My favorite place to sit outside of while my wife gets her nails done!

I have been going to Neo Lashes for years and I sent numerous clients to them for nails, lashes waxes .Today was the WORST I have ever had done with my lashes. They were hideous and not what I paid for 120 lashes. She was very mean and abrupt and told me since I didn’t like her work to find another salon. I have tried to look to find if they are licensed to do eye lash extensions or their certifications found nothing posted. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

Im not a problematic person and I dont usually write reviews, but this just needs to be said. I came in to get my nails done after a long day of work and the male staff was very rude. I showed him a picture of what I wanted to do and instead of helping me find a color, he hands me four large books. When I take over five minutes trying to select a color, he begins to get frustrated and speaks to me in an angry rude tone. I choose a color and he says are you sure and repeats the cost for me three times. I became hesitant from the amount of times that he asked so I chose another color and then he became so angry, threw the nail book colors, and grabbed my hands aggressively. I was on the verge of tears at this point and I told him that if he was going to be this rude then I didnt want the service. I grabbed my bag and walked out, not a single employee apologized about what happened although another lady that works there saw what went on. I would not recommend coming here, and this is not a way to treat your customers!

Love love love this place! The shop is super clean and covid cautious. The staff is very friendly and good at their work. Highly recommend making an appointment online or by phone. They have all the latest products and know fashion trends. They are excellent at accommodating small parties.

Ugh where to begin. So the dramatic lashes basically were shorter and thinner than my natural onesThe person who did my lashes was such a sweetie but she didnt wash her hands after holding a dog and touching my eyesWhen my boyfriend called to ask them to make my lashes more dramatic and mentioned this, she said she used hand sanitizer so it was the same thing (as scrubbing off dog hair)?We paid an extra thirty dollars so I could have long lasting dramatic lashes. I have been getting my lashes done for years.They told us we would get a call back from the manager or owner. Never did. Real sad. This is major years of great loyal customer profit from me they had coming their way. To put another 20 lashes wasnt worth years of my business. I give an extra star because I did hand my artist an extra $20 bill and she was honest and gave it back. Wont be back here but thanks

Really nice place. Typical upwelling, but the staff is amazingly friendly and the prices are great. They even let a customer come in for a pedicure with her doggo and didnt did when he was being a bit rambunctious around the chair she was in.

Everyone wears a mask. I tried 60 lashes they are very subtle not over the top which is exactly what I asked for. I added a mani and lip wax and total was only $60 for EVERYTHING. will be back!

Loved this place! They were very friendly, quick, detail oriented and very well priced. I got my lashes done at the same time as a manicure. It was very relaxing, the woman who did my lashes was so gentle! I forgot she was doing them at one point because she was so gentle and barely touched my face. I don’t know about other’s experience, but if your expectations are in line, you’ll be very happy. It’s not a spa, it’s a cute nail salon on a strip. They’re much better than most!

I walked into Neo Lashes and Nails without an appointment. I didnt have to wait at all! They did facial hair removal, eyebrows, a manicure and a pedicure. The whole thing took less time than I expected. The employees were friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. It was a wonderful experience! And surprisingly affordable! I will definitely go back, and encourage my friends and family to go here! Fantastic!

Nice people, relaxing, pretty nails!

I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish which was $55 ($15 more than a regular gel pedicure), and it was wonderful. The technician who did my pedicure was very sweet and gentle, and not at all pushy. The deluxe pedicure was well worth the extra money, as it did include lots of extra services. The whole experience was clean, accommodating, and relaxing!

Honestly it wasn’t that good... my nails don’t look as I went to the salon definitely! And the staff wasn’t kind at all... I even told one of the girls to fix one nail cause it definitely lacked of nail polish and she told me she was busy! That it looked ok but clearly it didn’t.... and my feet don’t even feel soft.

I come here for lash extensions and have had both people that work there they both do a phenomenal job! I never have problems and they always last 5-8 weeks depending on how hard I am on the lashes. I think its nice and comfy in the room where they do them. They normally play music and I do feel relaxed!

I got terrible experience.I paid $30 for my gel manicure.They dont do any massage, scrub, hot towel.Just file. cuticle and color. Thats it.My cuticle is all over, dirty, also color is flood.She messy my nails done.

This place is wonderful! My girlfriend took me here and the manicure + pedicure look great. This place was clean and the person taking care of me was very friendly. Definitely coming back again soon!

Super polite staff. Fit in my sister for eyelash extensions between appointments. One downside was that it took waaaaay longer than we expected

Had my eyelashes done today one person started my lashes then a regular who spoke their language came in and the lash ladies swapped without even telling me. I opened my eyes and I have a new tech which is odd and deceitful. My right eye looks ok the left one however does not look the same and already lost 10 out of the 30 they applied on the left eye. Be careful going there just not very professional not trustworthy.

It was ok 5 times i went there, but this time one person started with putting lashes on one eye and the other person did another eye even tho i scheduled it with Hong (first person). Sure enough the lashes on second eye started falling off quicker, plus that eye became super red for weeks as if she also used a different glue. Not sure i will be back...

