Wish I could say going to the dentist is painless. For me, it isn’t. But, this team does everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable. Great environment and great team.

Been coming here for years and have always had a great experience! Just finished my cleaning today and can’t wait to come in again, just to interact with these awesome people. Melody, my dental hygienist is the most kind hearted person. She really took time with my teeth and I can tell she cares about her patients. Dr. Chau has always been great, but this time I had Dr. Harris and he was AMAZING! Dr. Harris was so thorough with my teeth! We reviewed my X-rays together and he gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I never felt rushed at all. He also fixed my permanent retainer, FOR FREE. I will only trust these people with my teeth and have been recommending all my friends and coworkers here! Dr. Chau has built a great team of people here, I can’t be more happy with the services.

I absolutely loved my experience and will not be changing my dentist office as long as I reside in Austin! Upon entering Enamel Parker Park the atmosphere is light, music is playing, people are talking and it does not have the feel of a traditional boring Dentist office. You are made to feel right at home as all of the staff are very friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable.Dr. Devon Harris is by far the best dentist I’ve ever seen. He performed a very in depth examination on the state of my teeth and communicated clearly to me every step of the examination in ways that I can understand. Together we discussed what my concerns were for my teeth and Dr. Harris created a preeminent plan to see that all my concerns were met!I look forward to the future state of my teeth :) and will update my review accordingly!

Loved the customer service and dedication to patient education. I will be coming back. They gave me blankets, let me throw something on netflix, and even came in and gave me a break down of costs. Loved it.

This staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They helped my son (who’s terrified of the dentist) feel at ease. My first time going to a dentist in the US, I had great experience and I’m not afraid to go to dentist anymore! After a thorough exam, Dr. Jennifer recommended me to do a deep cleaning (something I had never heard of back in my hometown), I was a little scared at first especially the numbing part. But Dr. Jennifer made sure the pain was minimal and I did not feel pain at all!After that, Melody - the dental hygienist did the deep cleaning for me and it went by so quickly, again, not much pain. The cost is fair but of course comparing to Asia is much more expensive, however considering their professionalism and detailed exam, I would still recommend them and would definitely come back for my routine cleaning!

I needed some Dental work and this place was awesome. Made up of a team of people who obviously work well together. I’m fairly anxious about this sort of thing and the environment set me at ease. Will be making this my regular spot in Austin as long as I live here.

Im a new patient there and so far Ive had a great experience. The receptionist is so friendly and greets you immediately when you walk in. The dentist and their assistants are all very informative about letting you know exactly how things will be done for that days appointment etc. I love the communication that they have. I have already recommended this place to my family!

I was very impressed with my overall experience at Enamel Dentistry. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dentist was kinda, gentle and informative. The hygienist did a wonderful job, she even gave me topical numbing cream since she saw how inflamed my gums were. Prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and I will be going back!

My first visit was amazing. Everyone on the team was very loving and helpful. They answered any and all questions I had, I was offered water and a blanket, I was also able to watch TV while they did my check up and cleaning. I’m excited to go back, I just hope I will be treated the same way the second time.

Friendly, thorough, and prompt. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. They also remembered and asked about details from our lives based on previous visits. They care about their patients as well as dental hygiene. The visit was long, but fit exactly within the time estimate I was given at booking. 10/10 would recommend.

When I first walked into the office I was greeted with an ambiance of fun and upbeat music. EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the office was so nice. The ladies at the front desk were so super sweet and all the people in the back were sweet too! I love the TVs on the ceiling!! This is my favorite part! When it was time to check out, they gave me an awesome water bottle with toothpaste and a toothbrush since it was my first visit. This dentist is a distance for me but I don’t mind as I will definitely be going back.

I can’t say enough about the positive experiences I continue to have at Enamel Dentistry. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and pleasant. I’ve had fillings and crowns, regular 6-month cleanings, x-rays and now I’m on my Invisalign journey. Obviously most people don’t enjoy going to the dentist’s office but this place makes it tolerable. They explain the treatment plan well and make sure to answer any questions you may have. They do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease and they play the best music- not weird elevator type music you hear in most offices. Dr. Jennifer Chau is the best! She is gentle, patient, caring, and you can always catch her humming or singing. If you are looking for a new dentist- I highly recommend the team at Enamel Dentistry. You won’t be disappointed.

10/10 recommend !!! If you are thinking about coming here don’t hesitate . They get down to the nitty-gritty!! From the time that I walked in the door they was professional & welcoming . I was given an office tour in which no other dentist office I’ve been to have done !! The most important thing I loved was how they examined my teeth & showed me the X-rays & explained everything well also checked for oral cancer . Once again no other dentist I’ve been too did that . 1st appointment was a bit long but I love how precise they were !! Oh & a plus is they have mounted tv’s on the wall & ceilings so you can watch streaming services while getting your teeth worked on 😁

This place is AWESOME! The faculty is the best. I thought I would have to wait a few years before I could finally get braces or Invisalign due to financial reasons but they worked with me and found a payment plan that’s perfect for me! I’m extremely grateful for their patience and dedication on helping me reach my cosmetic dental needs/goals. Every staff member I’ve ever interacted with has always been genuine, kind, and professional.

