Ann did my nails and she was so patient and pleasant as we tried to match a reference picture. The shapes she did are BEAUTIFUL and the design is just what I wanted! I’ll never go anywhere else again!

Finally found a place in Georgetown that does designs AND good quality nails!Andy did so well shaping and being creative. Who knew green nails with gold freckles could look so fancy? My nails look like a jade rocks with gold. I love it!!

This is my first time at this nail salon as i recently just moved to georgetown. Acrylic application is unacceptable, messy and multiple times did i bleed from underneath the nails as they were prying off glue and acrylic. i asked for them to be removed and was told someone else was going to “fix it” and then proceed to charge my card, i’ve never had such a terrible experience at a nail salon.

This is the 2nd time I come here. I usually go to round rock and decided to find a salon I could go to in Georgetown, as I was getting my gel pedicure. The male that was cutting my toe nails, cut my hang nail and made me bleed non stop. After 10 minutes of controlling the blood, it stopped, it hurt very bad, specially when he placed alcohol on it. When I got home, my son accidentally stepped on the top of my foot and my toe started bleeding non stop. Its been about 4 days and my toe still hurts. I was bleeding so bad, I wondered if he uses the same tools on everyone? I didnt see them opening new packages. Ill make the 25 min drive to round rock instead. Dont want to get sick or an infection here.

This was my first time and overall it was wonderful: they took me right away; they were fast and the pedicure looks great. The salon is very clean and relaxing and I watched them immediately serve every customer that walked in. They were very courteous and ask if you want water. The foot massage was great, too. My only negative is that after I left I noticed my heels are (still) cracked and dry. I was just surprised. I called them and was kindly told they can’t fix that and to try lotion, so I will. But otherwise it was great and I’ll definitely go back.

Andy is the best nail person ever!! I will only let him do my nails. I can go a month and a half between fills and never have a nail lift or break.

Love it! I’ve been getting my nails done here for over a year now and they do such a great job on both pedi and manicure! Kelly and her staff are all very nice and I appreciate for their kindness & good work. They renovated their shop so it looks sparkling clean and modern! They take covid19 protocols very seriously so you will feel safe coming in!

Best nail salon hands down!!!! Their techs are the best and if you show them a picture of what you want your nails to look like they will nail it. Pun intended.

They are really professional and I am extremely happy with the customer service they provided. As soon as we walked in, the lady greeted us and helped me pick my color. Their talent shows in their work. The guy did a fantastic job on my nails, better than the picture i showed him and the lady who treated my sister was really sweet. Definitely recommend!

This place is seriously amazing! I moved and needed a new lash place. She does amazing lashes and a fill is the most reasonable in Georgetown and RR! I have been using her for 6 months now with no end in sight. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and modern. They listen well and always try to give me exactly the style I’m going for, whether it’s complicated or easy. They’re amazing with my nails and pedicures too!

The lavendar mint pedicure experience. Lavender scented neck pillow. A brand new chair that massages all the way down to the top of my bum. Rose petals and bath salts stir in the bubbles and dance against my sensitive skin. Orange slices tease from the distance I seed you!. Honestly....the orange juice and the slices massaging the toes is the best part! There is even a fabulous leg rest that when my foot was on it all ticklishness (is that a word?) was gone and she could scrub with no jolts wanting to shoot out of my toes.

My nails started to chip the same day I had them done and continued to chip a bunch for the next 3 days, I did everything to prevent it but after a few days I just took the polish off because they looked so bad. I dont think I will be going back. This picture was after the second day.

Mrs. Kelly is so sweet, she does a really great job on eyebrow waxing and eyelash extensions :)Their salon is always clean and bright too.

I had the organic deluxe pedicure and let me tell you, it was probably the best and most relaxing pedicure that Ive had. My daughter was with me and got the milk and honey pedicure and was very happy with it. I will definitely go back to them. They even stayed 45 minutes past closing working on us. Very much worth your money

This place was perfect. They took walk-ins almost immediately on a Saturday morning for a pedicure. The location is prime as the parking lot is not overcrowded. My nail tech was wonderful. She provided the perfect therapeutic massage, not to harsh or too soft. With my busy lifestyle the convenience was a big plus. I’ll definitely be back!

Walked in soon after opening and was seen quickly. I was very pleased with the regular spa manicure I received, especially considering the price. I was in and out in under 40 minutes.

I came in the shop at around 930 am waited for someone to do my nails they started putting the tips then he had someone else come to finish it that person then cut the nail to the length I wanted and saw some lady walk in stopped doing my nails to do hers and tells me to wait for someone that just started a full set we all are paying customers so if you start on someone’s nails finish them don’t start it and then not finish and expect me to wait when I came in way before all these people never again will I come now I have to find someone else to go to just like they offer everyone drinks no one offered me anything but offered everyone else something bad service

I decided i wanted to try eyelash extensions. So i went thursday. I was talked into 3D which ill be honest were way too thick. My eyelashes feel super heavy and my eyes feel constantly irritated like something keeps getting into them. But most importantly ive had the eyelashes in 2.5 days now. Day 1 eyelashes started to fall out. Im immensely unhappy with the service and the quality. The only after care instruction i was given was dont wet them for the 1st 2 days. Which i followed. So why are my eyelashes falling out even without anything touching them? If i decide to do this again i will not go back to this salon. 105 bucks for this travesty was entirely too much.

