Ive been coming here for years. I always call and make my appointment. The last three times I had to wait over an hour. Super disappointed and will find a new nail place. It sucks because its right by my house. O well!

Bad for business and the community should not support a company like this. They want your money but provide the worst service as if we need their service. The lady DIDNT wash her hands after servicing previous customer and got mad when asked to wash her hands. She had an attitude and didnt even know how to do the shape ballerina.The lady doesnt listen to her clients and she thinks she knows everything but she is a disrespectful and ungracious individual that doesnt even deserve the business

Most disrespectful lady that doesnt listen to her customers and gets mad when she messes up your nails. They dont deserve the communities support until they can learn to provide quality customer service to the diverse customers that spend their money here.... Shame on this business.... I am from out of state, however, I have needed my nails done while up here for a very extended amount of time. I have used this salon multiple times now as it was recommended. The ladies have always been extremely kind and caring! I always get the dip nails w/design as well as my toenails painted in the matching color. Always have came out great! This is the only salon I will go to when we are up here from now on!

Quality place. Reasonably priced. They talk in another language almost constantly, but do a good job. They seem to always be ready to help.

I’m giving one star for the chatty, friendly atmosphere. I went for a pedicure and the service seemed rushed and really rough. She cut too far on my big toe nail and it was not only sore to the touch but bleeding. My toenails were filed down so far that the file was basically going against my skin under the nail. Not relaxing or enjoyable in any way. I also stated I wanted the $30 pedi and was charged $48. Never going back.

My dip and pedicures always come out perfect. High quality product. My nails grow and dont chip or break. Safety barriers during COVID are in place. 👍🌟

I’d traveled to two other salons because they had better reviews. I should’ve just come here. They were friendly and well ventilated. I’m 8mp the pregnant so that’s important. They did and excellent job and I won’t hesitate to go there first the next time I need my nails done.

I continued going to this nail shop for as long as I could stand it only because the nail tech that does my nails does nails very well but she’s rude she along with the rest of them have zero customer service. They constantly speak their language very loud and they do not ever talk to the customers unless they asking them if they want to do another service which is money in their pocket otherwise they have no interest in speaking English and talking to the customers the owner sings all day very loudly and does not have a voice . If you try to call for an appointment the first thing she says unless they are not busy is honey call back later and she hangs up there should always be someone there that can take appointments and answer the phone

Absolute horrible experience. My friend and I went in for pedicures. We made appointments days in advance. Not only were they running 45 minutes late (without telling us), when we were having them done, my gal cut me in two different places. I cant wear some shoes because it hurts so much. She didnt even apologize. And STILL made me pay extra $10 to remove polish because it was gel.

This place is seriously the best! I just moved here from Utah, and I am very particular about how I want my nails done. This place is even better than the place I went to in Utah!!!! They definitely have great customer service and my business from now on!!! 😊

Ive been getting my nails done here for about 6 years now. I love Mary, she does a special natural nail for me with only clear polish thats not as bright as a French Manicure and I love it. Everyone does a great job.

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Do NOT come here especially if you have kids. I came to get a full set with gel polish. I was told it would be $30. After I pick out my color and the full set is done, she tells me it will cost $42. I told her that isnt what she told me at the beginning and I only had $30 set aside. I expressed that I was upset that she was trying to make me pay more and she ran into the back and started screaming. She came back and told me to either pay $30 for just the full set or leave. I was really frustrated at this point and decided I would just go. My son is a year old and is screaming so I picked him up and start heading to the door. The lady runs up to me with nail clippers and tells me she is going to cut off my nails. There were 2 nail ladies standing at the door blocking me in. I told them I would pay for the full set but nothing more because I was leaving my nails that werent even painted. They refused and as I tried to walk out the door with my baby they shoved my baby and I into the chairs by the window. I called the police and had to push through then to get outside to wait for the police. They left bruises all over my body and I am livid. I am just happy nothing happened to my son.

The most rude and unprofessional place I could have ever sent my fiancee to. The comments I was told was said to her were past disrespectful/the only reason I dont go and confront this woman is because I prefer not to catch a case. They even had the nerve to DEMAND a tip/over and over again. I wouldnt send a person I hate to this place...thats how bad it is/please avoid

Once you find a good nail tech stick wiyth her. They are good but when you get different nail techs they each have their own way of manicuring your nails.The lady that does the EYELASHES is great!! Did them just like I wanted.

Staff is so nice. I love going there. Great selection of nail colors as well. Week days are the best time to go. Rarely a wait.

The employees here are always kind and helpful. Its always a pleasant experience. They are very very professional and fast! I love their variety of colors for fingernail and toenail polish.

