Having lived at The Clark for nearly two years, I can confidently say this is the best apartment living experience I have ever had. Well-maintained building, beautiful amenities, super attentive office staff and maintenance! And, I have to say, Richard was legitimately a hero during the snow storm. I genuinely do not know how we would have made it through without him fixing our water supply, and stopping at nothing to monitor the building (including jumping over balconies).

We have lived at the Clark for a month and a half now and we are very happy here. The walls are well isolated, we haven’t heard our neighbors at all. The pool and gym are beautiful and not too crowded. The staff here is really friendly and attentive too. So far we are loving it. Bonus— only a walk away from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s as well.

I moved into The Clark recently and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I moved to Austin from out of state and toured 10 apartments before making a decision. Hands down, The Clark was the most clean, well-maintained building I had come across during my search. The amenities are beautiful, parking is easy, and the location in general is awesome! My favorite fitness studios, Whole Foods, and some great restaurants are all within walking distance. But what truly sets The Clark apart is their staff. Kay and Matthew in the leasing office are two literal angels and made me feel so comfortable and welcome during the entire moving process. They are extremely kind and willing to help with anything, whether its helping me carry a huge package up to my unit or making sure my postmates food finds its way to me. The maintenance team is also incredible. Richard and Stephanie are a dream team and it’s obvious that they genuinely care about the property and its residents. The residents I’ve come across are nice and respectful and the building is quiet! I definitely made the right choice.

Staying in a corporate apartment here and couldnt ask for a better apartment to begin my time in Austin. The location is perfect -- downtown but on the edge enough to not be surrounded by all the people. The amenities are amazing (especially the gym) and the team is incredible -- they go out of their way to help whether its getting my packages, responding instantly to any service questions, or recommending places to try out! Highly recommend staying here!

I have been in the Clark for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I moved from across the country and they have been nothing but warm and accommodating during my move and while getting to know the area.If you are moving to ATX, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area, this is a perfect place to live. Coffee, Yoga, and fabulous running paths within walking distance. PLUS a pretty fabulous pool ;).

Lived here since April 2021. Cannot say enough good things about the building, the staff, and the neighborhood. Units are gorgeous and great for the price and building amenities are fantastic. What makes this place so great are the folks that work here. My dog and I love living at The Clark :)

While Ive only lived here for a couple months, the experience has been incredible! Service requests are fulfilled quickly, the location is great, my neighbors are quiet, and my internet is super fast and reliable. I especially love the property team— Stephanie, Kay, and Matthew are wonderful and kind people who will go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met.The one thing to be wary of (which is no fault of the staff or management) is that there is a train nearby which will occasionally sound its horn, sometimes at night. However the leasing team was very considerate and made sure I was aware of this detail prior to signing my lease

The best part of The Clark are the people who work there!At the end, without the great, courteous, fun and wonderful staff, from Manager to Housekeeping, the building would be just another one on the block!I am a House Beautician, aka, Housekeeper and I clean at The Clark ;). Its a blast to go clean the cool looking apartments with great appliances, gas stoves (a gem in my opinion) and all cool amenities the place has!Kudos to The Clark team! youve been wonderful to me :)

I have been at the Clark now for a couple of months and this is the first apartment complex that actually feels like home! A big part of that is because of the staff, i particularly love working with Stephanie and Richard. I love that I know I can count on them if anything were to go wrong. It truly felt like we became some sort of family during the Texas snow storm. They not only risked their lives to come out to the complex, but also made the residents feel so safe in such an unpromising time. 10/10 recommend!

Ive said this time and time again but I want to give a huge shoutout to few of the onsite teams here at The Clark.Kay - my car battery died recently and I walked into the Kays office informing her of my cars status. She was quick to offer her jumper cables but her husband had them with him. Nonetheless, its the thought that counts!Matthew - always has a smile on his face greeting myself and other residents when we walk past him. Extremely kind! Its nice coming home to your apartment community and knowing the leasing team is super kind - very welcoming.Stephanie - I can say so much about Stephanie! She is SO KIND and always quick to greet me by name! It doesnt matter if its morning, afternoon, or shes running out the door to head home. If Stephanie sees me, she makes it a point to say Hi and ask how I am doing. Get this woman a promotion/raise/award or something to recognize her amazing personality. & plus, shes SUCH A HARD WORKER!Great job and kudos Clark Team.

