I have read numerous reviews about Nikki and most of which are positive, however, as much as I would have loved to give her a positive review it just not possible.I show her what I wanted and the 1st thing she asked is if I wanted coloured powder, I told her no. Next question was if I wanted gel, I told her no.OK this is where my annoyance got activated; all the nails on my right hand are shorter than left, they shape retarded on the right hand, theyre not buffed properly neither are polished smoothly, no clean up my cuticles and the ends of the tips are super sharp. Totally not safe for myself of my daughter.While highlighting her errors and my dissatisfactions to her, I got the sense of irritation from her as if I wasnt paying for the service. Mind you the tips are short, they start at $28 for regular full set however, I was charged $30.Please note I sat in the parking lot immediately as I exited the shop and wrote this review.

The most RUSHED pedicure I ever had even though I made an appointment. My feet didn’t even soak in the water for more than a minute and my toenails weren’t cleaned from underneath. Usually nail salons offer different pedicure services and each service has a different price. I guess this salon only does one basic service, because the only questions I was asked was “which color?” And “gel or regular?” And immediately started working on my feet. There were two ladies waiting for their pedicure as well and I thought maybe she was trying to hurry to help them? (This was just my perspective). Honestly this service was something I could have done myself at home.. Other nail salons make me feel I got my money’s worth but this experience made me feel like I wasted my money, it’s really upsetting.

I got a pedicure and gel on my nails on Saturday and by Tuesday the gel was peeling because the girl only put one coat of gel on them but charged me an extra $5.00 because she removed gel that I had gotten at another salon. The polish on my toes also chipped 3 days later. When I returned and requested just my nails to be redone the girl used a dirty file and slapped on another coat of gel and sent me on my way. The so called manager is rude and the place is dirty. Beware!

When I first decided to come to this shop, my mom told me not to go because she had a very bad experience. I told my mom that not everyone experiences the same thing and maybe the person that did her nails wasnt having a good day. So, I went with my little sister and a younger girl did both of our nails including our feet. She even suggested a color when I told her the color of our dresses and I was so happy about the service I received. I told her that our house was up the street on Buckley way (2 mins walk) and said we will be back soon since I go to college at in Fort Collins.Just this last Saturday, I went and just asked for a cut and paint on my natural nails. The girl who did it for me last time had a customer already so another lady started doing my nails. I am so sad to say that I am not happy with the service I received, especially because the price has gone up and the service I got does not match what I paid. She kept adding layers on top of layers, even without drying which made finger nails look fake, the same thing with the toe nails. There was a language gap so we couldnt understand each other but it doesnt take a genius to do a good job on something that they say they are professionals at. I even doubted if she put on expired nails because the nail polish was just smudged and cracked later that day and got worse after just a day. On Saturday, I did not say anything because I did not want to disturb your store, and I was in a rush to attend a community event. I couldt come back either because I had to drive back to Fort Collins for school.Its crazy because when I told my mom about it and described the lady, she told me it was the same lady that messed up her nails. Please, be fair and do the job people pay for. It is not fair.

Ive been getting my nails done by miss nikki for a year now I absolutely love her work.. she is efficient, quality of work is always incredible, my set will last over 3 weeks. Youre the best Nikki

Walked in and was immediately greeted! (I didnt have an appt) waited less than 20 minutes and I showed the technician a sample of what I wanted. She did the best she could.... which is better to me than the orginal picture I showed her.I felt instantly at home and will never go anywhere else. Due to covid-19 my regular salon has been closed so finding an replacement has been horrible. I went to a couple salons in the area and was very displeased with the quailty. Im very familiar with Colorado Nails and use to come here on a regular basis. I tried them again and they were great! Niki did a fantastic job fixing the horrible job i had before and she was very nice and pleasant! I will absolutely come here again. Great quality and beautiful designs! Mimi a look also did a great job on my eyebrows!

I havent seen so many lies before in the reviews because when I came here I had outstanding service and great conversations. Sometimes when I came here, the owners daughter would always have conversations with everybody and would provide water to everyone. (Not saying that the employees dont give us water, they do!) I really love getting my eyebrows, eyelashes, and nails done here!!! My favorite place ever, totally recommend here. Amazing ❤️❤️❤️

I put this place with one star because I’ve been her many times the first time I got my nails done I loved it but every other time I’ve had issues But this last time I went it was such a bad experience When me and my friend first walked in they made us wait a hour because they were all doing people’s toes understandable. Well me and my friend were waiting we were looking for colors there was not a lot of options but we found a color, after a hour of waiting the Manager of this place Called me over to her chair so she can put the tips on and when I tell you she did it so sloppy and so fast and way to short then I wanted them because a older woman came in and asked for her nails done she sent me back to wait and I finally was called to get my nails finished to someone who was working in the corner of the salon I asked for coffin nails and what I got was not coffin they were so round and fat I was disappointed but when she was doing my nails many many times she would hurt me and not apologize nothing just keep going she finished my nails and they got a small smudge from when I was pulling the chair out to dry my nails it’s took her a another hour to get back to me and help me fix them but when she did fix them she was so rude and had an attitude and something weird that they did was asked for my money before they did my nails I 100% do not recommend this nail salon my experience is horrible and I didn’t even get my nails how I wanted in the end

Nicky did my nails again. As usual she was very kind, quick, and efficient. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she took that and recommended me something way better. Literally in love with my nails every time she does them. If you visit here ask for Nicky.

