Sandy did my nails she was very nice. But my no-chip is already chipping and it hasn’t even been 4 days. My nails are not shaped correctly. I had to go back the next day because my butterflies was falling off. Van redid them her attitude was horrible and very unprofessional. Van was very rude to me. She wanted to charge me for something I just paid for the night before. Holly did my pedicure and she was nice also but my big toe is already chipping as well. I spent $105 for my manicure and pedicure to not even last a day. Don’t waste your money go to a nail shop where it will at least last two weeks. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. But it’s definitely a waste of your time and money and I don’t want anyone else to experience what happened to me. Very Unprofessional Work

I got a manicure and pedicure here.The customer service is very good. But, my nail polish is already chipping the next day. The nail polish they use are old and sticky.

If I could give this place a -5 or a 0 stars I would .. I got my nails done on 8/1 and they all lifted in less than 24 hours .. the lady had cut me so I went back and asked for a refund because I didn’t want her cutting me again .. they refused to give me the $140 … that’s right they charged my boyfriend $140 for the nails … and I was forced to get them “fixed” she cut me multiple times again trying to fix them … she filed them down and cut me while doing so .. added glue and top coat and said they were fixed … please don’t go here … spend your money somewhere else … horrible service .. if you want to throw your money away your better off donating it or giving it to someone in need .. these people will overcharge you to cut you and give you poor quality nails .

I arrived at 5:20pm it is now 7:02pm and I have yet to get my pedicure. I asked the receptionist when I would be able to get my pedicure and he said now and led me to the chair to sit for another hour. These people will have you wait and egg you on with a time that is not true. They need learn punctuality or at least respect their customers enough not to give them a false time

I really enjoy coming to this salon. It is about a 30 minute drive from where I live but it is worth the drive! I have had my gel manicures done by every technician at the shop and they have all turned out great. This salon is clean and the staff are friendly I never write reviews but they deserve it! Keep up the great work!

Guy told us we would be done by a certain time as we needed to be somewhere by 315p. That didnt happen. Staffing was not sufficient, Id say. I would come back for pedis here, my girl really got to the nitty gritty in the gentlest manner!

If I could do no stars I would. The lady’s name that took care of me is Van. She honestly did the most terrible set of acrylics I’ve had in my life. As you can see in the picture they are the ones published today as well pastel pink acrylics. She was super messy she didn’t do any clean up after the acrylic was put on. She nearly file them a little and that’s was it. I don’t know if it was bc there was a girl to get her eyebrows waiting for her or what but they are terrible. Plus there is no reason why she should not be delivering a good job to one client when the other one is waiting. She was also very shaky. Overall the worst experience in my life. They try to be fast and are always in a hurry to get a lot done when they are not doing a good job at all.

Alex was the go-to tech, but hes no longer there. They are still good.

Looks can be deceiving. Place looks sounds like a great place but it is far from it. Staff/Product wise. The manager or owner was the one who did my nails and I was extremely displeased. She did my full set entirely too fast and the quality was poor. She didn’t even buff my nails. She filed that and painted right over it. Looks like I got my nails done 1 month ago and it’s only been 1 day. A total waste of money. Should have kept my tip, but I still was the good person that I am and gave one anyway. Feel free to zoom in on my pictures even though it’s not needed. You can clearly see this set is worthless.

We asked for a full set and pedicure. They said in total it was gonna be $80. We agreed and they did their work. My mother was the one that was got all of these. Her nails didnt look bad, but thats not the thing. The woman that attended us didnt tell us the price. And us thinking as it was $80, she signed it. She gave is the receipt afterwards. When we got out of the salon, we saw the receipt and saw that they charged $167.00. We where confused I went back to ask why I was so high. He then showed us the screen that they charged separately for the paint for the nails. And we were so confused because they never told us that and apparently he said that they polished my moms feet. But we never asked for that and she didn’t even get it. The man just got on his phone and walked away from us and didn’t even bother coming back before us. We Were there for a good 3- 8 minutes waiting for him to come back. But he never did. We just left, and he came back to the front. I went back to ask him again, but he walked away immediately.