Scheduled 2 pm appointment for two pedicures. We waited 20 minutes in water that became cold for said pedicures. We purchased the “spa” pedicure with gel polish aka shellac which was $40. The basic pedicure is $40. My nail tech stabbed my toe, which bled and continues to hurt when I walk!! Then she applied chemicals that burned my open wound. I’ve had hundreds of pedicures, and only went to this salon because it was close to my MIL. I will never go back and will not let her spend her money here either. Don’t be fooled by the 4+ star like we were. Money not well spent unless you find a gold star tech at this trench of a salon.

Everyone here is really nice. No pressure to buy or add on services like at many other nail salons. The technicians are very skilled and there’s no communication barrier. It’s clean!

Love love love this place! Found this gem of a place next to my job and was recommended by my coworker. Ive been here twice now and both times I had an amazing experience. Today was super special it was mommy daughter time and they gave my 5 year old the VIP royal treatment lol she loved whey second of it and our nails look amazing!!!

I got the Milk & Honey mani/pedi and it was amazing! Super clean facility, very polite nail technicians, and you can tell all of their equipment is well taken care of. They will definitely be getting my business again!

I had a pedicure and manicure done. The woman who did my pedicure did an amazing job and was very nice. The man who did my acrylics unfortunately did not. I got an acrylic set and he kept gluing the nail down, ripping it off, then doing it again without replying any new glue and not even an hour after I got out of there one of the nails came off. He was also very rude to me when paying asking if I had enough to pay him a tip. Of course I was going to give him a tip but I feel that it was wrong of him to ask me that.

I walked in late on Saturday and they got me sat down and started on immediately. Ms.Kelly was the one who took care of me. I moved to Georgetown 1 year ago and havent found my nail salon until I came here. She was detailed and time efficient. If you havent tried this nail salon you need to definately give it a try!!

Fantastic experience! Ive been searching for a good nail place since moving here months ago, I JUST FOUND IT! Friendly staff, great service options, fairly priced and great results! I highly recommend it! Nails, Pedicures, waxing, massage... All great!

Came in at 5:45 it is 7:00 now and I’m still waiting they told me it Would be a 20 minute wait. Clearly it’s way past then. And honestly they were not waiting for me too leave. Taking their time cleaning but not sitting me down.

I go here for manipedis and brow waxing. They always do a good job, and for such reasonable prices. Especially great experience with Eva today. She did a great job and made me feel like a million bucks. The new space is BEAUTIFULLY decorated.

I’d give a ten if I could. I got a terrible manicure at another salon. My polish was streaked and it had nicks in it. I called pro spa and Andy redid everything and gave me the most beautiful shined gel polish I’ve ever had. He is a perfectionist!

They did a great job on my pedicure and my nails! Hung Nyguen was very sweet once he warmed up!

Had a great experience. Got the Sns - organic. Lasting well! Was told it should last 3 weeks and if I have any chips or problems they will fix it. Very nice. Very clean will go back and will have my daughter get a pedicure in the kiddo chair!

Friendly staff members however, I got an Sns set with a tip added and my nails turned out lumpy and bulky feeling. The tech had did a red set of nails before doing my bright yellow and white glitter set and Im not sure if you can tell by the pictures but they definitely have a red tint. Also not as glossy as Im use to.I felt like the tech took her time however it just doesnt show with my results. Ill be scheduling an appointment elsewhere to get a new set.

Service was fast with no waiting. Service was okay have been to better places but did get the job done. Wasnt to pleased with the way they did my daughters nails. Maybe we went at a bad time.

Very clean business. Outgoing and friendly staff. The pedicures are amazing and I love the SNS product for my nails. Im an every other week regular. Ive only had 2 issues here and unfortunately it was enough to cause me not to return. I was charged $5 more than a typical visit for my nails when I requested the tips of my nails be blue. This normally wouldnt bother me as long as Im told before the work not once payment is owed. However I did of course pay and didnt argue the sudden increase. Less than a week after this my nails started chipping and cracking, strictly a coincidence I believe. As I mentioned before I went regularly and these instances are not the norm. But for me I felt that not informing a client of the extra cost before hand sets a precident that this is acceptable for future visits when it is not.

Got a full set acrylic yesterday and hated it. I requested coffin shape but turned out very lumpy at the base and extremely thin - they would have been very easy to snap. Ended up going to Bamboo Nails & Spa and redid the whole set.

I asked for the most simple eyebrow waxing, all I wanted was for them to clean them up and leave my eyebrows THICK. I didnt want anything more than a simple clean up! But next thing I know I came out with a thin eyebrow and a completely different eyebrow shape than the one I came in with!!! Then when I was unhappy and refusing to pay the lady told me that they gave me someone who didnt understand English well and I was the first one she did eyebrow waxing to! So unprofessional and will never in my entire life ever go there again. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy.
