Terrible Terrible and terrible. They have a sign outside that clearly says Fast Oil changes Well unless Im crazy but 3 and half hours is not fast for me. They might have been squeezing olives back there to get my oil out for my car. But when I came in at 12pm and they told me itll take tops an hour. I decided to go across the street to J2 pizza (See their review) and grab some lunch. After about 40mins I called to check up on the status of my vehicle and they told me that it was still Awaiting an available mechanic so frustrated I decided to take the 20min drive home and wait in the comfort of my own home. Thinking that it cant be much longer I waited by the phone. Finally at 5:47Pm I got the dreaded call. They told me that my car was ready and that I would have to be there before they closed at 6:30. I was disgusted. Will definitely never be coming back to here for any vehicle problems at all.

Lipa is the absolute best! Always super honest, advises you on the right way to treat your car, and service is prompt!!

There are unfortunately many mechanic shops that will take advantage of you, Lipas have the highest grade of integrity, they are professional and most importantly they care about their clients.
