If you are looking to make an appointment, try to do something earlier in the day, sometimes if it’s later in evening the techs are too burned out. I hate to see this place get bad reviews, mom, grandma, and myself have been coming here for years. I’ve never had a bad set. Staff is always nice. This place would thrive if the male owner would let his wife run the place! First off, I called to reschedule. Instead of offering me a later time he just dismissed me ( the owner)and said he couldn’t do my nails at all. I asked for a later time and he had an attitude about it. I arrive early, but was in a panic because I thought I lost my phone. So I asked to take a quick break to look for my phone. My husband found my phone, and everything was good, however prior to that he ( the owner)literally kept burning me with the nail machine. My nails are literally sensitive and I’m asking him to turn down the machine. He throws my nails back, gets an attitude and then tries to tell me I’m lying about my nails burning. By this point I was very upset and frustrated and he was so unprofessional, I said you know what you can just stop and I walked out. Before walking out I told him you know your wife is better at business, and maybe Customer Service would be far better if she could run the place. They do a beautiful job on your nails, but Customer Service is not worth spending a dime in this place.💯💯If you don’t want black business, don’t book, clearly which is what he didn’t want anyway.

Application was good until nail polish, kinda sheer and design is not like the picture.

I was severed by Tina and she was great! She asked me what color I wanted at the beginning of the appointment and remembered without asking me at the end of the appointment!the music was relaxing too. Prices are good and are actively taking covid-19 precautions.

I would have never went here but I received a gift certificate for Mothers Day. Great service.

I went here last week for a birthday manicure and pedicure. The service was basic and the staff is always rude. My nails were uneven, she made my cuticles bleed and was rude. I only visit here when my options are slim. If you want rushed terrible service and to be told your hands are dry, then this is a perfect place. I paid 100 to be insulted and leave with bleeding cuticles. Stay away from here!

I have been coming here a little over 6 months now, and I absolutely LOVE it!!! She always takes her time, and is very friendly, professional, and has always made me feel very comfortable. They stay very busy so Im always sure to schedule my appointment the day prior. Not to mention my nails look INCREDIBLE!!! Would absolutely recommend.

I was invited to try this location. There are so many nail shops in Aurora. I have to admit this is the best shop. No overwhelming acrylic smell in the building. The professionalism from the staff is just above board!

I’ve been going here for over 5 years and only in the past year been receiving poor service . I gave them a few more chances but not anymore. Because there is someone there that absolutely can not do nails I asked to have my nails done by someone specific and I was told no because they are too busy. Against my better judgement I made an appointment for the following day .. when I showed up for my appointment the man working there said I was suppose to be there earlier WHEN I’m fact he was the one that told me the time to be there and I was there at said time. They couldn’t take me or tell me how long the wait would be.. walked out and never going back.

Ive been going here for about 6 years now and they always do a good job. Lynn and the owners wife always make sure im satisfied with my nails, and the staff alone builds a great relationship with customers. 100% recommend

Its really sad how this shop has gone down hill. They used to truly be one of the best shops in Aurora. Ive definitely reached my breaking point. See attached photo. In the process of filing my nails down with the ELECTRIC FILE...the nail tech decided that it wasnt necessary to focus on what she was doing but instead opted to look away. As soon as she looked away...she missed the nail and filed the drill into my flesh. Blood went everywhere. She then took and attempted to seal the open, bleeding wound with SUPER GLUE. Clearly, theyre not big on safety. Because at this point, she was halfway through doing my nails..I did allow her to finish. There was also no discount or any other sort of discount or courtesy offered for my inconvenience. I was still charged full price. I prefer to stick with one shop and Ive been going to this shop for a few years. However, after today I will not be back. Im also letting all my friends know how negligent theyve become. The time before this they had quite a few customers and she rushed through my nails not allowing the polish to properly dry and I ended up smudging them before I could. I thought shellac was supposed to be completely dry before you even leave the shop. They have also raised their prices. They charge you to fix a nail even if its been less than a week since you got them done. I had a shellac pedicure and the polish completely peeled off of my toes the next day!! I returned and they literally only painted the toes where the polish had come off. I expected them to at least go over all of the toes with one coat to make sure I didnt have this same problem. I believe theyre diluting the polish as Ive never seen shellac last such a short amount of time. Dont go here. Theyve definitely lost their concern for customer service.

PLEASE DO NOT choose to go to this salon! The owner will not manicure your nails the way you want. He only will do what he wants. Then when you dont like what hes chosen for you, he blames you. A Mani Pedi should be relaxing, not an argument. Save yourself the headache and find another salon...there are so many out there!!!

Literally in the middle of a pedicure right now and I just had to leave a review. This place is amazing! Lisa is giving me one of the best pedis I’ve ever had. The staff here are very kind and they just overall do a great job. I won’t be going anywhere else :)

My daughter has been going here for years, and I used to, years ago. I stopped getting my nails done, but Ive decided to start up again. They are so nice here and do a great job.

