Honestly, the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I paid $100 to get a full set for my daughter and to get a fill& design for myself. The lady that did my fill was rude & the guy that did my daughters nails didnt even ask what shape she wanted her nails and when he was finished he hadnt completely painted her nails. I had a nail come off completely after 5 days. The quality was very poor, we were super disappointed.

I will definitely be returning I love my nails, everyone was friendly and she just did so good.!!

First of all, I walked in with my daughter without a appointment!Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very patient and my daughter and I enjoyed our experience with them. I also had my 2yr old granddaughter. The nail technician gave me EXACTLY what I asked for! They didnt rush, get upset, and didnt get offended with my request. I WILL BE RETURNING!

I had my pedicure done at another salon, called Daisy nails. They did a terrible job. I went here to have them re polished, and what a difference. They did a beautiful job, were friendly and cared. When in town, I will be back. Thank you.

Nickel dime you to death and overcharged for services not rendered. What was it, like $120 for a fill (gel of course)and my big toes filled! I was pressed for time and this tech made no concessions in her bill. Talk about taking advantage of a tourest!! I would not recommend even in a pinch like I was.

No prices on their menu and they didn’t tell us how much anything cost before charging us. I didn’t get a full pedicure and they still charged me $30+. They were friendly but I felt coerced without any info.

Amazing. Fixed nails after the polish xhiped the next day and reshaped and fixed the imperfections

I’ve been goin to Gaum for 10 years and I never had an issue with the way she would cut my hair. Since Gaum retired I trusted TT with my hair. That was the worst decision I ever made! I asked TT to cut my hair up to my shoulders with layers ( I walked in with long hair down to my lower back and I ended up walking out with a mullet) and this is what she decided to give me! I even showed her an example on how I wanted my hair to look. All she had to say was at least two bald girls have hair now…

I have been coming to GL salon for years. At first Gam cut my hair then TT or Gam would. Now since Gam retired TT cuts my hair. My wife and I also come in for pedicures a few times a year.

T is amazing & shell be my new stylist. Has been going to the same person for 15 years & now Im switching. GL also offers nails. Super excited!

Service was very rushed and nails came out after 5 days. Very disappointing!

I wasnt given an package option for my pedicure but the service was better than a lot of places. Nail tech seemed to take her time but it was also a slow part of the day.

I scheduled an appointment for a pedi and a manu with a fill. I asked to have them done at the same time. When I arrived on time, they told me to wait. 10 mins later i was having a pedicure. Noone came over for my nails until 45 mins later. Then they had the audacity to say it was my fault that it would take another hour. I would not recommend this place as they lie right to your face. Never again will I come here!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not even gonna lie, I got off of work later than expected so I was relieved when I called at 630 and they said they would be able to take me in for a fill. I wish I would’ve waited for my day off instead bc the job was done horribly. I get it was almost closing time but do not tell me you can take me in if you’re gonna rush and do a hideous job. The fill was fine but the paint job was rushed and splotchy. The top coat has huge sections where you can clearly tell it was not applied. Besides that, TELL ME WHY THESE PEOPLE CHARGED ME $43 for A FILL. A rebase is not $40. I could’ve easily paid a little bit more and gotten my nails completed redone and looking better than they are now. I will not be returning and I would not recommend at all. Do better.

Ive used them in the past for manis/pedis with no complaints and today they were able to get me in for a haircut on short notice. Most places I go end up trying to tell me how I should cut my hair, but she actually listened and cut it the way I asked. Turned out great. Id go back.

I received the WORST pedi at this establishment! My whole toe nail was not even painted! I had to redo myself!

We were traveling out of town for our honeymoon and they got us in quickly and without hesitation! Each employee was so personable and amazing. They took their time on both of us and it turned out amazing! Wish we had this salon in KS!

