A basic pedicure is listed at $22I asked for gel polish, she did not say that there was an extra charge. When she charged me it was $37! I would have been happy to pay $5 more, but $15 was definitely not worth the extra 6 minutes it takes to put them under the light.I’ve had my natural nails done with dip by every member of the staff. The only person who did a poor job was the male staff member. He made them very thin and even though the sign posted says 5% off of you pay on cash, he insisted on charging me full price with my cash payment. All of the ladies honor that policy and do a good job.

The woman who did my nails was AMAZING! I asked for her name for my review but she just laughed and said 7...I was so confused and she must have caught on because she then pointed to her booth number, which was, you guessed it, 7!!

I have been going to Lush Nails for 3 years. Everyone there is very nice. Lee does my nails and she does a fantastic job. They are very clean and professional I highly recommend Lush Nails!

I got my nails done by the guy in here he didnt tell me his nail I did not have the best experience I had dipped powder nails & I wanted acrylic but he didnt sides of my nails or take the dipped nail I already had on he never took it off enough so I see part of that nail under my acrylics & I asked him when he was done to clean the sides of my nails & he said next time get cuticles too with my acrylic but I thought cleaning my nails was part of getting youre nails done this is only the second time getting my nails done so I wasnt sure what I was doing so I was already having anxiety and now I walk out with a bad experience 😔

I had a great experience with Lee. She gave me a deluxe pedicure and full gel set. I struggle with rough heels but after my visit my feet are sandal ready :) my nail art turned out super cute as well. I got it all done for about $50 (pedi with add-on exfoliating scrub $25, full set nails also about $25). If you pay cash you get 5% off. Theres an ATM on site.

Really really disappointed. The first time I went there it was fine. This second time my friend and I had scheduled mani/pedi appointments yet we had to wait 5 mins to be seen. And then we were asked due to the incoming walk-ins if we could wait 30mins for our manicures even though we had called to make appts to avoid all of that. That’s unfair to those that booked appointments. It’s not the place for me, I won’t be back.

My senior mom who was using a senior ride service, made an appointment for 1 pm., was still waiting at 1:45 p.m.. They kept telling her 5 mins, 5 mins, but she waited 45. They have total control over how many customers they have at a time during a pandemic. They should not be making seniors or anyone wait for services that long, it is unaccpetable. My mom said they were unconcerned and there was no sense of urgency at all to honor her appointment time. Avoid this place like the cluster it is, unprofessional, uncaring, and unconcerned. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!

My friends and I came here after the salon we usually went to was busy and I’ve only came here ever since. I’ve gotten pedicures, full acrylic sets and refills and I’m always satisfied. The staff is so nice, professional, and cleanly. Definitely come here.

They are people who do not attend well, one makes an appointment arrives and they make you wait almost 2 hours, they are very ambitious for money, thats all.

Best pedicure I have ever gotten. Vina is amazing! She actually paints the whole nail which is a problem I always have at other salons. She also ensured that my heels were properly taken care of and I appreciate this so much! I have been looking for a salon home and I will definitely be back!

I walked in with my friend for TWO full sets. One tech took my friend for her service and didnt acknowledge me AT ALL! Very rude unprofessional staff. I wouldnt recommend this POS. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I appreciate that she asked if I needed something to drink. She fixed my toe nail and made my feet pretty again. My mani was good as well. I never let anyone do my nails. She did a good job. I love how she shaped them. Thank you Mai!

The ladies at this solon are not up to date with nail trends. I told them I had press on nails that needed removed and they had no idea how to do so. All they did was make a mess, tell me my nails were a mess, keep telling me I shouldnt bite my nails, (I dont. I have brittle nails) and kept trying to scrape the glue off when it all could have been avoided if they knew more about press on nails that are sold everywhere.

I’m so, today when I am writing this is 12/24/19, marry Christmas y’all but lush costumer service is really bad. I came in at 2:55 and sat for 30 min for just a pedicure in which there where only 5 people in the store and 6 people working at the time. There was an appointment at 3:15 so they skipped me and no one seemed to be in a rush, when the lady that was doing pedicures was finished( and she was the only one) she just left and when she came back she started on someone else. I understand being busy but while waiting not one persons said anything to me what so ever. And I gout skipped again so I left at 3:50. Never got my service and I waited over an hour. I’d never come here again.

I have been to this nail salon 4 times already and have had great experiences. My nails always look fabulous and the people that work their are nice. I had T as my nail technician, he did a great job, clean and detailed work. Will be returning for nail services and I highly recommend this nail salon. Very clean space which is important for many of us. It would be nice if they could let you know prices of the designs or an estimate of how much you will pay, but its not a huge concern for me. I love this salon!! I feel very comfortable in this clean and modern nail salon in Aurora. The techs are excellent! Chris did such an amazing job on my chrome coffin acrylic nails! He got me balanced and got me a fresh coat of blue chrome. I would refer this shop to ANYONE looking for professional nails at a great price!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NOT EVEN THE DEAD!! I had a appointment at 445 and I specified what I needed to have done when I arrived. However when I got there the person that was suppose to do my nails didnt, then the person that was suppose to do my design started doing someones toes instead. No apology to me and I arrived early for my appointment. After I got my nails done on Thursday I broke 2 nails on Saturday! This place is utterly pathetic.THIS PLACE IS VERY AWFUL! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Been going to lush nails for ever three years. They do an awesome job. They take their time to make sure you get what you want. I would recommend calling before you go to make sure they have time to take you,they are a busy nail salon and are appointment based.