I have lived here for two and a half years and it has been a great experience for me. I met a lot of good people in the community. Unfortunately I will be moving on to home ownership soon or else I would continue to live at The Clark. Great location and helpful staff.

Being from Austin and Living at The Clark for almost 3 years the property has been great to me! Survived a winter storm and pandemic shenanigans. One of the best, if not the best property on the block. Close to everything and a quiet part of town. Can’t beat it! Staff is great and they will help when asked.

The Clark is by far the best building downtown to live in! Amazing location, beautiful units/amenities and incredibly dog friendly. The staff at the Clark are extremely professional and make you feel right at home. Its very apparent CWS takes a lot of pride in their properties and it truly shows at the Clark.

I have lived at The Clark over the last few months & I have had nothing but a positive experience. The amenities are well-kept with a lot of extra cleaning during Covid which is much appreciated & all of the units are top quality. Ive also have had a great experience any time Ive interacted with the staff. In particular, Alexia has gone above and beyond to help answer all of my questions and has been extremely helpful!Overall, Ive had an excellent experience and would recommend anyone to live here!

Ive lived in The Clark for 7 months and it is a big upgrade from my previous apartment. I really enjoy all the updated finishes in both my unit and the common areas. The maintenance staff is also incredibly quick to respond to any issues. Only downside is the loud train on the south side of the building, but if you get a north-facing unit it is much less noticeable.

Ever since moving into The Clark, I dont have enough good things to say! The staff is super friendly and responsive. Maintenance is super quick to resolve any maintenance requests you may have. They have also taken extra precautions during covid and making sure everything is super clean, which is truly appreciated. I truly feel like this is a community that cares for their residents. Also special shoutout to Ben and Alexia for going above and beyond to help answer all of my questions. Also Kay the new Leasing Consultant is super cool, she has helped me with a few minor package concerns. Trust me if you want a community that actually cares for you, move to The Clark.

This place was spectacular when I originally got here. Since then the service from the executive staff has drastically diminished. The majority of the initial team has left and what replenished them is ineffective and un attentive. The cleaning and service staff is on-point but don’t expect a resident services that matches the excessive rent. Its like paying for a Four Seasons and getting the front desk of a Holiday Inn Express.

Maintenance and staff were rude and not accommodating at all on our move out day. We had reserved the service elevator but there were no keys provided and it was open to the public to use. Another group of residents broke the garage sprinkler and yet we were wrongly blamed and disrespected.

Living at The Clark has exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is it located next to Black Swan Yoga & Better half, & its an 8 min walk to Whole Foods. I have a beautiful view of Downtown Austin & all the amenities the resident share are gorgeous & kept immaculate. The Clark is more than a dream & that is all thanks to the team that makes it all happen. Ben, Bethany, Elise & Mary are seriously a modern day dream team. When something needs resolving, they seriously work as a team & all have great communication with the residents, they keep me up to date until the residents are satisfied. It also doesnt hurt that they are the friendliest & really try to get to know their residents during resident Happy Hours. The maintenance team is awesome, all of my requests have been completed within 24 hours. The cleaning team keeps the building looking new & smelling amazing.

Can’t say enough good things about The Clark. I mean yes the amenities are incredible and the apartments are awesome, but the staff is the best part about the place! The maintenance crew keeps everything in prime condition, and the office staff is absolutely delightful! Mary Knauf and Bethany Taylor are so amazing, they are warm, friendly and are so incredibly helpful! They were one of the biggest factors when we were selecting a place and The Clark was the best choice hands down! We are so thrilled to be here!

I just resigned my lease for a second year at The Clark and couldnt be happier! The property is absolutely beautiful and has SO many high end amenity spaces compared to other nearby communities. The apartment finishes are also great because, hello, GAS STOVES! My favorite part about living at The Clark is not only the things I listed above, but the staff. Ben, Bethany, Elise and everyone are all so kind and professional. They genuinely care about your happiness and making sure that your apartment and the community feel like home. They even went so far as to send me flowers with a hand written card when they heard I was going through a difficult personal time. I have now referred 2 of my friends to live here, so I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home in a great area.

The leasing staff at The Clark are the best!

