Best service I’ve received! I walked in for a dip powder manicure on a busy Saturday and was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but I only waited 15 minutes. Tammy was my nail technician & she was so sweet! She asked multiple times if I liked the shape and color of my nails and if I was comfortable. I love how my nails turned out. This was such a pleasant visit and will be seeing Tammy again!

Super happy with the service here!! I’m very happy with my pedicure and refill on my nails they were nice enough to refill them since I have a trip tomorrow. Gonna go with a fresh set. Rude and did a poor job. Nothing like the picture I showed them. I dont wanna be mean but Im really not happy.Took her two hours to do this. And its not what I asked.Ive had really pleasant experiences here but if youre short staff just say hey we cannot take walk ins. I will pay a good price for a set of nails I have done so, a guy came up to me telling me hes gonna charge me 30 more dollars to do a small white heart. 30!!! He said, yea just heart but its difficult to do.Im sorry but not happy with todays visit.

It was the BEST pedicure Ive ever had. The employees were sooo polite and attentive to my every need. My nail techs were wonderful! I will be back next month if my Good Lord permits! 💅🦶💅❤️🙏🏽

I have been going to this location for a year now and I must say, they are hands down one of the most professional nail salons I have been to in many years. The owners and staff are ALWAYS polite, owners follow up and ask you how your service/experience was. If there is an issue, they are quick to offer a solution or repair. I can use any technician most of the time because they all provide good service. They remember your name, if you’re a regular. This may seem like it’s a small gesture but it makes a huge and lasting impact because it shows that they care about their customers and the satisfaction of their customers.

I absolutely love Deluxe Nails. Everyone there is so amazing and talented.. I personally go to Tammy, and she is phenomenal. Ive never seen someone do better nail art, and free handed at that! Shes always such a joy to talk to while Im there, and shes always willing to help me out if I dont have a design idea that week. Tammy and Kevins team is truly amazing, and I never go anywhere else!

This review is from back in July. I made an appointment here for a Saturday at 9:30 when they open. My experience here wasn’t the greatest, but not the worst either.PROS: Squeezed me in for an early appt 2 days prior. Nail design was beautiful, just as requested (showed them a picture I found on Pinterest). Location is nice and clean and follows COVID protocols. The woman that did my pedicure was super friendly and took her time, despite how busy they were that day. I forgot her name, but she was the best!CONS: A/C not working? It was very hot and I heard other people next to me also talking about how hot it was in there. I had an appt but wasn’t attended until 25 minutes later despite it being just me and 2 other people waiting. It seemed as the nail techs were just getting started with setting up. Just didn’t make sense to schedule an appointment for 9:30 if you aren’t really available at that time. My nail tech, Tammy or Tuong was standing there for a while & not sure why. However during that time she did ask me what I was looking for and and she explained what she had to do in order to give me what I wanted, which I really appreciated.She did also let me know how much it would cost. $70 for a full set of acrylic nails (pic attached). This does not include tip or pedicure. I thought it was a bit pricier than what I normally pay but I was fine with it at first. She was nice at times but got upset with me when I asked her to change something from my set. I asked if she can add some rhinestones bc it wasnt turning out the way I wanted. She answered rudely and said, “thats why I asked you before I did it.” I was very nice and took it as possible culture/personality clash.My set was complete and I liked it. She really did a good job on it but I just didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism from her part. As she was working on my nails I asked if she was okay with tip on a card as I didn’t have cash on me. She said they always prefer cash (which I understand) & she asked if I can zelle it to her. I have no problem doing that if it is well deserved. When she was done I asked if she was going to do my pedi & she said she doesn’t do pedicures. The only reason I was asking is to know if I should send her the tip now or after. I asked for her zelle and sent her $25 tip bc I really liked my nails.The next person who does my pedi really took her time and was super friendly. They were super busy that day so I liked that she took her time. Later I see Tammy doing a pedicure for someone else and her personality was completely different with the other customer. Super friendly and conversating, & also doing a pedicure which she specifically told me she didn’t do. I found that to be very unprofessional. I didn’t see the point in lying about it. If you were busy, okay cool. Not a problem. But no need to lie.I most likely won’t be returning here as the cons for me outweigh the pros. I’ve been to other places and have had better experiences and great nails without the pricey tag.

I made an appointment and when I got there she said she said she couldn’t do it at that time when on the phone she clearly said “ok that’s fine “ so because she took a walk in I was told I had to wait 30+

I was told one price and when I got here the total increased for the exact same thing i mentioned on the phone and they tried to say I misunderstood when I know what I heard.

They do an amazing job, but be prepared to wait a while (even if you have an appointment).