Understaffed. Can’t comment on the quality of the nails because they’re open but there is often not enough people to do your nails. Two times I’ve gone in and been told to wait, today about 40 minutes, both times I’ve left without service. I was hoping to give it a second chance but there is clearly zero concern or regard for clients time. Today I was told to continue waiting for someone that was on their way back from “Macy’s”. Not her fault, they obviously left her alone in an establishment with like 6 manicure desks. But I would’ve rather much appreciated to be told to return at a different time than waste 40 minutes promising someone is going to show up but they never do. Poor customer service.

I didn’t want to complain at first and have her restart but I asked her finalize them look like the picture and she didn’t and they’re very bulky and curved also felt she should’ve cut my nail before hand .because they are clear and you can see them .

I am new to the area and I wanted to get my nails done. I looked over several other places and saw reviews that were horrible. I came across CO Nails on Angies list. I called and made an appointment today and when I got the at my appointment time that had me sit at a station right away. She did ask to give her a few more minutes since her client before me could not stop touching the paint on her nails and kept messing them up. Once she came to me she was very nice very polite. She did a full set of pink and whites with a gel coat. The set came out very nice. I am extremely happy with the service that they gave me. I am not going to shop around other places I am very happy there. I cannot wait to take my daughter there this weekend for our mother daughter pedicures. Thank you so much for the wonderful service

I originally liked this place because Nicki is decent & doesnt make the nails extra thick. I would not recommend the wax, she didnt learn The procedure properly. The place is not overly clean (I dislike how the majority of Asian salons are not overly sanitary, this one is no exception) but Nicki was decent as a nail tech as well as funny. My review has lowered since the last time I got my nails done, which was 11/8/19. Nicki must have fit me into a slot that she really didnt have time for me in after all. Not even a week later at least three of my nails had started to chip & peel (& thats not including two of my toenails) because she rushed finishing with me due to having back to back appointments. I paid for a mani and a pedi plus a tip. That also means the product isnt good quality or it expired. With that being said I cant recommend this place and I wont be back because I dont give people second chances to take my money & not give the time & care I deserve as a client who chose to do business with 1 person in particular. So unfortunately Another One Bites the Dust.

Shannon Coyne I was there that night she was offered a re due of services and she demanded repayment. I’ve been coming for 5 years and never seen such a disrespectful and entitled personality when services were offered to fix the problem. Go back to your usual salon and let them deal with you ungrateful attitude. These ladies are hard working and respectful.

My mom & I went for Dip manisMimi was real nice & did a good job with my mom.Han was doing my mani. Nails look okay but her table had cut nail pieces from previous customers. When I was ready to pay she charged me $40 & $35 for my mom. I asked why since we got the exact same service. She stated because I was a customer from a different salon & so she was charging me to take off the old polish. Like I said, my mom had EXACT same service, not a previous customer. So basically Han tacked on a Tip?? Needless to say, we wont be going back. My sister & niece suggested this salon but after I told them about our experience, they will not be returning either.Han lost 4 customers for this salon in 1 day..

I have been going to CO nails for nearly 10 years, my mom nearly 20. Ive never had anyone do a better job. Whether it is acrylics or a simple manicure, it is always done nicely. Well priced and good outcome. I would not recommend going on Fridays or Saturdays unless you make an appointment. Also good at eyebrows. Much love for CO nails

I had a really terrible experience at this nail shop. I had a manicure pedicure.The job was rushed. Nail equipment was dull. The gal left goopy nail polish under my nails. My toenails were not painted all the way. Do not want your time or money here. This place is AWFUL!!!.

Came here once before today and was pleased, recommended to my Aunt and we went together, had a great experience once again, Nikki is awesome has great suggestions and my nails came out perfectly! Very pleased, I got a pedicure, ombre coffin nails with some bling by Nikki and eyebrows by Ann and I definitely will return again. My Aunt also got her feet done by Ann, eyelashes by Jenny and nails done as well by another lady who didnt seem as cheerful but still did a good job on her nails. Overall I would definitely recommend this place, thanks for the great experience ladies see you soon. 🥰

If I could give 0 stars I would. VERY unsanitary salon with terrible customer service. Got a dip manicure and 5 of my nails chipped within 3 days. Went in to get a refund and Jenny, the owner, wouldn’t issue a refund. She lied about being the manager and owner. Do not go! Shady business!

Friendly employees. I enjoyed the massage chairs available during my pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was nice. She was gentle and a did an amazing job. What impressed me most was she had me put my sandles on before she painted my nails. :) Standard pricing for the pedicure. Huge selection of colors.