We’ve tried this place 2x. Only visited the 2nd Bc i had to get rid of a gift certificate. The child mani/pedi is a joke… they don’t do anything but paint their fingernails. The polish must have been old as it came off entirely almost immediately. The adult mani/pedi was one of my worst, uneven and poorly done. Go elsewhere.

My sister treated me to a Mani/Pedi. The wait was not too long and when we got in the chair we BOTH chose the $72.00 Pedi that includes a nice relaxing massage. The treatment was supposed to be 1 hour long, however, we only spent 45(Im being generous) minutes in the chair, and were told it was an hour, meanwhile the massage was NOT relaxing nor rejuvenating. When we spoke up about it, there was nothing but laughter and we were shewed to the chair for the Mani. In my opinion, the customer service/satisfaction was definitely LACKING! They will NEVER see my face again in their establishment. This was a VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE that will NOT happen again! Oh, to top it all off, the polish is ALREADY peeling and I got the work done on SATURDAY!!!!! Im super disappointed!!

This is place is not professional I myself work in the customer service department and if something is not right I try to help the customer. So I went in because they have left my nails crooked and bad and when I went in the lady did not fix them and when I told her the nail was put on wrong she laughed and said that is was my finger that was crooked honestly that is not the way they should treat a customer I left with my nails not left how I wanted I am not satisfied. I as a customer paid a service and I should have been satisfied but that was not the case. She just rushed my nails I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Really sweet nail techs. They are talented and when I went, they try to do exactly what i want even if they accidentally do it wrong, they will do it over and they are nice about it. They have many color and application options. And the decor is really nice, fun for girls. You will enjoy spending time and money there.

Staff was friendly and social for the most part. My girlfriend had a terrible job done as you can see by the photos. Bathroom was out of order. The lady doing her nails didnt talk to her or even ask what shape nail she wanted (and did wrong shape). Was very rough, not friendly. I have to say I dont recommend giving them your business.

My sister and I went in to get a no-chip Mani/Pedi, which in my opinion was not expensive, it’s affordable, but then again you get what you pay for. While we were greeted in such courteous way & told to sign in, we did notice the language barrier was an issue, we got attended by Tim and Vee (or Van-don’t recall), we had to keep repeating the service we wanted throughout our time there. Got our pedis done first, once they started on the mani, my sister somehow smudge her toe, Tim fixed it right away, but towards the end, my sister noticed he didn’t let the new coat dry thoroughly and it got smudged again.

For my first ever time in a nail salon my technician was super understanding and helpful. She even helped me pick out the color of my acrylics and I absolutely love it. Me and two friends went together for one of their birthdays and had a great time! The pedicure was a bit awkward and felt rushed but the final product was worth the money. Will likely come again just to get my nails done by the same woman who I unfortunately didnt get the name of. Otherwise the staff was nice and carried a conversation well. I felt confident with my nails and think they did a great job.

I came in last Wednesday January 27th and it is now February 3rd all my arcrylics broke except about 3 nails. I’ve been here before has never happened. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I spent 40$ for nails that should’ve last me 3-4 weeks. My nail techs name was holly very nice but, I think she went to fast and didn’t apply enough arcrylic to the nail & only used the light on one hand. I feel like she was only focused on getting me in an out. She told me to dry my nails on a small space heater thing they have on their counters & my nail polish had a lot of bubbles after. I probably won’t return here again. Nice staff and nice salon but it’s for looks!

I did my fullset on friday . that same night my nail broke off. next morning getting ready and as a was folding my blanket 2 other nails popped off. $80 for them to fall with in 24 hour from getting them done..smh bad quality to much money. they looked gorgeous but for them to brake so fast nope

I went in and wanted something natural. Got something completely different and gross looking. The lady got offended when I asked her to fix one of my nails. It seemed as she was just carelessly doing it. I was told $55 for my nails and they changed it to $60. I didn’t get a crazy shape or length either. They are also raising by my cuticles and I got them yesterday in the evening... like they look so awful...

