My daughter called & book an appointment for my birthday present. We got there at 3:25 pm (appointment 3:30). I got seated, then my oldest and a few minutes later my youngest. The lady doing my toes actually made me cringe in pain. Then I put my foot in boiling hot water. She fixed it. Then as she was cleaning my toes I had to have her stop because of the rush she was in was actually hurting. The 3 doing our toes, It was almost like who could finish their client first. 20 minutes later and yes I do mean 20 minutes later she was painting my nails. My oldest who started after me was done and drying her toes. We were never offered any additional promotions. And while doing my toes I asked if they have been busy. They said no, which made me believe their services have gone down hill. This WAS my favorite nail salon. We sat down to dry nails and I asked what time they closed and they stated we were their last customers of the day. Sign in the door stated 6 pm. I took pictures of my toes in case I get an infection with as far down and they cut them. So sad. This was my favorite place to go. Long leg massage and today’s was under 3 minutes. No additional massage. As we were drying our toes they were cleaning. My tip went from $10 each to $5 each and that was just being nice. It was suppose to be a nice girls day out and they made us feel awkward. We couldn’t leave quick enough.

Ive been going to them for years I looovvveeeee them super clean super nice super consistent I havent gone anywhere else they get busy so scheduling ahead is always your best bet :)

Ive been coming here for couple of years they have raised their prices and.give you less. Do the very minimum last few times no massage at all like they use to. Will be looking for somewhere else to go.

I would return to this nail shop if the staff were polite, mindful and services not overpriced. I was cut, cuticles bleeding without any type of apology given... for that alone I will not return but the over all place is clean, they really don’t take walkins even when no one is busy helping anyone so an appointment is necessary. They don’t use drills which could be considered a good thing. I wouldn’t mind paying for the over priced service because the work was quality minus the cut. But the horrible customer service ruin my experience.

Nice place and great prices. Good pedicure. There is a sign saying they prefer tips in cash. I never carry cash so this was a bit annoying. However, they do accept cards for tips.

I love this place. Its great how they dont do acrylic nails so you dont smell any chemicals. They speak very good English so its not hard to communicate with them like other nail salons! The employees are really nice and the tools they use are very nicely sanitized. This is the only place I go to get my nails done because I love them so much. This is the first place I recommend to anybody when they ask my opinion on which nail salon they should go to.

Ana is my go-to person, she does the best gel manicure Ive ever had. Her attention to detail and quality is unmatched!

They are so nice! I have gone several times and the ladies that helped me with my nails have always been patient, careful, and take their time making sure that they look right and fix it if it doesn’t. The prices are reasonable too. I love this place!

Absolutely love this place. The staff is excellent at what they do and extremely friendly. I have a great experience every time even when I walk in on a Saturday shortly before closing! They take care of you no matter what.

Ive been coming back here regularly and I have to say one of the best nails salons. It is very simple here and they do not do acrylic if thats something youre in to, but staff is kind, its very clean and definitely welcoming. Id recommend anyone who is in the area to check it out.

Great service! My nail lasted a long time! The design inside of the salon is very modern but warm and welcoming at the same time! Just make sure you call ahead for your appointment because they fill up fast!

I head to a nail salon almost every week - and had been going to a place for over 4 years - however I was grabbing a starbucks and thought, Ill give them a try. Mind you I am seriously picky about my nails. I have NOT gone back to my old place. Bio Nails is the best in the area .... by far. Wonderful staff, very clean - great wonderful service... again its the BEST nail salon in this area!!!

Amazing, Im 8 months pregnant and my mother and I got the royal treatment, full calf and foot massage, and back massage. My ankles and feet were really swollen and my girl took at least 10 min on each foot. Both girls took their time and made sure everything they were doing we were okay with. Deff will come back.

A friend and I came in at the last minute before closing requesting 2 services each. Instead of not taking us in or rushing thru our services, they still took their time and was very detailed with their work. The pedicure from Ms. Young felt AMAZING and I felt really taken care of, even though they were already cleaning before we walked in. Great service!

This place is wonderful! I went to get my nails done about two weeks ago with my friend (something I havent done in almost 2 years), and all the employees were so sweet and helpful. We were only booked to get a manicure, but they were able to squeeze us in for a pedicure as well. In addition, the gel polish hasnt chipped or come off at all, and its been two weeks today since I got them done. We will definitely be back (and this time, it wont take me 2 years!)!To anyone complaining that they dont do acrylics, their name even hints at the fact that they dont use fake nails. If they refer you to another salon who does acrylics, theyre trying to help. Its like walking into a Taco Bell and complaining they dont serve fries, then getting offended when they suggest you go next door to McDonalds.

Just stopped in to get a rebase/fill in....THEY DONT DO REBASES/FILL INS......what kind of salon doesnt do that service .Tried to send me across the parking lot to a different salon that I have too that did a horrid job a few years ago .Sitting in my car just shaking by head in disbelief