The Clark is a beautiful centrally located luxury apartment building. Originally, I was vascilating between two cities in different parts of the country, but after speaking with Kay Castilleja on multiple ocassions, I decided to move to Austin, Texas. Although I ultimately decided on a different property, I figured if everyone in Austin is as friendly and efficient as Kay, then Id be okay wherever I landed! Thanks for all your help.

I moved in to The Clark at the end of October, and after a few months I have nothing but rave reviews to share. The apartment itself is beautiful and the staff make sure it is kept up well so that it continues to look and feel brand new. The amenities are fabulous, and people actually use them often! Since moving in, they have hosted some fun resident events that provide a great way to get to know your neighbors. Above everything, the staff is 100% dedicated to doing whatever it takes to make your experience as a resident absolutely perfect.

Ive been a Clark resident for almost a year and my experience has been nothing but positive. The Clarks employees always prioritize tenants needs and safety. They always make it right in the very rare occasion of a mishap and it is obvious they genuinely care about making this a great community. Amazing location, staff, and amenities!

After a few months of living at The Clark, I really am so happy to be living at the Clark. I moved in sight unseen - which is always difficult but it was such a painless experience thanks to Ben, Bethany, Elise and the entire team! They have been nothing but great to my dog and I. The complex is as beautiful, if not better than the pictures show. The location is also very ideal for anyone that works downtown, and also close enough to walk/scooter just about everywhere downtown. Parking is ample, amenities are beautiful, location is great and the staff is amazing – what more could you ask for!

The Clark is perfect. I took two weeks to look around Austin for a place to live before moving here. Thank god I found the Clark on my last day, and I signed on the spot! The pool is the best I’ve seen in Austin, the gym is amazing, catch the sunset, or sunrise on the Sky Deck and work from the lounge, lobby or conference room. They killed the design of the Clarke, from the bbq area to the swim-up bar and fire pit, the interiors and the units themselves. Also it’s the only place I found with gas ranges for cooking!If that wasn’t enough, the people running the place are the nicest, most helpful awesome hosts. They will help with anything, and go the extra mile to plan fun events and make you feel ‘welcome home’.

Ive lived in Austin for the last 8 years and have finally found my dream apartment. From the amazing location to the gym and rooftop lounge, this place has it all. The agents in the office are so nice and the complex does such an awesome job of making sure your residency here is nothing other than exquisite.

I wouldn’t live here if you plan on having visitors (like ever). There is absolutely no visitor parking, aside from a very small amount of street side parking that is shared with all the retail around. The apartments are nice, lots of cool amenities and get togethers tho. Bad choice getting turf for pet park though because it always reaks. It’s kept clean but the smells linger.

This has been my experience at The Clark since moving in last November. In general, I am paying way too much for the poor service that has been received across the board. You should receive what it is you are paying for, and they certainly havent provided high quality service/experience for the incredibly high price.I pay nearly $2100/month and this is what I have received...- November to January: Air conditioning went out roughly 6 times and I had a mobile A/C unit put in. I had to get upset with the front office for them to actually do something about it. They called to apologize finally sent in an actual HVAC company to look at the problem and had me move out of my apartment for the day to fix it. It was fixed within that day but the manager said we will certainly make this right for you, insinuating some sort of cash subsidy. They had given me $1000 for the previous 2 months of inconvenience but service is all about follow-through. After it was fixed he never followed up- March to May: My bedroom light was out, and due to their unwillingness to let any service take place in the apartment OR to simply give me a lighting fixture replacement kit so I could replace it myself, I had no lights in my bedroom for over 2 months. Once again, Im paying $2100/month and having to use the flashlight on my phone every night to do anything in my room- March until June: All amenities were completely shut down - Understandable, we were in a weird situation that nobody knew how to deal with.- June to present: All amenities are still shut down the the exception of the pool Mon-Sat and a balcony area when most the rest of Austin has been open for all of these items. They say they are closed Sundays because they dont have anyone at the building. Okay, hire someone to be at the building on Sundays. They also take off every Monday of holiday weekends and have the pool closed during that time as well, which is absurd.In summary, you pay a luxury price for small apartments that highlight the amenities in the building. You spend 2 months without your A/C working, then you spend 2 months without a lights in your bedroom, and then they shut down all of the amenities and dont even try to make any remediation to just keep them open in a safe manner with no timeframe for actually making this accommodation.