I couldnt have asked for better service. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed on 7/28/20 and explained that I had just come from another salon and wasnt happy with how my nails turned out. I showed them a photo and asked if they could make my nails look like the nails in the photo. They said yes and I said I would come back the next day since they were closing soon. In spite of my service taking almost an hour to complete, they said they would stay and do my nails right then. They did everything they could to make my nails look like the photo and even painted a display nail to make sure I was happy with how it would look before they started working on my nails. When I said I didnt like the first option, they gave me several more choices and at each step of the way they asked questions and made adjustments so that I would be happy with my nails. They took time to make sure everything was right and never made me feel like they were rushing to finish. In the end, I was completely satisfied and would recommend this nail spa to everyone and Ill go back whenever I have a special occasion and need my nails done.

Kevin does my nails. I have a shorter version of coffin shaped nails which is a bit more difficult to do. He gets the right curve and is always great at measuring so my nails are the same length. I appreciate the attention to details. Thank you Deluxe nails!

Amazing first mani and pedi!!!I have never had a mani pedi and I called to see if they had any appointments. They took me in within twenty minutes and were very courteous. Ive been coming here for about a year and will never go anywhere else. I feel so welcomed, they almost always are able to accommodate me when I walk in, and they never say no to any design I bring in. They take their time to make sure I love the end result. Highly recommend!

I got a full set of gel nails, the technician did not clean or prep my cuticles so my nails were already lifting the next day.

I went in to get acrylic nails and the guy doing mynails cut them with the clipper 2 times and then filed my actual skin multiple times. There is still nail polish on my finger. Very sloppy and poor quality.

Ive come here twice and had Kevin both times. He takes his time shaping the nails, is very clean, and i always get done in an hour. Ill be coming back to see kevin every time! He does great great work.

They did a good job I did have to wait a bit of time in the beginning since they were busy with other customers but the only issue I had was that my nails chipped the next day and I haven’t done anything that might have gotten them chipped and I did pay for the no chip.

Loved coming here! Best salon I have been to recently. Great service, very friendly and welcoming! But I came and got a fill and was charge for a full set. Was not sure why so I payed it but next time I come in for a fill I hope I get charged the correct price. But overall good work and would come in again.

Love this salon! I am new to the area and I hate having to look for a new nail salon! Fortune blessed me, Deluxe is the first I tried and I am here to stay! Friendly and great talent. (Had 3 different techs so far and they are all did a fantastic job!) Reasonable too!

Everytime the guy do my nails theres something always messed up with them, this last time all the rhinestones fell off within three or four days the Polish is like stained and chipping mind you its no chip polish and I tried to go get a polish change even though theyre pretty empty the ladies telling me its a 40 minute wait but Im sure shes lying

I’m disabled and have a difficult time getting into the chair for the pedicure. KC is very helpful getting me on and off the chair. I love the atmosphere there. Very friendly. Even though I haven’t been going there long, I feel welcomed when I walk in. I highly recommend this salon!

Got a full set and showed an inspo picture of what I wanted but in a different color and nails look nothing alike. I mentioned to tech that nails needed a more oval or curved design and he said he’d add glitter to fix it which did nothing. Left unsatisfied. Service is usually great but I was disappointed.

Highly recommend Deluxe Nail Spa. Kevin, tammy and the rest of the staff are very professional. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. Because of diabetes, my feet are very calloused after two weeks so it takes a little longer to do a pedicure. But they never complain, they take their time and do the job just right.

Great experience! Tony did my hands & toes and he is absolutely fabulous! Place is clean & very convenient. This is my new regular salon.

I used to frequent this place for pedicures when I lived on the west side of Aurora. I hadn’t been there in about a year but my friend moved to that side of town and asked where she should try for a pedi. I immediately suggested this place and we went together on 7/6/19.We called ahead and had no issue getting 2 pedicures booked right away. We were taken to the back upon our arrival and we both sat down at the same time.My friends pedicure took about 20 minutes total. I was shocked when I looked over while I’m still getting scrubbed down and she was already getting her toenails painted!! She was visibly unhappy with the work, and looking at hers after the fact I was really shocked that the paint was streaky, the toenail shape wasn’t uniform, it looked like a mess. She said the tech barely did anything, each step was rushed.My tech did a better job, but still not great. I did, at least, get a thorough scrub and leg massage and she did listen to my request on how to shape my nails but today some of the edges feel jagged and there are still areas of my feet that are rough (less than 24 hours since they were done). This was my worst experience here but it was still passable. Not acceptable for a salon that was fairly empty on a Saturday afternoon, but at least I can work with this for a couple of weeks before it’s time for another pedicure.I was really embarrassed to have brought my friend here and honestly very surprised at how differently our tech performed the same pedicure. My results are “acceptable” but definitely not as good as I remember getting before - there are lots of salons in Aurora and if I’d had a mediocre experience when I went before, I wouldn’t have gone back and certainly not told my friend to give it a try.I urged my friend to speak up about her service, she didn’t want to. I attempted to say something to my tech when I was paying and she literally did not care.They’ve definitely lost my business!