I’ve been to this place twice and both times, I left disappointed. I only went in the second time because I was nearby and it was convenient. The first time I went, I called and made an appointment. When I got there, they were confused and didn’t have an appointment for me. They had me wait about 20mins. I went in to remove a full set and get a regular manicure. The tech that worked on my nails made me bleed and it was VERY painful! She was in a rush and was very aggressive trying to remove the acrylic. It was all in all a disaster!The second time I went in was today 12/23/2020. I was getting my car serviced next door and since they were near by, I thought I would go in. I went with out an appointment but they were able to take me. They were busy because it was Christmas so the tech that worked on my nails, again was in a rush and didn’t really focus on what I wanted and she just did the quickest method. My experience the second time was for sure better than the first but now I know I will never go back there agian.

I’m onlyGiving two stars because the nail tech was amazing but the business it self was not. They have a website connected to theirGoogle search with a menu of services and prices. When my nails were complete and getting checked out they added $10 to the price of my nails and then another 3 because of covid the Manger claimed that this wasn’t the website for her store but yet the address and name matched the salon. You would of had two returning customers but now We will not be returning.

I loved my experience there! Loved the services that I received from both wonderful ladies. Wendy did my nails exactly how I wanted them, and sang me happy birthday! I will be a loyal customer of GL Salon.

Update: Went back and Gam fixed my hair. She did a fantastic job getting it all straight and even.I really appreciate the extra time she spent to make sure my hair was right and that I left as a happy customer:)I went for a very needed trim and ended up with a nightmare. I have never had someone take my hair into a ponytail towards the bottom and just cut it off. But hey, what do I know, Im not a professional hair stylist. The lady (I wish I had a name) then proceeded to trim my hair in sections and I am used to. I told her no layers, I want it all one length. After the cut I put it in my normal ponytail and bun and left. I didnt realize till after I got home how horribly uneven the cut is, and NOT one length I am horrified to go back and have it fixed, but after paying $25 for a trim I want it done right! As for the staff they were very nice and the service was quick....maybe to quick by the looks of my hair.

I would give zero stars if I could!!! They tried to charge me 71.00 for a basic rebase and a basic pedicure!! Then when I pulled the website to show them the prices they had listed 25.00 for a pedicure and 17.00 for a rebase they tried to tell me the site was incorrect. This is not the first negative experience I’ve had with this this place but I promise you it will be my last I’ll never go back!!

I Told Him No He Looked Around And Said We Are Busy Right Now You Can Come Back Later Smh How About I Just Never Come Back Altogether. I Went Right Up The Street To Crystals Nail Salon A Place I Go To On A Regular Basis Anyway But Thought Id Try This Place. My Mistake Never Again. In The Future They Should Put A Sign To Notify People That They Are Appointments Only And Also Be More Professional To New Customers. I Never Experienced This At Crystals Nail Salon. I Will Not Be Returning To This Place Ever Again!!

I have been going here for three years and had a bad experience last night. My pedicure went well but for my manicure she was very rough. I have many cuts on my hands and she kept cutting me off when I was speaking. Also the prices seem a lot more expensive than they were.

I love this place. the shop is clean and they dont overbook. They make it a priority to know the customers that walk into the salon even if they havent worked with them before. everyone is so kind and friendly Wendy, and Cindy are my got to for manicures and Ivy does an amazing job on pedicures.

I went here last Sunday to get a rebase on my nails and my hair cut and my eyebrows waxed. Absolutely no complaints with my hair or my eyebrows. My nails on the other hand, was horrible. I got the shellac nail polish which isnt supposed to chip. In one week Ive had two nails break off and 2 nails polish start to chip off. I will never go back to get my nails done here ever again.

I spent more than $150 here and am very disappointed with their services. They spent no more than 15 minutes on me when I purchased a deluxe pedicure and when I got home I noticed I still had lots of dead skin left on my feet. I called to ask if they could redo my feet so I went back and they redid my feet but had a very bad attitude about it. It’s now the next day and my big toe has dried blood and hurts from them trimming too much of the cuticles. Do not come here!!!!

Went here this morning because my usual salon is closed on Sundays. I did call ahead and made an appointment. When I arrived I was seated right away for my pedicure and a nail tech started on me within 5 minutes. Even though I asked for the regular instead of the deluxe, she took her time and had a lot of attention to detail. As soon as my pedicure was done I was seated with another woman for my manicure. No waiting. Both women were friendly and did a great job. Very happy with how my nails look Will definitely be back!