What a great place to live. Clarksville is the perfect Austin downtown escape. Short walk to the flagship Whole Foods and the high rises of downtown. Yuppie heaven. Art galleries, the best restaurants and wine bars. Basically, an upscale village in the heart of the city.Everyone in the building and in the area is a successful young professional type. Lots of tech people.Most importantly for us is the kindness of the attentive staff. We are a small family with a one year old. Ben, Bethany, Elise and Mary have gone above and beyond to take care of any questions or concerns we have had. The maintenance staff are also friendly and get things fixed same day. They have all helped us get through this tough period of Covid-19 uncertainty and made us feel safe.Brand new luxury building with all first-class amenities such as:Beautiful pool. Two fully equipped common rooms. Trash valet. Package room with digital security. Outdoor deck overseeing the Austin skyline.Onsite gym that rivals any boutique gym in town. Has TRX bands, rowers, cutting edge bikes, treadmills, even a kickboxing simulator. You are basically getting a $150 a month facility for free. However, if you want the best gyms and money is no object, you will be across the street from Black Swan Yoga, Crossfit Central and the best spin class in Austin.Rooms are spacious with the nicest appliances. Again, brand new.We cannot say enough about how much we love living here.

I love living at the Clark! The past three months here (since they opened) have been worry-free and relaxing. As someone who looks at Google reviews when searching for apartments, heres what I would want to know:1. This location cannot be beat. Being north of the river, it makes everything downtown easily and quickly accessible, whether by (a cheap) Uber or walking. Its also close enough to Mopac that you can get on within minutes in the midst of morning/afternoon rush hour, but far enough away that you are not bothered by the sound of traffic. Theres also one of the best breakfast sandwiches in Austin right next door.2. The maintenance team is great! Maintenance requests are filled within the day of placing them and the maintenance team is always nice and takes the time to ask how youre doing and if you need anything else done.3. The parking situation is also good (which I find is a problem at most other complexes.) There is more than enough resident parking, which you can only access behind a locked gate, but there is also free street parking and visitor parking for guests! Guests dont have the fear of not finding parking / constantly having to run down to pay for parking, something I cant say for the rest of Austin.4. The amenities are out of this world. The pool feels high-end and as if its from a high-rise hotel. Besides the look, theres always residents getting some sun and plenty of room to go around. Additionally, the gas grills are always getting used. The game room and sky deck are also very clean and put together, despite being used daily by residents. My favorite amenity is the gym, its huge for a downtown apartment complex and has everything you need and more.5. The leasing team is fantastic! The moving process was easy and they accommodated some changes in our move-in schedule. They are always helpful whenever I come in with questions and they throw fun resident activities, nearly once every other week. Shout out to Bethany!6. My only note would be the honking of the train (its to the south side of the building.) It blares 5-6 times a day but honestly, you get used to it so it isnt bothersome anymore. It also sounds different depending on which part of the building youre facing, so take this with a grain of salt. Its not a problem management can fix immediately, but are trying to work with the city so the train wont honk anymore, which is nice.I know usually when you see a review this length, its someone criticizing the apartment, but the Clark is such a nice place to live and deserves that shown online. I have lived downtown since moving to Austin in 2016. I decided to look for a new place last August 19 and when I saw the The Clark new marquee sign go up one day on my way home driving down W 5th, I was like what is that and I will live there! Low and behold the next weekend I went to tour the brand new mid-rise and who did i see? The best managment team that once worked at the high rise I was living in at the time. I was like, This is where you guys disappeared to?! I knew right then after seeing the beautuful familiar faces like Ben Hyde and Bethany Taylor (the gorgeous red headed maven) along with Elise Rolfs who was a new face but was the community director who gave me my tour, I was sold and literally put my deposit down that day.Not only are they the best team, lets talk about the building and amenities. This place is gorgeous and the interior selections are amazing. The gym is insane, and there are so many cool community areas to hang in.And finally of course I had to make sure that Bauer Malone (my cockapoo) approved. So when he saw the doggy salon right off the pet play area I knew he would fit in just fine.These guys care about you personally as friends, and actually went above and beyond for me in more ways than they know!I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a swanky, modern and hip building downtown in the amazing neighborhood of Clarksville. Where your neighbors are a wide range of cool, professional and respectable residents.The overall vibe is a great feel and couldnt be happier!

Retail parking is only for the building, not for surrounding business although signage doesn’t make that clear. Beware, the rent-a-cop will stalk you then call the tow company