I use to go here all the time faithfully for 8 yrs straight. I moved to Littleton and still drive all the way down here only for no service. They use to be good here now theyre to busy for their loyal customers.

True nail professionals! The atmosphere is peaceful and my nails have never looked anything less than awesome after I left. The prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area and if you have to wait a few minutes....it is worth the wait. Small price to pay for great work.

I have been a loyal customer of RM nails for 7 years! They do an excellent job with my nails. I can go as long as 3-4 weeks before a rebase and my nails are still great. They also provide excellent customer service and are very professional. I have tried other salons, however no other compares! I keep coming back I love RM nails!

Tried this salon as a walk-in for a rebase and deluxe pedicure and think Ive found my place! While they were clearly busy with scheduled appts, they gladly accepted me. My nails look great, pedicure felt fantastic and even though they were busy, they were still polite and friendly. Thank you, RM Nails! Ill be back!

I have had a couple good experiences however the last two were just horrible and I attribute it to a high turn over rate in techs. It seems the owner is more concerned with using his customers as guinea pigs to teach his new techs. Today, I asked for one silver nail, one sparkly pink one and the rest black with pink heart outlines on the black ones. The pink one was not shiny and sparkly. The silver one was just clear sparkle and when I said it was not right all she did was put more coats on. She did them too short. Theyre misshapen. And, to top it off, she had no idea what a heart was. She kept trying over and over again. She was very apologetic. The problem is the owner. I asked him if he could just do the heart or get someone else to do it. His response, she needs to learn. After over an hour, I left unfairu. They werent right or what I wanted and I still had to pay full price. Second time in a row, same experience. If you want your techs to learn on your customers, let your customers know thats what theyre getting and dont expect them to pay $85 and leave unhappy.

I live out east and wanted to find a nail place close to me, this was the only one I could find that had decent reviews and I have been going there for a while now and I have the guy (forgive me I cant remember his name) do my nails and he is wonderful, I am always satisfied with my service, I had to wait a little bit one time but they had gotten busy and it was not a big deal. I can ALWAYS make an appointment for the next day and nails always look wonderful. I always have a problem getting people to make my nails short enough, and he always does what I ask. So, yes I definitely recommend RM NAILS. I like going there.

Great place! They all do a super job on my nails. I rarely, if ever, break one! Lots of colors to choose. They do take walk ins, but an appointment is best if you dont want to wait.

I went to their nail salon for the second time and I was kicked out the nail shop because I asked for crystals to be put on my finger nails that I would be paying for extremely rude. And I will never have to worry about going back there bad customer service to they speak in their language to each other about you and I think that’s disrespectful put your translator on your phone and hear some of the things that they say about customers. If you can find someone else Q is unqualified.

Told me my appointment would be at 3. When I arrived the nail tech laughed at me and told me 330. I patiently waited but didn’t get seen until 4. Wasted a lot of my time today.

I absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for 4 years now. They have great customer service and that is what keeps me coming back. I cant even bring myself to try anywhere else, I feel like a cheater lol. Today was a perfect example of why I keep coming back. My grandma broke her nail (her actual nail) and my little sister took her in to have it fixed so it couldnt continue to break. They took her with no questions and charged her practically nothing. Thank you RM Nails for taking such great care of my grandma.

Horrible service I walked in and asked if they had clear tips! They said yes we get our pedicures done and when is time for the full set and we tell them we want the clear tip! They said they don’t have it ! That they can do the ombré and put gold flakes “no that’s. It what I want” so I said when I walked in I asked for clear tip and that lady said yeah we lied !! Are you kidding me!!!! Won’t be coming back after showing her many different designs she keep saying I do ombré in shellac for 55 dollars I walked out of there furious 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This place deserves zero stars. the owner himself is very rude and turned down about 5 customers while he was doing my nails. imagine how many people he turned down in that day....also when he was doing my nails he didnt take his time didnt ask me if i like the shape, size...barley asked me what i wanted done. and on top of that i paid for a service that was worth nothing. my nails are lifting after 1 DAY!! i hate this place...especially the rude customer service from everyone in that entire building....i would never recommend this place to anybody not even the people who already go...find a place more worthy and caring about its customers ...you will be better off and happy... you wont leave crying like me.

Overall a great place to go. Very clean inside. Staff is friendly and consistent. I love that there is no TV inside the nail salon. Very resonalabily priced and offers a a stamp card for your services which is a great way to reward your customers. Always is a busy place, so calling ahead is much easier.

Why do I call to make an apt when 1) he gives it away or 2) she is to busy and get told anyone can do. My name is linda I been going to this nail salon for the pass 9 years and usually they do a pretty good job very friendly but,today it was a different story this nail technician was very rude to me and she kept on repeating the price about 5 time I guess assuming I couldnt afford the service I was getting . I do get a lot of different things done to my nail so its more expensive then the regular cost but,as long as I been going there all the nail technicians know this I guess she was new or something and my nails look horrible after she was done.

