If you are a perfectionist, in nail shaping and nail coloring, go to this place – they do such a wonderful job! Also, its interior and its employees make the place so relaxing. My mom (manicure) and I (pedicure) enjoyed the experience so much!

Just before coming here I had a very poor experience elsewhere. My daughter wanted fire designs, and the other place we went to said they dont do designs for kids and were just being really rude.This place was amazing. First time here. I called to ask if they do designs for kids and he said yes. We came in and they were very nice and clean. There was great energy here. Nails are on point for both me and my daughter. Thanks so much for taking the time to do my daughters nails. We had a great experience, we will definitely be making this our new regular spot.

I went here after my normal salon didnt have a specific color I was looking for. I came in at 9:30am on a Friday morning and there was only one other customer in the salon. They had the perfect olive color I wanted and Lynn took the time to give me designs on my nails as well. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and the prices were great. This will definitely be my new normal spot!

Its been only a week after I had my nails done.They did a really bad job, surface was uneven, nails all crooked, I asked for coffin shape and they did squared, I asked for matt white, but they turned orange the very next day, so I had to polish the matt finishing off.It was a mess!

I was really excited to go here to get my nails done, just because they have sooooo many good reviews. My nails turned out horribly though. I asked for pink and white ombre with coffin shape, and it was VERY apparent the lady had absolutely NO CLUE what she was doing. My nails turned out bumpy and lumpy, Ill have to fix them myself since I already paid someone $65 for this mess.

Came back in May 2021 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. My toes were very sad and messed up from lack of caring for them over pandemonium. They took such care with my toes and made them lovely and relieved my ingrown toenail pain. The gel mani was great as well and I got some simple art on the mani which is fun and cute.I feel super safe and relaxed here, and am happy to keep returning!

Made a same day appointment, got in 10 minutes early and they were immediately ready for me. Everyone was super nice and the girl who did my pedicure did a great job! This is where Im going from now on, the prices were great too! I have only positive things to say about this place!

They definitely need to brush up on their cleanliness and sterilization the tools that they used on me had residue on them I know I should have walked out right then but somebody else was with me and I didnt want to make them leave as well it was supposed to be a nice relaxing day at the spa but instead since I had a picture nobody wanted to do my nails I moved to three different chairs and it didnt matter because that same day I got my nails done they started lifting. That same evening I called them and they said please let us fix it for you come in I said okay, I went back the next day & they fixed them. Well 4 days later most of them are lifted more than halfway. Im super easy on my nails so I know that their quality of nails are not good especially if two people worked on me separate times. Nina (which I know it wasnt her name because she is the one that told me that the girl that did my nails name was Nina, so in my opinion they just use that as a generic name in order not to be held accountable)anyway she said that the reason why its lifting & dont look good is because I got clear looking nails so thats why it looks ugly because I got clear and I said no when I do my hair it gets stuck in the back of my nails so its not just about how they look. I was amazed that she said that. Anyway I paid $105 and they gave me a refund of $37.50 not even enough for somebody else to rebase them. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE

I had an 11:30am appointment for pedicure and rebase. They had to change person doing my pedicure in the middle to do someone elses nails.She finished pedicure and I sat there for 30 minutes....then they took a walk in for nails before my rebase. I was the one with appointment and had been waiting.I paid for pedicure and left. All they said was come back later. No thank you.

The result was wonderful as shown in my pic!Ive been in Aurora for many years and have never settled on a salon, but I can finally say Relax Spa & Nails is by far the only salon that have won my heart. I went in to get my nails done and they turned out great I love them unfortunately I won’t be returning only due to going in for an eyebrow wax and the lady I feel personally messed up my eyebrows on purpose. I have nice thick eyebrows and never have I ever come across someone to mess them up the way she did. My eyebrows look horrible and I don’t know why someone would do that but the good thing is my brow will grow back but my business will not be back at their location. I was so upset with how they currently are I almost went back for a refund but honestly that won’t make my eyebrow grow back any faster. Good luck to your business but I will not be returning.

I went there for my wedding and I kept getting different pricing for their procedures. It was one of the worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. ALSO in addition to that after removing my nails a week later my actual nails looked HORRIBLE (see attached photo) I felt so sad. I took my sister and family members with me to get their nails done and their nails also are in a terrible state. Avoid this place at all costs!! You will regret going here.

Worst place I have ever been to. Way too short and they arent even coffin and they all arent the same shape. Kevin or Ben whatever his name is, is VERY RUDE. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’m very picky about how I want my nails done and I’m hesitant about trying new places, hence why I don’t have a “regular” I go to. A good friend of mine suggested this place since she’s been here before and likes the way they did her shellac and decided it wouldn’t hurt to try it out. For whatever reason in past nail salons, nail techs always had a difficult experience me understanding what a natural nude color was so I made sure to explain to the nail tech what I wanted and showed her a picture as reference. I was left very surprised when she was able to perfectly execute what I asked for. As far as prices, they were fair for the great work done. I will definitely be coming back again!

I went to get dip on 7/31, which cost $43.00. The quality was poor, and was supposed to last for at least a few weeks; it was already coming off by day two so I went in on 8/8 to ask them if they could fix my nails since they started so badly chipping so soon. Two ladies said that they could fix it for no charge since the original service did not last as promised. After I handed my credit card over to pay for what I thought was just going to be a $12 eyebrow service, I noticed that the total was for $55.00. I asked questions about why I was charged when I was told by two people that it would be no charge, and the lady that I asked got upset that I was asking; she started yelling at me in front of the customers saying “that’s why I asked you if you had a preference of who you wanted to work with.” I told her that was at all no indication of a $43.00 charge and that I was going off of what the two staff members told me earlier that it’d be no charge. Her only response was to write on the receipt the services that I received and the cost of them. I told them if I would have known they were going to charge me, I would not have went forward with “fixing them for no charge.” On top of the embarrassment, I was very frustrated with them. Im working with my bank now to get a credit for the two services since I shouldnt have been charged for the second one, and the first one was not what I paid $43.00 for. What a giant mess. I was sad because I was glad to find a clean place with nice people that I could rely on, and that I could no longer go there. It seems I was wrong. The language barrier may seem to have played into it.As I was checking out, I asked if I could get a stamp for the last time since I forgot to stamp my card - and the lady that was yelling at me when I was trying to reason with her threw it in my face that, she already stamped your card twice for you. Just uncalled for treatment. I didnt get what I paid for here which is why I am asking my bank to help credit me since they will not refund me!

First of all..did not get the nail tech I had asked for..the nail tech I got..Tammy..seemed somewhat inexperienced in the procedure I requested..the gel used to fill my nails was all over my fingers..sticky..the color of the base was too pink..nails are too thick..she did not clean under the nails leaving gobs of the white gel under my nails..when we were done..she fills my hand with oil thst was supposed to be put on my nails.. I now have oil on my hands..trying to sign a receipt with a hand slick with oil..sorry..not going back..wanted someone closer to where I now .live..but..convenience isnt so good..

Although I absolutely love my nails, the nail tech was a bit rough. I also witnessed a customer wait almost 20 minutes with her feet soaking and not being attended too. The tech was getting ready to start on her but her previous customer stated that she now would like a manicure. Instead of communicating with her new customer she just left her hanging and proceeded to do a manicure on the previous client. I thought that it was very unprofessional and rude to say the least.