I was recommended here by a friend but I was highly disappointed. I didn’t get the shape that I asked for, and after I got home I noticed how uneven, crooked, and lumpy they were. You can clearly see the lumps and uneven tips from afar which is pretty embarrassing. I got them done 2 days ago and they already look like they’re growing out. Not worth $45 at all.

Got the worst set of nails from this place!! My nails look like shovels now!! The guy who did my nails spoke no English and when I tried to explain that I did not like ho bulky and uneven he made them, he didnt understand anything. Very frustrating to walk out of a nail salon with the ugliest nails. I wish the staff were more trained and understood at least a little bit of English to fix mistakes.

Always get gels here and they outlast my nails growing out. Pedis are reasonably priced for a full works service. I just wish people would stop finding out about this gem! Always busy these days, but well worth the effort of making an appointment.

This place used to be my favorite, I would come here every two weeks for a shellac manicure and a lush pedicure. However the last three times I’ve come have been awful. The have a lot of new staff members that just rush so much that your nails end up sloppy. My last shelac manicure was bumpy and uneven because she couldn’t get it on smooth so she put on 4 coats!! It ended up looking awful. My last pedicure ever was also rushed. I had a 6 o’clock appointment and they didn’t start on my until 6:40 (they close at 7 so I’m sure that’s why she went through my pedicure so fast). The nail tech got nail polish ALL over my skin and had to use a paint brush and polish remover to get it off. It would have been semi ok if the polish wasn’t red... my skin was tinted reddish pink around my nails. Awful. I won’t be coming back unfortunately :(

I was very disappointed after reading great reviews on Yelp and Yellow Pages. We had an appointment and left after waiting 25 min when we realized that we would probably have to wait at least 25 min more. They were not very apologetic and the fumes in the store gave us headaches! Dont go here, there are so many other nail, this one is the worst!

I called for an appointment. I was asked if I could come right away, so I dropped everything and went over. 45 mins later, I am still waiting.... I finally gave up and left. I could have gone somewhere else and gotten my nails done by now. I will never go back to this place.

I went to lush because i had heard it was a great salon. i was very disappointed. The shop was filthy, it was right at opening time, the floors, hadnt been cleaned, the pedicure chairs were all dirty, not washed down and cleaned from previous day. i was greeted by Mary who seemed to be filling in, i heard many voices in the back room, but as people came in no one came out to help. it seemed very unorganized and lacking customer care.Mary did a great job, but i will not go back. cleanliness is very important to me

This used to be my place to go but unless you get T, the man who works there, your nails will be awful. Not only did the last not listen to what I had to say but she insisted on drawing a heart instead of airbrushing. I clearly told her over and over that I wanted it airbrushed she claimed that she could do a good job and finally I gave in. What a huge disappointment that was considering the heart look nothing like a heart I demanded it be airbrushed at which point she told me only one person can use the machine and that person was busy. I tried to pay and leave but I felt as though I was held hostage until T could airbrush me, at this point I was begging to just leave and they would not allow me and I could not just walk out without paying. Finally T came over and airbrushed to heart but they will never be getting my service again. No place allows just one person to use a machine, several people should be skilled in it so that way Paying customers arent being held hostage in your place.... nails only lasted a week to top it off.

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and I love this place. I will not go anywhere else but to Lush!!! I love Nancy!!!

Second time I come here and never again. The first time, they literally messed up my nails so bad that I made someone else in the same place to fix them. Today I walked out with uneven nails. The lady was rude and when she did my pedi, she barely even massaged my feet, and didn’t put the dividers between my toes. I don’t recommend this place at all. Save your money and time.

Just got out right now all I have to say it was amazing. Worth the wait. They take their time and leave your nails beautifully done. This will be officially my new nail salon that I will go too! This gentleman did mines I forgot to ask for his name but I think hes the only guy their not sure but he has a right wrist tattoe with the name dylan he is did a wonderful job with my nails and hes really awesome!