It was my first time coming here and I got a no chip manicure for my baby shower. Four days later my nails started chipping off and I hadn’t done anything for them to do so. I’m pregnant so I don’t work with harsh chemicals that would be able to take this off. I went back in the following Saturday (today 3/24/18) to express my concerns and all I’m told is that it’s not guaranteed to last. I know it’s not going to last forever, but it didn’t even make it a week. I went here because is closer to where I have just moved. I guess I’ll be going back to my old place where it would at least last 3+ weeks. Even though you can see growth my regular place doesn’t chip. I’m very disappointed they offered to do nothing for me. I just told them to take it off and I most definitely will not be back....

I stopped in the day before mothers day. the only reason I stopped here is because the place I prefer to go was completely booked. Deluxe Nail was able to get me in immediately. this should have been my first clue. I started with a pedicure. the technician cut the cuticle on my big toe. but what I did not realize until she started my manicure, was that she was not using new instruments. when she pulled the cuticle trimmer out of the drawer, I could tell it had not been cleaned between clients. I will not be going back to this salon.

I came here because I had some time to kill before night school yesterday. Im currently looking for a new permanent nail technician and thought it would be a good place to check out. I wanted a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Didnt have to wait at all. KC was very friendly and relatable, and she even used eyebrow gel and highlighter on my brows. Definitely will be back!

I have been going here every 3 weeks for the last 10 months or so since I moved here, and I have never had a bad visit. Every technician is very good at what they do. They always try to make you feel special, and its the little things, like offering you something to drink, that make them stand out. It is very clean and it has a great atmosphere. It might be a little more expensive, but its worth every penny.

When Im in need of a mani/pedi, I look to no one but Deluxe Nail Salon. The service is outstanding. I am always greeted cheerfully. Yesterday, Tracy did my nails and she took excellent care of them. And did I mention how reasonable the prices are?

My daughter was excited when she only spent $55 to get a full set of nails done and a pedi...well now we know why. She got them done on Friday July 12th and 4 days later 4 nails have already come off. She called to make a complaint and all they did was mock her on the phone. Since she used a debit card, I will be disputing the charge as well as post negative reviews on this place. All they needed to do was make if right. I guess that is what we get for trying a new place. Never again!

Vivian always does a great job filling my nails and KCS designs are as if she uses each nail as an artists pallette. They are the best. We keep up steady conversations and I feel welcomed as a friend, not a customer.

I go here regularly, and it is the only place I go for my no-chip manicures. KC always does a fabulous job with my nails, and the staff is always very friendly and inviting. I would recommend making an appointment if you have a particular technician that you would like to see.

I went for the first time couple days ago and got a full set nails only one color, at the time I crossed the door I new it Will ve expensive the salon is beautifull and classy, when the technician started working I said nothing just to see they works, in just like 30 min he had my nails done with the color, shape and measure I wanted, a really good job, as I told, it was expensive 2x more than what i pay with my other technician plus the tip but it worths

I arrived at 630. 1 hour prior to close. I asked for a dip French manicure. I felt rushed. Nails are uneven and not square like I asked. Very crooked arch.

I came here to get my acrylic set taken off and the lady I worked with scraped the acrylic off (which hurt a lot to do) using another nail and nail clippers. When I went to check out she told me ten dollars which was very expensive for taking a short amount of time to do and using no resources that required to be bought after each use. They never soaked them or anything, they just ripped them off. I tried asking why it was so expensive when she did a poor job and they all just laughed despite my asking many times. They do not have good customer service and I would not recommend coming here.

I went in for the first time and paid 23 dollars for a french tip. They told my friend who got the same that in two days she might want to add a top coat because it will chip.... why are we paying money for this then? I showered that day, about 10 hours later, and the top coat bubbled and left streaks. What!? Will not go there again. Not worth the money.

I was told to try this place and either go to Vivian or KC which is what i did. I called and made an appointment for Vivian with a lady who was quite abrupt however i figured she was just answering the phone and probably busy, which i later found out i was speaking with Vivian. Upon arrival i saw KC and when i tried to speak to her to ask what polish she was using she actually ignored me, so i repeated, and then recieved a short answer. I sat down with Vivian and it was down hill from there she was absolutely rude rude rude! I could not believe the way she was speaking to an older woman who was asking a question! I was about to get polished and had enough...i told her she was coming off very rude and abrasive and was she having a bad day? because she was ruining my experience! I asked her if there was someone else to do my pedi instead of her and she told me No. Its upsetting because i was looking for a new permanent tech and thought this would be the place but after the way i was treated, Ill pass!

The staff was rude upon entering, and didnt set a good impression, I still decided to do my nails though, worst decision ever. This salon is very unorganized and dont really ask you what you want, I wanted my nails a certain way but were left another way. The nails paint began to chip away after a few hours, and the person doing my nails didnt bother telling me if he was finished with my nails or not and just left. I wouldnt recommend coming here at all.