My nails came out great, the atmosphere was great, everyone was very nice. Especially for how busy they were. Prices were super reasonable, and all of the nails and haircuts I saw done looked great.I usually just salon hop to whatever is closest at the time, but I think I’m actually going to make this my go-to.

If you want speedy service you will get it. A pedicure was 15-20 minutes long with very little products used. Will not return, EVER!!

I got an awesome manicure for $15. I just walked in after work and I was out in 30 minutes. My cuticles were in rough shape and they are looking great now.

I would go in to get full sets with Anthony all them until one day i asked for a 3D design and his wife straight up said no to me with an attitude. Even though she had done a 3D design on my nails before.!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job on mani/pedi and hair.

Needed an emergency fill in. Came here because of the good reviews. They were friendly and took me in with no wait but an employee was napping in one of the pedi chairs which was not a good first impression and my nails were rushed and file work was sloppy. I got an older lady and she could barely see but still super sweet.

Love this place. A one stop shop. I get my nails and feet done by Daisy and Val and they are awesome. I get me hair and eyebrows done by Gem, the owner and she is amazing. Truly a beautiful place to walk into. They keep it clean and sanitary. This place is a must.

Ive always gotten a good haircut here, but, they do have a habit of double booking the stylist I go to. Twice now 2 of us have been sitting there waiting for the same appointment. Today the stylist that they booked us with wasnt even coming in. I did try another stylist and got an excellent cut. Possibly a language barrier when making appointments?

My old lady always goes in here all the time and always comes home with a huge smile. Im thinking its sancho or sachi and I need to go figure this out. I scheduled a pedicure for two people me and her and so we go and they made my feet feel amazing and put a smile on my face as well

The owner of the shop just got done doing my hair..... a little background on my hair it was red from box dye as red as you can go. I asked to go back blonde she was nervous. But in all honesty she did such an amazing job. Ill never go anywhere else again. Im a ferm believer that what you pay out sits still. Im so happy and proud of her. She deserves so much more then a review shes amazing

Dissatisfied with the work the woman did. It was rushed, sloppy and expensive. On multiple occasions She drilled into my skin and disregarded me expressing discomfort; she would just look at me and pull my hand back to her. When I asked her to file the product down more I got an attitude. The gel polish was well into my skin. I will never again go here. Probably the worse job I’ve ever had done.

This place is either hit or miss. Today it was a definite miss. I went in for a pedicure after a long day and I asked for a pedicure. They sat me and started working. Normally they ask me what kind of pedicure I want and have me show them in their book. I normally do the gold its about $56 (gel) with scrubs a mask and paraffin wax along with lotion massage, cucumber scent is my favorite. She started working away really fast and decided to do the basic for me. That isnt what I wanted, but decided. To roll with it. When she started painting my toes she wanted my feet hanging off to an uncomfortable position to paint. Which made it unstable with the massage chair. So she had me turn off the massage chair. When. I went to pay it was $41.....$41 for a basic pedicure with gel. No great massage and wax? Im not happy with the service. It used to be great, now they are just pushing people through as fast as they can. Looking for a new place, that wants a regular customer.

Sarah is the best!! I have wavy hair and she is a master of making it look fabulous, and its still low maintenance. Everyone here is so nice! Its always clean and relaxing, and I pay less than I would ever guess.

Went to get my nails done here and the staff will rip you off. I asked for a full set of gel nails and they proceeded to give me acrylic nails with gel polish which is completely different. I advise everyone to educate yourself on the difference between gel and acrylic. My nails came out lovely but at the end of the day I paid more for something I didnt get and I did speak up about this issue to which they seemed to not understand the difference which should be a red flag to you all, either they truly dont know or its a common practice to mislead their patrons and have them think they are getting something they arent

The prices at this salon are reasonable to me. The staff is friendly and do a great job. My daughter and I love going there to get our hair and nails done.

Location is convenient. Everyone is very polite and the salon is well kept but they rush through doing your nails. Three times I have had to come back after each session for a fix. This is very disappointing for how much they charge.

