nice staff in club. Should have had a little bigger gym for this big community and may be a pool table to play will be more fun in club. They don’t have washer and dryer which is a boring thing after paying decent rent it’s not worth to go out and do the laundry in commercial
Worst place I have ever lived!!!! Ever since they got new management it went downhill. It went from bad to worst. I can’t wait until my lease is up. Trash everywhere, they make changes every other week and add it to your bill without any warning. They took away the community washers and dryers with no warning. I really hate this place. I’m thinking about just breaking my lease
Do not live here. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The staff has lied to me over and over again. They clearly dont care about the residence at. I havent been able to use my kitchen cabinets for 5 weeks. Lived here in the past, and would recommend to anyone. Currently renovating units as time and leases permit. Large employment opportunities across the street, and down the road, all within walking distance. One of the more reasonably priced options in North Austin/Wells Branch area. Also close to bus stop, and commuter train. Food options abound. You may need a ride to HEB, if you dont like the bus, and dont drive.
I have been living here the past 9 1/2 months and have been very happy here. Beautiful apartments and grounds - I walk my dog several times a day and there are great areas to walk your dog and pet friendly. I live near the pool and its beautiful. Maintenance is very timely and the office staff is great. Great location up North Austin. I highly recommend it!
UPDATE: I am happy see new management who is really trying to work any issues with their residents. Sophia and Abi is great, helped me to relocate to my new apartment, they were very understanding of what I was going through so thank you for that! Maintenance comes quickly to fix any issues, which is fantastic.However, I ran into another kinda terrible problem. Roaches!!! Lots of them! Everywhere! Daily I kill about 5-7 roaches, that’s how I start my mornings. Talked to management and they did all the heavy spraying and promised to scheduled service every week. But nope, service comes once every two weeks and, you know, nothing has changed. Roaches still everywhere. Just imagine seating on your couch and feel that something is crawling on you to find out that it is a roach!!!! On my couch!!! On my body!!!First review:I have been living in this apartment since January 31, 2020. So far it is my biggest regret. Hidden fees: I came to sign contract and Jayla said that I don’t have to pay deposit, but there is an Approval free of $150 I had to pay, of course non refundable. But they told me about it only when I come in to sign my contract. If I knew it from the beginning, I would never looked at this place. Never ever I was required to pay this fee. But I had no more time to look for apartment so I signed it. Big mistake. Since day 1, I’ve had issues with my unit and office reps. My day one of moving in, my kitchen sink was broken, basically waterfall under my sink and they were unable to fix it until 8 pm. I was not able to move in my belongings since I was dealing with this issue. I had to stay at my friend’s that night. Next day I did my apartment inspection and I am glad I did. Just to name a few things: Disgusting yellow bathtub, dirty toilet seat, old yellow switches (not as advertised), sinking flooring (literally), trash in by patio, dirty floors and kitchen shelves and so on. I was trying to get hold of the manager, but she was always busy with new residents and asked me to come back next day. So I did and again, she was busy. Then they offered me to cancel my contract instead of talking to me. Seriously? I scheduled furniture delivery, I had no where to go. And this happened over the weekend! On Monday I looked for a different apartment, but of course there are no immediate move in available and needed at least 2-3 weeks to get it ready. One week in and still no one is talking to me. Escalated to the Regional manager Abby, she was very sweet and wanted to help me. She offered me discount for my next month rent. Promised that everything will be fixed and she genuinely apologized. So I scheduled the day for maintenance to come in and fix “everything”. Four people came in with the assistant manager Victoria, but guess what, when I got back pretty much everything remained the same. They fixed very minor things, left me with dirty floor I had to clean my self. I just could not believe it. Anyway, this story goes on and on and on. BTW, they advertised TV and google mini when I signed my contract, guess what, I still don’t have it and today is May 12, 2020.I don’t feel safe here either. Violence and constant smell of weed in my building. Had to call police multiple times. Waking up in a middle of the night from my neighbors screams and door slamming. Reported multiple times, but office staff said to call the police since there is nothing they can do. Just wow! Thank God I have all communications and photos recorded. If you are planning to move here, think twice and if you decided to move in inspect you apartment and record everything.
If I could give this place a 0 star, I most certainly would. I had a month left to find an apartment, I came here because everything looked nice and it was what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in, we were given attitude by a gentleman named Josh I believe. We were shown the 3 bedroom apartment by Jayla. She told us that we needed to move by May 22nd in order to secure our unit, so we applied and were told that we were approved and needed to send in our income information. I proceed to do that and asked to be notified in the email if my information was received. Two days go by and no word. I called the complex multiple times and no-one answers my call. After one more try, someone answered and was told that Jayla would get back to me. 2 days later, I get a response stating that my unit would not be ready by the 22nd and that it would be ready by June 8th, knowing that my lease was up on June 1st. I decided to work with them and wait until the 8th to move in. I was told I would be getting a welcome letter, which I never received. I called and each time to inquire about this letter and was given the run around or they were all rude to me. All 3 of the leasing consultants (Jayla, Samantha or Amanda and Josh). Finally, I had enough and asked to speak with a manager and was told that the only thing missing was for me to send in a letter of employment verification, I proceed to do that and was later told that they cannot verify a 1099 or a W-2. Funny that the IRS does not seem to have any issues filing taxes with those forms. I just believe they never wanted to lease this unit to me in the first place. For what reason, that is still unknown to me. I havent been in Austin long, but this complex by far has been the worse experience I have dealt with. No-one would call and let me know about the status of my application, I had to do all the calling (they would seem annoyed and I can hear sighing when I called). This is not how you run a business, I work in customer service and this complex lacks that. The people running this complex lack competency and proper customer service. I do not recommend anyone to lease with them. I wouldnt walk away from this complex, I recommend that you RUN and never look back. As for management that responds to these messages, please do not ask me to call and discuss. I tried to discuss multiple times, to no avail. I will be contacting corporate to voice my concerns.