Dr. Chau and staff were amazing! Very nice and very thorough. A super new and hip facility with tv’s and music to distract your fear of being under the lights. They communicate effectively through their own app with scheduling changes or if you have any concerns.

Great dental office, the staff was very helpful & kind. They’re also very thorough in your initial visit as a new patient (make sure to set enough time away from work). They have state of the art equipment & everything is digital. This makes new patient information submission super easy! You set up your patient portal through a link that’s texted to you, so when you arrive to the clinic all they have to do is verify your ID & take a patient photo of you for their records. The office is very modern, & they have TVs in every room to help you relax while getting your teeth checked.Time it took: As a new patient it took close to 2 hours for a x-ray & regular cleaning.My only advice I’d offer to the office staff: please let new patients know an approximate time it’ll take for their visit when scheduling, so that they’re able to make accommodations accordingly. I’d still recommend this facility as the Doctor is very knowledgeable, relatable & has wonderful bedside manner.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Harris were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Harris is incredible, really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment . I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Hi I recently went to this office for my dentist appointment and they were so kind and made me feel comfortable. I wasn’t well versed in oral hygiene and they provided me thorough education and made sure that I didn’t have any questions! They even made it a point to go over any imaging taken so that I was ableto understand where I stand and what I need to do to progress! I would highly recommend this place tomy friends and family! Great office with super friendly people! Everyone was nice and professional and the tv’s on the wall were an added bonus. I do feel like this office was slower than ones I’ve been to in the past because my cleaning took two hours and half of that time was spent waiting. I also had two hygienists and the first one kept watching tv while trying to floss and also got water on me so that was slightly annoying. Besides that I had a nice experience. Would recommend cutting down the waiting time as a lot of people like myself come during work breaks :)

I really enjoyed the staff they were all very nice and made conversation and the place had good music and good vibes. They had the Greys anatomy show on in my room, i love that show :). And they have 2 TVs so you can see it when your sitting up right and when they are looking at you teeth which is laying all the way down. And my dad also liked that they serve drinks. Over all the best dentist i’ve ever been too! Oh and they also gave me a compliment about being independent at only 15 years old and that it was rare. Never gotten that before but it made me feel good and made my day. Thanks Enamel Dentistry will be back again soon! I recommend to go here!!

Course dentist have always been on my bad side from day one as a child. The Dentists was amazing and very informing as well as her staff. You could tell that they take pride in their work. Aggressively sales oriented practice. I made it clear that I was only there for cleaning and marked on my intake forms that I was happy with my smile, but was repeatedly pushed to get/consider cosmetic procedures that I have no interest in. I was also asked multiple times to schedule another appointment ahead of time despite having said that I would be moving soon. There are TVs in the rooms and my hygienist would glance up to watch while tools were in my mouth. To top it all off I have been bothered repeatedly by an automated system to leave a review with no option to opt out. Well, heres that review. Suffice to say I will not be returning.

I’ve been trusting Enamel Dentistry for my dental needs for almost 2 years now since we moved near Parmer. The clinic is always clean and the service and staff are great. They have done an amazing job with my teeth as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

Employees are very nice and informative concerning the business of caring for your dental needs. The office is small but spacious with Netflix on the televisions there to keep you company while you wait. If Netflix is not your thing the music and the cheerful laughter throughout the office is a natural addition to the pleasant dental culture at Emenal Dental.

There was miscommunication regarding my appointment and I arrived on the wrong day. They rescheduled me quickly for the same day that I arrived despite it being the wrong day! I really appreciated all that they did to resolve the problem.

Everyone here is so nice. Its easy for me to get anxious when I go to any appointment but their welcoming aura really helps me relax! Theyre also super efficient when they work and straight forward when telling you the best way to take care of your teeth, which is appreciated. I have never felt as comfortable as I do with them anywhere else.

This was my first time going to this dentist and I was a bit annoyed when I was told about a $12 surcharge for disinfecting and changing the filters based on CDC regulations. However, this place was absolutely awesome! The staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and welcoming. The place was immaculate and pristine. The vents didnt have dust or dirt on it or around it. Everybody wore masks and they made me feel very safe. They had the newest equipment in the facility . Everybody took the time to explain to me what my next step was going to be and where I was going to go so there were no surprises. When I came in they offered me libations & beverages. They told me where the bathroom was & gave me your of the facikity. I have to say this was an experience. They had the large screen TV in my room one on the ceiling & one on the wall. They made sure I was comfortable. I love this place. I absolutely recommend you go to get your teeth taken care of there. I felt like family by the time I was done and to top it all off, they gave me many gifts. 😁

Amazing people. My daughter suffers PTSD from childhood dental experiences and even at 21 has to take valium to visit a dentist. The staff was so responsive to her special needs and the hygienist gave her such positive information on her dental care that she was able to complete a two hour appointment. Thanks!

Enamel Dentistry is so wonderful! Not only is the office super bright and fun, the staff there is so friendly and helpful. I told my hygienist before my first cleaning that I had been experiencing a lot of pain with my previous cleanings, and not only did she clean my teeth thoroughly while being as gentle as possible, but she also got me on a treatment plan and now after my second cleaning, I’m pain free! Not only that, but the Dr. staff is also super courteous, taking the time to answer any of your questions you may have.

They make you comfortable and treat you like family. I look forward to my dentist appointments! Place is always clean and you get to watch Netflix while they work. 😁
