I signed up thinking they has a Sona but unfortunately they do not. And lacking a swimming pool as well but staff and exercise equipment is always kept clean and over all is a good exercise environment 🙂 oh and they have massage chairs and a water vibrational bed not much for the Sonic bed but the massager bed its decent membership price is fair

I have always found Fitness Centers somewhat deplorable....But Planet Fitness™️ is an exceptional Gym, with an affordable price tag ( 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒐𝒇 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆).And I now ❤︎ working out!!The gym is filled with all of the best equiptment, and the staff are very friendly.ã And of course, the tanning beds are the best I have ever used.One major problem though....𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕪 𝕒𝕣𝕖𝕟𝕥 🅾︎🅿︎🅴︎🅽︎ 24 🅷︎🅾︎🆄︎🆁︎🆂︎ 𝕒𝕟𝕪𝕞𝕠𝕣e! I really wish they would stay open 24/7 again.

Cheap, but the staff needs to be better about people just sitting on their phones while occupying machines, or showing people the right way to use machines when they clearly have no idea what theyre doing.

Started back up the first day there not even 20 minutes a worker stopped me in the middle of my workout and demanded me to put my bag in the locker or in my car. I asked if I could at least finish my workout and they wanted me to do it at that moment. I didnt even have a lock with me and she suggested i buy one for 15 dollars or something over the counter. I havent gone to pf in a while so I didnt know that I wasnt allowed to take a bag with me at the machines. I would have understood if I had my bag in the middle of the floor because someone could have walked and fell but my bag was with me beside me on the machine. Totally killed my workout mood.

Everyone is really nice, it’s clean and cool. I feel safe!!

Staff was extremely helpful, gym was comfortable and no pressure. Fantastic place to get a workout in. Highly suggest planet fitness!

Some normality to go back to a gym. Very clean, staff very nice and on top of keeping gym equipment sanitized. And of course cant beat the membership price.

I love this place, its always a great environment to workout at.

My only critique is that all other PF locations I have visited have rowing machines but my town location does not. It is one of the best overall body workouts...Porterville location needs atleast 2 of them.

Other than almost getting ran over in the packed parking lot this is a very nice facility lol. Machines are clean, staff and other members are friendly and courteous.

Been going for quite a while and it has everything a beginner needs. Unfortunately they do not have anything but smith machines. I wish they would change that. I’m 5’2” and I can’t get full range of motion with smith machines because of my height.Porterville is a small town so there aren’t many good gyms with this great of a price. I can still get an incredible workout here though!They offer tanning (laying down and standing) also hydro beds and massage chairs. They recently changed it to where you can no longer have your guest use the amenities but they can workout with you.Friendly staff. Very helpful and clean environment.

I like this place; the only thing that I dont like is that they dont have racks to do chests or heavy workouts. But overall, friendly and clean place.

What can I say, its my gym!! I love it there! Great environment, comfortable, clean. Everyone just kinda keeps to themselves. The staff are great! I have become real close to most of them, theyre real sweet peeps. And they have a new little coffee station, which is great for me when I go for my super early morning workouts.... Free cup off coffee on the run!!

I really enjoy going to this gym. The equipment is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The price is super low.

Well-maintained and friendly people greeting you when you enter. Two minor quibbles are; no rowing machines and the shower water changes temperatures often, losing the hot water for up to five minutes. But I enjoy visiting here whenever Im in town!

I love this place! I been coming here for about 4 weeks now and its a great place! The workers and very nice and always willing to help! I wished they had a day care though it would make it easier for me to go anytime I wanted but other than that its great and i recommend it! Im still giving it 5 stars because the monthly payment is good if you are on a budget!

Used to spend hours a day here, its starting to get crowded though with people just sitting around. Still a good gym...just harder to get a good workout.

The atmosphere is comfortable and its a judge free zone. I love it there. And the staff are always polite and willing to help you when you have questions.

Best time to go, 430 in the morning. People are actually working out and not hogging machines sitting on their phones 😡😡

Just a little shout out to Calors who helped me transfer my account since I’m no longer in porterville. He was extremely helpful and very friendly!

They need to make it much bigger, not enough working out equipment like free weights or benches.

They have 2 different memberships available here one for $10.00 and the other for $20.00 per month. The place is fairly new and the equipment is great I would just make sure to clean off equipment before and after use. The hot water doesnt seem to always be working in the showers though.

Assistant manager is horribly rude. I was never told I was in a contract and couldn’t stop my membership unless I paid a fee of almost 60 dollars. I was never told I’d be charged an annual fee of 50 dollars. This place is a rip off.