I love this place; they are the nicest people and actually talk with you instead of just to themselves. The last three salons I went to should try that approach. My grandmother had cancer and they gave her complimentary manicures and pedicures during her last visits. I love knowing I am helping keep open one of the last nail gems around. Do yourself a favor and go here.

I go here every 3 weeks to get my eyebrows waxed and get the dip powder for my nails. Holly is wonderful!!

Always pleasant when I go to get my nails and feet done

I’ve been going here for almost 3 1/2 years and I will not be returning because Ms.Lee(owner) overcharged my card and could have said something when I was there! But instead let me leave and find out through my credit card statement!! When I went back her and her employees already knew what she had done, they rushed me to the back to talk to me so I was not able to say anything in front of the customers that were in the chairs. She said that it was an accident and that they would give me a voucher and FREE NAILS but NOT MY MONEY BACK. When I called to make an appointment For the free nails ms. Lee said she did not say that, and that I could just bring in my voucher for the amount she overcharged me. I will not be returning they have been rude to me for the last time!!!!

I moved to Aurora about year ago and needed to find a nail place. This place is absolutely amazing everytime I go there!

Worst overall experience! The lady upfront was nice at first but after asking her to try a couple of colors before I finalized she said No More Ok?!! And then after I left the gel nailpolish started to peel off the very next day! I Will Not be coming back due to rudeness and bad nailjob

I accidentally touched my thumb on the table so it had a little dent in the wet nail polish. the lady got mad and she “fixed” it. it looked bad because she rushed it. and when i went to put my nails under the light i almost touched my nails on the table again and the lady was yelling at me the whole time saying “BE CAREFUL DONT TOUCH!” it was unpleasant. but one time i went to get a pedicure and they were very kind and did a good job. it depends on what lady u get

This was the worse service ever received. The manicurist is over worked and stressed. She cut my cuticles several times and rushed the job. She also ruined my pedicure trying to put my shoes on get that have wet paint...not the brightest move. The owner also yells a lot at the customers. She yelled at me as the customer and told me that she does not have the time for me right now after she became frustrated with her communication. She became irritated because I changed my hands under the light after she suggested I switch. She snapped and yelled at me that I do not change my hands unless she tells me too. The customer service is awful and the place is dirty. There are trash bags everywhere and the floor has not been vacuumed. I would not recommend this location because it is not professional and the owner appears to not like her job. There are plenty of other locations near by that offer friendly service. I highly suggest not to go to this location. I will never go to this location again.

An employee there is super rude unprofessional due to that I’m not going back, besides the nasty job she did on my nails she cut me! She wasn’t being careful because she was mad that I didn’t liked the work she did and on top of that she threw the nail polish towards me all mad! I didn’t want to cause a scene because I had my daughter with me just paid and left but never going back!

Nice relaxing place

The lady who did my nails told me it was going to cost $22 when i showed her a picture of what i want and when she gets halfway through she tells me its going to be more expensive than she had told me so i wasnt able to do what i wanted because she told me the incorrect price. She also rushed and did not do very good on my nails at all she was rude and did not have good customer service. I would honestly not recommend this salon.

This place does affordable mani’s and pedi’s been here a few times. Last time I came I decided to do eyelash clusters. I wouldn’t recommend any eyelash services. My clusters started falling out the next morning on top of the fact that they just looked not good. It’s a nail salon though. Get your eyelashes done at a plaza that specializes in eyelashes

I waited for 2 hours they said it would be a 30 min wait. I needed a rebase on my dip powder nails. When she would ask if they were looking good through out i would point out things she missed she didnt fix them she just said they okAfter they were done i asked here why there wasnt color in some sopts she said that she cant fix it now but we can next time. On top of that she charged me for a full set and not a rebase.Not going back!

Worst nails I’ve ever had. Had to have my nails redone because the lady didn’t cover my whole nail with dip powder. She didn’t shape my nails and when she did some were square and other round. They are bumpy and look square from the cuticle. After having my nails re-done by them I gave up and went elsewhere!!

I went to this nail salon for years. I had nothing but nice things to say until they changed a $50 check to $500 and then on another occasion charged my credit card $63 FIVE TIMES. The owner, Lee, refused to refund either one. She is a thief! Do not trust this salon!!!

Dont go there. I wish I could post a picture of my nails. I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time and I went to help her pick out a color. The manicurist literally YELLED at me saying no! you come sit now! She can pick her color! My daughter is 3.We were in no rush and there was nobody else in there. I got acrylics, she didnt give me a manicure. She didnt clip my cuticles at all, and she tore my cuticles with the spin machine. 7 of my nails are bleeding and my middle finger nail is obviously very slanted. Bad customer service, she rushed and literally hurt me while messing my nails up. Charges extra for painting tips and adding a silver line.
