Bought my first pair of skis, boots and poles today! Tourangh helped me from the start to finish, he explained everything so well and so clearly. I didn’t know there were that many factors when it comes to picking out the right boots and skis. Once I finished the selection process and purchased the skis, it only took the staff about 10 minutes to adjust the binding and I was able to walk out with everything! Great experience!

Ski pro is a great place for all your snowboard/ski needs. They have an amazing selection full of everything you could possibly need. The employees here all all super helpful and personable which is a great quality when trying to find exactly what you want! 10/10 recommend coming in.

We have frequented this place lately and I am always impressed with the staff. They are so helpful and are really knowledgeable. Great deals on gear, got my bf a ski jacket, pants, beanie, goggles, 2 pairs of socks and gloves for about $500. You can’t beat that!! We also had to return our skis late and they were totally accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I have shopped here twice and had the pleasure of being helped by Tourangh both times, who made the shopping experience wonderful. He was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The overall selection of items was tremendous, but the service made the experience truly memorable.I can’t recommend this store enough for anyone looking for any kind of ski gear, from ski pants to goggles to boots.

I went in last minute to get a rooftop rack right before our ski trip. Julian, the manager, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He and Nathan even took the time to install the rack on my SUV! Amazing customer service!

Just returned my snowboard and the employees apparently found a dent on the front edge of the board. I live about 30 minutes from the shop so my mom was the one who processed the return for me and said that they charged her $35 to sand the dent back down. There was not proof that the board didnt come that way because no one ever physically looked over it when I received the board the other day. I would like to say that the manager over the phone was apologetic and tried to find a way to help me prove the board was not damaged. In the end we came to an agreement that because there was no proof the board had ever been thoroughly inspected that the $35 would be returned. Not the WORST experience but certainly have had better :(

I was soooo extremely excited when the Ski Pro outlet popped up a few miles from my home!! The store abs the people who work there are amazing.. very helpful and knowledgeable . I was very impressed and happy with the snowboard I rented for a week in Purgatory and it handled so well I’m sure I’ll purchase my gear from them!!. Super friendly and excellent variety of skiing and snowboarding..!! everything!!! Highly satisfied returning rider here!!

Great deals!! Most of their stock at this location is last seasons stuff so I was able to find some good deals for new gear for my S.O. here. The staff was super helpful with sizings on boots and goggles for her, and they were very knowledgeable about boards as well. This is THE place I go to shop for any snowboard items, definitely recommend it!

Absolutely incredible customer service! We rented our gear and went up to Telluride for 5 days. On the way home we had an unfortunate experience with our truck completely breaking down in the middle of a snow storm hundreds of miles from home. The gang at Ski Pro Outlet were not only extremely accommodating to allow us to return our gear late, free of charge - but they also went above and beyond and displayed sincere concern for our situation. Highly recommend for a great deal on snow gear and fantastic customer service!!

We have rented our ski equipment from the Ski Pro Outlet for the past couple years and have had great experiences each time. Always super friendly and helpful, especially getting the right equipment for our kiddos. We will continue to rent our equipment from the Ski Pro Outlet and would recommend them to anyone.

Wasn’t much inventory for clothes, although that may have been due to it being late in the season. There were many employees in the store standing around and none offered to help me find what I was looking for. When I finally asked an employee for help with a dressing room, they said they didn’t know what the store protocol was and walked away.

Got stuck on the mountain, but they did everything they could to help with the cost of returning the equipment late. Good prices on gear. Bought 2 helmets.

Very nice shop and also the stock is fresh and up to date. They will tune your skis off site and it takes about 3 days to get them. They do a good job. The shop is near the Costco and Walmart etc. The prices are excellent especially at the end of the year when they have their sales

Awesome place to physically try on gear. They have previous years models that are unused and significantly marked down (sometimes 60% off!) great service from the sales staff that are very well trained and educated in all facets of winter sports Truly a hidden gem in the Az desert. They do rentals and waxing too!

Very good experience. I drove 50 miles to this location because the location in Mesa had run out of skis.This location had the skis for my daughter and I. More importantly, they let me take the skis with me, instead of coming back for it the next day. Appreciate very much the friendly and helpful staff who saved me a lot of time and driving.

My Family got skiis, boots and poles for a family weekend at Snowbowl in late January. The gear was high quality, well fitted and the service was excellent. Very convenient pick up and drop off. Much more affordable than Flagstaff. Highly recommend.

Super helpful and great deals

The staff is so cool here. I came in and wanted to buy gear as a beginner and everyone was so helpful. They didnt just recommend the most expensive stuff, but instead gave great advice on getting the best equipment while saving some money. The rental department dudes and managers crushed it. Highly recommend this location! Came in on 1/16/19 around 8pm, unfortunately I didnt get names of the staff but I hope this helps identify them so they get some recognition.

Fantastic prices, mind blowing selection, and a friendly staff. You can’t go wrong. It’s an outlet, so if you need super specialized service, you might want to head downtown. But this place is pretty awesome.

You can get a pretty good deal on new gear & styles that are a few years old. If you want fresh 100s and have the wallet look elsewhere. Otherwise ski pro has great deals pretty decent selection and staff is helpful, although it can be a little difficult to find different sizes for pants and jackets in a certain style.

Absolutely love this store. Great service and a large selection of essentials for skiing. The rental department does a great job. You definitely want to come here the day before heading up to Snowbowl. You will save money and precious time by not waiting in lines at Snowbowl.

Everytime I go into ski pro Scottsdale the staff are always friendly and helpful. Got my skis and boots from there and it was reasonably priced for excellent equipment. The service staff are amazing and always take care of any of your ski needs.

Very poplar. Open all ski season. You should call and see if they have a lot of boards left. If they dont then go down there and pay for you rental that day and pickup on your rental pick up day. Way worth it. They didnt charge me for the days I was traveling.

Unfortunately some of the staff isnt aware of compatibility issues with boards and bindings so i have to go return my purchase which dampers my thoughts of the place a bit. The camelback location seems like a better choice imo.Returned everything no problem and tried to fix the situation but since i missed the trip i was over it.

I popped into Ski Pro after spending months and months researching ski boots as I have problem feet and know its the most important piece of equipment for any skier and picked up a pair of last years Atomic Hawx 100 boots from Greg who was very helpful at a great price. I couldnt be more pleased!

Even clearance prices were a little high during the season for items a few years old. Good place for beginners to buy but seasoned visitors just look around or use their Pro shop.