Ive been going there for 3-4 years now and am very happy with the service and my results. Always call ahead and understand that if calling last minute, I may have to wait or schedule for another time, which is expected with lack of planning on my part. I get my nails, lashes, and pedis all done here at a fraction of the cost of services in my neighborhood. Well worth the drive. Just have some patience.

Horrible customer service! I used to go to this location and had Miss Lee do my pedicures, she was the best. I only saw her, everyone else did a lousy job. My son bought me a gift certificate for my birthday in January and Im trying to schedule an appointment, Ive called 6 times during the past week, someone picks up the phone and doesnt say anything. I guess Ill just show up to get a lousy pedicure and then Im done. Ill go back to Rose Nails on Chambers & Mexico, theyre good.

Colorado Nails is all about who you see when you go there. I have been going there for several years and some of the nail techs are good, some are not so good. Right now, 9/15/12 Kathy gives an outstanding pedicure. She is thourough and does great nail art. Ann is fine if you don’t want nail art. The owner, Jenny, does well and does nail art. Do yourself a favor and call ahead to see if they are busy.

This place was horrible. I asked for a full set of nails and my nails long and squared. The lady I got had my nails all messed up and they were not evem straight. She made them round and I kept telling her square. At the end I wasnt happy and told her I wanted them off so she had me soak them off in the smallest bowl, both my hands didnt even fit. When they were ready she started taking them off with the machine and kept hitting the side of my nails, and made me bleed. I will not go back to this place at all.

They did a terrible job on both my and my moms nails. The lady was done with my moms nails and her eyebrows about 20 minutes before me, and we started at the same time. They polish was patchy and missing in some areas, and she didnt take off the previous lime green polish, so you can see the green under the new polish.

Terrible experience I got nail fungus from getting a nail set here. Disgusting. Never come here. Cheap prices but not worth it.

Called ahead and asked if they had immediate service available for 5 people. She said yes come in I said we would be there in 5 minutes. Show up with only 3 ladies working and 4 people ahead of us. Very unorganized and lied the entire time saying someone else was coming to help and the main lady kept saying she is parking. They rushed and majority of our nails look horrible. Didnt clean nails before putting new nails on so dirt is visible, white tips and not straight horrible service overall would not recommend for anyone. Sloppy and liars will never go here again.

I had an appointment set today at 220pm for me and my daughters. I was getting shellac rebase and pedi and my kids were getting nails and toes painted as i arrived for my appt they had me waiting over an hour when they did start... in the middle of getting my pedi the lady tells me i cant get my nails done because she needs to do the walk in full sets then started an argument with me and still did not finish the job the work they did on my kids was horrible the whole nail wasnt even painted and the shellac i did get on my toes was uneven and bubbly I DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT GO HERE HORRIBLE LIARS AND SERVICE.. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN UPFRONT AND THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOUCHED MY FEET IF THEY COULDNT DO MY NAILS AND ALSO APPOINTMENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A PRIORITY and did not leave until 451pm

Everyone is friendly there! I love having conversations with them while they have my nails done, which is always to my liking.

Worst experience ever my nails were chipping the 2nd day and broke and she said I need to find another salon because it’s not her fault my nails were breaking. This was the owner Jenny who said all this. Salon is dirty and all they do is speak in their language the entire time.

I asked for a pedicure and got the bare minimum i didn’t soak my feet she literally started painted and rinsed my feet off in freezing cold water for idek why because they didn’t do anything for me and they have terrible toe painters i felt rushed and was very unhappy abt the work i do not recommend this place .

Damn all I see are excuses from the owner. Beware dont get your nails done here. Unprofessional, sloppy and unsanitary.

STAY AWAY!!! This had to be the WORST Experience ever in 30 years of going to nail salons!!! All I asked for was a color change and it took 1 1/2 hrs!!! Thats with NO wait time to get a tech!!! First, she ignored me when I told her I jammed my finger nail, and she didnt say anything about fixing it, so I asked her if that didnt look lifted!? She then started to remove Half the nail (instead of just gluing it), so I told her at this pointe just put a new nail on! She was so agressive hurting me, after me saying ouch! So, I begged her if i could soak it off? I could tell she was a new tech by the look of the nail and when she was finished, I asked her if she thought that was a good looking nail! She said Yes! YIKES! Thats when another tech got involved.When I was leaving, i noticed one of the nails got marked, so she started painting over the dent! I HAD to BEG for her to just remove the 4 layers (she kept trying to fix it with more polish!) and start over! Pitiful!!!

Within the past 3 weeks Ive have my nail lift and one came off completely, she said its because I type bull$#!? I would try another place.

I made an appointment and it took 40min for them to take me as Soon as I was ready to walk out they sat me down . my feet soaked in the water for another 30min getting rinckley ! Ones they finally came to me she was very rough had to tell her to slow down because I felt like she was Rushing, not relaxing, not smooth not somewhere I recommend !

I hate this place the nails were awful and they rushed through it as if they didnt have time a nail ha already tell off DONT GO HERE!