Wish I could give zero stars Terrible service my fingers were bleeding during the process because she kept missing with her tools. Only a week later one broke so I tried to get in to get it fixed. Afterall door said walk ins welcome but it should say don’t bother trying. Went back again to just have them taken off and again they said come back. Third try I tried to make an appointment and she said only takes 10 minutes to remove them but the charge will be 10 dollars! I took a chance on this place but I won’t again. Try a different place!

Polite but dont really ask what your want pass the package you are getting. I dont normally get my feet done so have no idea what the steps are. Before I knew it they were done and I was stuck with jet black; I really wanted some red incorporated in but she said we were done and was unable to add any more color. So, I am stuck with a color I didnt want when she never asked me what color I wanted to begin with.I went with a couple friends and one of my friends had the same experience with a different nail stylist. Never asked her color and had to explain that she wanted her whole nail colored not just French tipped. On top of that they werent well done; she got a sparkle polish and they are completely uneven. Some toes are thick with sparkles and others barely have any.So overall I would not recommend this nail salon.

I loved this place because it was across from my house. But after two years Im sick of the rudeness, the long wait even with apts and not to mention the price! I went for my last time a month ago after paying $55 for basic pedi with shellac polish! Like what?! not only that I had a budget and I normally tip well however since my pedicure was so expensive I left what I had and when I gave it to her she spoke her language to the owner and he huff and puff shaking his head. I said thank you and started walking out and I got no response back. The last time I will ever go there! They not only lost my business but my mother, sister and friend will no longer go there. Horrible place of business!

Its very sad that I have been coming here for over 6 years and the service has just gone down hill. The new owner is very unprofessional with scheduling. Often scheduling me in with his wife who is never there on time for our appointment. Today, for instance my appointment was at 11:30 and here I am at 12:00 just getting serviced. It has gone from me getting full service nails, toes and eyebrows to just eyebrow service. He gets smart saying she is not his employee. Then why schedule me with her if shes not an employee. I now have to find a new place for waxing...if you are looking for a great nail spot go to Trendy Nails in downtown Denver.

Worst experience in my life going to Nails salon and this place is very BAD! Bad service and rude people! Been waiting for almost 1 hour to be called in but NOBODY was trying to accomodate me even when most of them were done with their customers. Nobody TALK to me and I feel like I was invisible to them!! I am very upset with these people! You need to close your business! You dont know how to treat your customers right! The guy there is very rude and unprofessional!! Not sure if he is the owner or manager!

They did an excellent job with my nails. I got the shellac french manicure and regular french on my toes. Turned out great.

About a week ago I went to a nail spot over on Hampton and Peoria I could be wrong on the location but it was near that area, in only a week my nails were lifting and all I wanted to do was hide them. I decided to try RM Nails right up the street from my house Lynn took care of me and fix my nails she saw how upset I was and how they looked before and she did a great job fixing them now all I want to do is show off my nails thank you Lynn and thank you RM nails

I paid $30 for a basic pedicure. And why? Im sure most places scrape the dead skin off the bottom of your feet...... in a basic pedicure. Im tired of these wack ass nail places getting over want you to pay $40 to include one more service of scraping skin off..what is the point of a pedicure with out that I know how to paint my own damn toes I want soft skin. All in all Ill never be back here.

I do not recommend this place I called yesterday and asked how much it would be for a full set the man said 21 for basic and I said ok how much for white and pink powder he said for full set and powder be 27. So I show up and they tell me to sit and wait and I wait for a long time and there was a girl who worked there not helping me and she wasnt busy she was just texting it wasnt till the manager showed up that I got any help or attention then he starts doing my nails and I wanted the ombre look and last time I was in a girl asked him for pink and white powder and he did the ombre look and half way through my nails were just basic French white tip and I told him thats not what I wanted and hes like its to late now Ill do it for you next time why didnt you show me a picture And not once did he offer to fix them he just kept saying next time also I asked for coffin and got charged extra for it and they didnt even look coffin! Some were square and some were coffin and with a white tip they looked so ugly and he charged me 42 dollars for something I didnt want didnt fix it or even do my tip right also not to mention he did my nails so fast I wasnt even sitting for an hour and he put no detail. Very upset and will not be going back.

He is so concerned about getting the most bang for his buck servicing everyone who comes in the door that he falls short for his regulars who make appointments. He is not the best at what he does and you can tell he is envious of his better employees. Hes terrible at scheduling and will take a walk-in over someone with an appointment. Instead of making it right he just tells you to go somewhere else. Well buddy...consider it done. I will not be returning. Horrible service by the owner, I called in to make an appointment, as requested. I told him numerous times, it was for 3 girls to get a rebase. When I called around 1, he said he didn’t have an opening for 3 people, to come in at 4:15pm. So, I did, drove 40 min to follow my amazing nail tech Cindy, for him to tell me, he could only do one of the girls nails, if that was ok? I said no, it isn’t, I made a long drive to come see Cindy, he said he could reschedule. What part of, No it’s not ok, is not clear !! First time coming here and will most likely be my last!