Why to expensive almost $150 for a pedicure

Wow!!! If you want it done right you have to go to Koi Nails. Not too many places that no matter who your tech is, your manicure and/or pedicure is going to turn out right.

I asked for a soft white set and provided a picture. The set came out nice at first, but as the day progressed they became a dull grey color and appear dirty and it’s only the first day.

I’m only giving it two stars because the girl who did my nails was pleasant. She talked a lot and I like when ppl still engage with you. But for $40 I would expect my no chip to last at least a week. It started chipping 4 days later. I’ve had some no chips last as long as 3 weeks still in tact and for less money! Pretty disappointed.

I love this salon! I have gone here three times so far for acrylics and I will continue to come! The prices are higher than other salons I have been to but my nails end up looking like a million bucks and its sooooo worth the price! I would give more stars if I could.

Its verrrrry hit or miss everytime i have come here. i leave happy or not. it all depends on who you get lucky with doing your nails. they tend to rush them it feels like and half my nails are different sizes. never had problem with the pedicures. those are probably the only thing i will be going back for from now on there. ambiance and nice area in those rooms. but tired of gambling on the nails everytime, plus they are not very friendly sometimes. i am giving it 3 stars only because of the ambiance and cleanliness. i will give it one more chance with the acrylics

This place is a joke! Ridiculously, ridiculous on the prices. The tech who did my nails yesterday did not do a Good! Nor Great! Job! I had to keep showing him something he should have seen. The amount of money they charge for a 4 year old is also ridiculously,expensive. My nails are have done,and I had to come home and redo them myself. I feel you shouldnt be charging a 4 year baby a full price for an adult $32.00 dollars than $30.00 or $28.00 is too much money for a 4 year old baby. Word of advice lower your prices get some caring great! Customers service within your place of business or you are going to lose a lot of customers because you just lost several by this review. Also, your Tech needs to care about their art instead of rushing the customer out of the CHAIR. I OR MY DAUGHTERS OR GRANDDAUGHTER WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!

I will never go back to this place. my daughter is big and beautiful. these people talk about her in their native language every time she sits in the seat to get a pedicure. theyll stare at her then ask me is she your daughter? how old is she? and then continue to talk in their language about her. very unprofessional. customer service, social skills, friendliness is absolutely horrible. Most dont speak English. very hard to understand. they charge what they want every time. the color I ask for is always different than the one they bring out from behind shelf. over priced for gel fills

I went in on Saturday, February 2, 2019 for a no chip manicure. I went in because my normal salon was closed. I waited for about 10 minutes. The woman that did my nails was very talkative and personable. The issues that I have are with the price for the service provided. My cuticles were not removed or pushed back, no hand massage was provided, etc. Thinking back, it was not worth the $35 that it cost.

They charged my friend $65 and then cut all of her nails off because she didnt like them and they looked NOTHING like the picture. And they refused to give her a refund even after clipping the tips off (crookedly). Do not go to this unprofessional place. She had to go to another salon and pay more money to fix their work.

Wonderful!!! Is all I can say about Ms. Saphire. She has done my nails twice..and I LOVE the look of my nails when she is finish. Beautiful personality too.☺

First time I’ve ever been here and I was seated with an artist named Kathy, she was very friendly and made me feel at home. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied with my pedicure and manicure. PERFECT nails.

I’ve gone here three times. The first time was the best out of the three. But even then, the nails were OK. The only reason I went back two more times was because it is close to where I live. Service is very unprofessional and you can tell that they’re talking about you in their language. Never going there again since last set I got was extremely crooked and each length was different. And why the hell do the techs rush? They get done with the nails so quickly but the results are always horrible. I’d say this place deserves a half of a star but you can’t do that so I will give them one. Do not recommend whatsoever

Do not go to classy nails! My polish chipped the very next day! When I went back the w receipt within the 3 days they said they couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t offer any other solutions. Dave your money and find better place. Tim the only good one there!