Had the rudest lady, totally didnt care about my service and had to ask 6 times for her to redo my polish because she kept doing it and missing half of my nail and she got mad. Did not feel welcomed. The women doing my nails did not ask what shape/size I wanted my nails to be she didnt even say hi to me. I DO NOT RECOMENED

I was told if I don’t like the nail job I could go somewhere else! Simply because I asked why I was charged an additional $20 for my nails ($55 total)I had 4 nails with rhinestones so I knew it’d be extra but not $20 extra when a full SNS set is only $35.I was told because she had to put tips on 3 nails, I was charged. Mind you, these 3 nails where already fixed and paid for prior to this visit - they were not broken. But because the tips disenigrate from the acetone or whatever they use to remover the SNS color it’s like they’re broke again cause they have to apply a tip (other nail shops don’t put aceton on broken nails for this exact reason). So I had to pay twice for the 3 broken nails. At other shops they don’t even charge for nail fixes. Smh so I guess I’d have to pay for any nails I’ve broken in the past with each new SNS set. That’s RI.DIC.U.LOUS!!Another thing, I’ve spent over $250 and have only got my nails done 4 times. With at least 2 nails breaking every set which I paid for each time WITH TIP and this is how I was treated. 🙄👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Song was my nail tech and don’t get me wrong she does a great job when she wants to, when she doesnt have an attitude.Thought I found a new nail shop, so much for that!!

I loved they guy who did my nails, but was very dissatisfied with by the women who painted my nails. She was very rude and acted like me and my friend were such a bother. When she was giving me my change back she also took out her own tip which I really really disliked. Not okay. I think Ive had this women before and I think she needs to be talked to or let go. Making your customers feel like their such a hassle isnt okay and taking your own tip isnt okay either. Next time I go in I will be talking to the manager about her.

By far, this is the best nail salon in Aurora in the low and moderate price ranges. Once I decided to start getting acrylics, I popped into several salons in the area. Many nail salons I would not go near because they did not meet my expectations for cleanliness, and then others gave acrylics that were ridiculously thick. I had a salon I was satisfied with for a while, but then even the quality of the nails there varied widely and I decided to try out Lush, which I had picked out early in the running as a place to try.Lush is very inexpensive... so much so that they could easily raise their prices significantly and I wouldnt blink. As it is, that just means that I can tip them more (so 100% versus my normal 50-70% for high quality service).What truly impressed me about this location is the knowledge and skill of the owner. I came in fed up with acrylics that were all cracking under very minimal stress... He took a quick look at them and immediately recognized the problem. Not only this, but he explained to me what the problem was, which I appreciated because I like to know whats going on with my body (including nail enhancements). I was also very satisfied with his speedy yet gentle removal of my old acrylics. I get an overlay on my natural nail, and at no point did I feel pulling or pain and he did not break any of them, even though several were half broken from the bad nails I had on before. His prep of the natural nails was very thorough and I have no doubts these will remain in excellent shape until my next appointment here.In one short session, he made it very clear that he is a very intelligent, diligent person, in his trade and just in general. He is also clearly a skilled businessman, from the way he speaks of the community and the way he runs his store. How fortunate it is for our community (and our nails) that he and his excellent team are here!Other notable things: This store is a little small (but Im sure this helps maintain the level of quality) and very popular, so you really should make an appointment. You might happen in at a good time, but try to call at least a day in advance.This store is also very clean and rather well ventilated. And so, I have decided to get pedicures here even though I am paranoid of salons foot tubs and tools. The first and only pedi I have had, years ago in Littleton, resulted in a wart that almost lost me an entire toenail. But I trust this place and these people. They are obviously very thorough and do their jobs well.Finally, they do not use the same acrylic that every other inexpensive nail place seems to use. That stuff gives off a toxic stink that lasts for a day or two, and also tends to give me a rash wherever I scratch for that period of time. The acrylic that Lush uses only gives off a very light smell that is not unpleasant (I might be crazy... it smells a bit like bubblegum to me?) and I have not had any reaction to it. I am very thankful for this, because it really made me question if acrylics were worth it.Lush is an excellent location for any nail services you need. I recommend them very highly. Remember to tip well!

Place is dirty and people/workers are rude; The workers pull the tools out of the drawer, from being used from previous customer; they are not cleaned and sanitized; I went in at 10 am (when they open) to get a shellac done, they were booked, so I made a same day appt for 3:15; After 3:45 I got up and walked out nothing said from no one! I will not be going back to this place.

I called and made an appointment two days prior for me and daughter to get a pedicure done. I walked in and they said that I didn’t have an appointment made and not only that, one of the workers was rude and proceeded to talk about us to the other coworkers. We told them who we spoke with on the phone and showed them the call history and all they did was say that we would have to wait another 30 minutes even though we made an appointment. They lost two customers for their poor customer service

I went in this place for 4 times because prices are a little bit less than in other nail places,BUT every time I was there I had HORRIBLE experience with rude workers. My appointment was at 2 and I got a mani pedi. Didnt get out until 4 30. When the lady was clipping my toenail she cut me and it bled. At that point I said I hope the tools were sanatized. The actitone was left on my hands for 45 min which bothered my skin at that point I had to ask for it to be taken off.will not be back

If I could give this place zero stars in would. I went on Dec 9th to get pedicures and a full set done. I paid 70 dollars for my feet to still be hurting on the 20th and my nails are peeling horribly from the edge, to the point where I can take my nails off with soaking and without pain. Will NEVER go here again.

At first I thought the services were really good . Then I had a really bad experience with one of the girls, she was beyond rude nearly snipped my natural nails off and refused to do what I asked ( a white tip manicure) . I have never felt so disrespected in a nail salon. I think its time to try a new place .