Susie was so friendly and gave me a beautiful pedicure! Her service was efficient, but allowed plenty of time for a great massage and attention to detail with my nails. Ive been coming here for years and Ill of course be back to see Susie! :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the first two experiences here were wonderful. It was only the most recent experience that warranted such a bad review. Shellac was put on way too thick (clearly, by a new technician, as she was being closely supervised by another), and it chipped within the first 24 hours. For all my shellac sisters out there, you know those chips from too thick of polish are HUGE, get caught on anything, and look terrible. Not to mention, is terrible for your nail underneath. I called to ask what their policy was on chip repair, and the employee told me she didn’t know and her boss wouldn’t be back until next week to answer the question. Absolutely not worth the $40. Way too many other choices within a half mile to even think twice about going to this establishment.

This place is AMAZING They do perfect lashes and nails and their pedis are just as AMAZING 😊

I had the pleasure of popping in for a french gel manicure and lash fill with Vy and Hong who both did a fantastic job. I had a broken nail very deep in my nailed but they repaired it while making it look exactly like the rest of my natural nails. The technicians were all very pleasant, hard-working and accommodating. They also have an adorable hello kitty chair I am looking forward to showing my 7 yr old daughter when I return. I am so glad I found this hidden little treasure!

Scheduling a mani-pedi on their website was easy and they were ready for me when I arrived. There were sooooo many colors to choose from! The woman doing my nails was very polite and everything was great.

I got my eyebrows microbladed here and have been receiving so many compliments. Will be back for their eyelash extensions

Love this place, going there for almost 10 yrs

First time and I loved it!!!! I ended up with great nails done by Lyly! She was amazing-I did not have any knicks,cuts or burns and the price was on point!!!! For who ever stated that they use cheap polish is false....OPI and china glaze is what I saw. 100% satisfied and will definitely be returning to top nail!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time and no one ever asked if I had been helped. When I confronted staff they said they thought I had already been taken care of even though I sat in the front of the store the whole time. Also 2 staff members were playing on their phones while I was sitting and waiting. Would not recommend for anyone.

BEWARE!! I came here with my partner to get a mani/pedi before our cruise, the lady (who i believe was the owner) literally RIPPED my toenail cuticle, which was incredibly painful and bled horribly. I took it as a simple mistake and brushed it off, until she did the same to my thumbnail cuticle. My vacation ended up being very painful to walk, my finger ended up getting infected so badly that I ended up having to go to the hospital

WORST EXPERIENCE! I should have known something wrong when i walked in on a saturday at 11am and the place was empty. I do not know the name of the person who worked on me but she completely ruined the shape of my nails when giving me a fill/rebase. I kept trying to give her direction and my nails kept getting shorter and crooked. I turned around and asked the other ladies if they could help (since they were doing nothing) and the owner came out the back. She tried to remedy it, but end up cracking my nails (2-3) with the motorized buffers. She realized at that point the first lady did not properly remove the lose acrylic from my last set but just covered it. All in all, i was there almost 2 hours, no apologies, discounts, or care for that matter. They will not get my money or waste my time again! ohhh, and to top it off, My index finger nail broke in half the next day!!

I love the new dip powders selection. There are a lot of colors to choose from that other nail salons dont have.

The pictures online are misleading!!! I asked for the picture on the website and I ended up with spider lashes! After commenting that they looked different than the picture she tried to fix them BY PULLING OUT MY NATURAL LASHES and putting in shorter fake ones!!!! Wouldn’t recommend.

This is the place to go for AWESOME nails

1) The later salon hours accommodate my crazy busy weekday schedule. The only salon I can get a 6:30 or 7pm appt. and Im done in 60 mins.2) I always get shellac or powder for my thin nails and they last way longer than 2 weeks depending on how often my hands are in water...when I am back in to get my nails done its usually bc of how much my nails have grown out not because of lifting.3) First EYELASH EXTENSIONS experience done here and they looked awesome and they lasted forever! Of course I took great care of them. After I let them all fall out, I bought a Groupon to a different place to get them done and those lasted me about 12 days :( so I didnt end up saving any money.

Terrible experience! Went to get my lashes done they switched technicians at least 2 times, it took an hour and a half and they did not listen to what I️ wanted! Then got a pedicure and manicure, the technician was very rough despite me telling her she was hurting me she cut several of my toes. The manicure was the worst I️ have ever had even with me asking her to fix mistakes, the filing was terrible, the shellac was all over my fingers, my cuticles looked worst than when I️ went in. I️ will never go back!!!

Went here on a Sunday when their ppsted hours said they would be open, but nope, closed. At least have the courtesy to update your website and door sign!

I was in town on vacation, I set up an appointment for lash extensions I was there for almost 4 hours and still came out with no lashes, I looked like a bird. I told her I wasn’t happy and she didn’t say anything no refund no let me fix them for you NOTHING! Not worth $120 at all !

Terrible experience, the Chinese woman does not understand any language, she does what she wants, my husband asked me where the eyelashes were. Because the truth was so few that it was not known what it had. Also they did not last 2 days. Do not throw your money here. DISASTER