This was the worst nail experience Ive ever had. my friend and I called in advance for prices on a full acrylic set they said $25 each which is definitely fair priced however not the case. They charged my friend $40 for a French tips and $45 for mine which were just clear acrylic with no polish (I do my own GEL at home.) They charged me the extra $5 to SHAPE my nails which I have never encountered. Shape isnt something to charge for, not everyone likes square, I prefer coffin. Also did not mention the price till HALF way through. Mind you they knew we called and who we were. Also my nail technician was very agitated when confronted about the price. Not to mention rude when I would tense up my fingers she would grone and huff and puff about me not being relaxed which how could I with the way I was being treated. Knicked my finger a few times with the e-file acting like she was in a rush. Clearly didnt care about what I wanted. This whole experience has been disappointing.

Not great. The price was fine for a pedicure, but either the polish wad cheap or they did not use a quick-drying top coat. I had smears in the polish an hour after it was put on. Also, they were a little rough with the cuticle cutting (painful) for both me and my friend.

Theyre speedy, but day four of my nails being on and my nails are bruising underneath. My cuticles are irritated and my nails are uncomfortable. I have been getting my nails done every 2 weeks since March and this hasnt happened at any other salon. Theyre good for hair ( cut and color ) but these nails are wack

Prices are out of this world.. do not like their attitudes at all just because it looks nice doesnt mean you can charge an arm and a leg for nails. Do not recommend..

I got a pedicure and my mom got a full set. Everything was great except for the fact that the clear coat didnt try on my toes and got smushed in my boots. And no I didnt leave the dryer too early, Ive gotten plenty of pedicures before. That clear coat must be a thicker formula.

Salon staff is very friendly and does great pedicures. However on the gel manicures, I have noticed they do not use a bonding coat or no lift for the 1st base. I have had 5 manicures from them and they always lift off in about 7-10 days. I asked them about using the no lift and they do not. Very disappointing but I will continue to do pedicures with them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! I would give less than one if I could. This business gives a menu for pricing and then can’t even do designs or in a timely manner complete a rebase. I was given a price for an acrylic shellac rebase for $30 and after 2 hours of sitting at the chair my technician couldn’t even get my nails done the way I wanted, then tried to overcharge me and my daughter by $5 and $10 each! This place is a joke and I won’t be back.

This was my 4th time here and every time unsatisfactory. The only reason I was coming back is because it’s within 5min from my location, but not anymore for sure!! Not only that she didn’t do a good job, but also after thinking it over, I never saw her opening tools from a sterilized bag! I’m very mad especially because she made 4 of my nails cuticles bleed. I’m very concerned at this point, and just wanted you all to know and be aware!!!

Had a set of nails done here, the girl was supposed to be the best in the shop. All 10 nails were lumpy and crooked, but thankfully they were poorly applied and started popping off in three days. Got a shellac pedicure, they charged $10 to remove the previous shellac polish. The one good thing I got here was hair cuts, until the last one. My hair is a good inch and a half longer on one side than the other and I have SHORT hair. Went to get it fixed but the hair people dont work at the same time that the nail people do and they wanted me to sit and wait for an hour. Looks like I will have to pay someone else to fix their mistake. I will never come back.

This place impressed me at first but then after a while I couldnt get the nail tech I requested, and they would always give me the same guy who sits in the back and does a terrible job. I tried complaining several times to both owners and got nothing. After 1 year of being a dedicated customer, I left. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone!!!

CONSUMER BEWARE!! I came here to try a new salon, first off I called to make an appointment and they told me to just walk in, then my mom and I go in and they say they can take us right away, my mom waited about 5 min then they took her, I waited over 20 MINUTES, a Rebase usually take about 30 min-40MAX, this rebase took OVER AN HOUR!! Finally when he was done and I went to pay, On the MENU it says for a Acrylic Rebase with Shallac polish is $30...this nail tech is trying to charge my mom $35 and me $45 so $80 for two basic acrylic rebases!! The guy kept arguing over the price when the price is ON THE MENU!!!! Do Not Go Here they take forever and over charge!! Schiesty people here!

Worse place to get your nails done. If you want wide and thick nails go there.. They definitely don’t deserve any stars..
