I decided to be pampered after having our first baby! I picked this spot because it was close by and was not disappointed! Clean, nice aesthetic, and wonderful staff here! Ivy was my nail technician and she was really nice to talk to, very informative about options and pricing and just very fun to be around. They even played some nice vietnamese music for me when I asked to hear some. So fun! I will be back!

Im very impressed with the lovely staff here! I walked in and think itd be ten minutes to wait. Nope they took me right away! The man that did my toes was very gentle and my nails turned out great! Plus he gave me a great leg massage. Well priced too, not too expensive. Ill definitely be back!

I asked for a full set and showed them a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out nothing like the ones I showed them. I just wonder why they don’t tell you when they can’t do what your asking for.

The pedi that i received from one of the male techs was pretty decent, but the mani was pretty sloppy. Granted we walked in around 5:45 - an hour and 15 minutes before closing, but thats more than enough time to put a little more care into a shellac cat eye mani. He didnt even address the cuticles on my left hand, the basecoat of the shellac mani fused my nail and finger together, and the way my right hand looked when he finished almost had me in tears. It almost looked as if my right hand was done a week prior because he didnt bring the manicure all the way to the cuticles, so he added an extra coat or 2 after i brought it to his attention. Now one hand has more depth than the other. *Sigh*I know that showing up at the end of the day can be a gamble as far as quality close to closing, but damn. Im pretty disappointed. I tipped anyway tho...

I have been a customer for years. Consistently good work, professionalism, and amazing customer service. I always love the results of my nails and toes after leaving the shop.

Im actually surprised to see reviews from the past couple of months considering that each time we called they told us that they haven’t opened yet due to covid. Khanh is the BEST. He does any design you want. He doesn’t work there anymore and the owner would not provide me with anyway to get in contact with him so that I could continue having him as my nail tech.

Walked in at 5:15pm to get my nails done. They asked what they could help me with and once they realized I wasn’t spending a lot of money (because I only wanted a pedi and mani) they told me they were closed and only take appointments. Even though their hours on the doors said they closed at 7pm. Why lie or even entertain me in the first place asking what you can help with instead of asking do I have an appointment first . Anyways it was the wrong salon and I ended up being taken care of very well at QL nails, the correct salon.

We love Kim! my daughter and I have visited her twice now at star but I used to go and see her 10 years ago! Im so happy I found her again she was so patient and kind in helping my daughter decide (who is very picky by the way) she took the time to show her what are options were. She could have easily just up charged us to do certain things but instead showed what she could do with her work and saved us money on her nails. I respect that it keeps us coming back and our nails look beautiful!

At first when I started going here it was literally the best place I thought here near me. I always get dip nails. They always last me 4-8 weeks. Recently I got my nails done there on 6/6. By the 10th day the started chipping. Now by the 14th day the are starting to lift. I called and they told me there nothing they can do they will charge me for new ones. The inconsistency of them saying the last about 4-6 weeks & not they didn’t even last 2 weeks. I’m so disappointed, I have been to many saints and never had paid for dip and have had them come off this quickly. If you want well done nails that last this is not the place to go.

I honestly dont understand how this place has such a high rating. I got a full set done and they came out really thick. I asked the tech twice to make them thinner and he didnt want to because they would break if they are thinner. Which I understand however the thickness of the nails I got is ridiculous, they wouldnt break if I tried to break them.Simply not satisfied. Will not be going back!

This place has never let me down. My natural nails are always painted beautifully and I get great advice on caring for them. They are meticulous on pedicures and ensuring there are no ingrown nails. I will continue to come here for all my nail care needs.

I absolutely had an amazing experience! I was well relaxed and they were easy to understand!! They tended to your needs and did the best job on my nails. I asked for a really hard design and no matter what she figured it out and it came out awesome. Within in ten mins of leaving i was complimented on my nails! Def recommend!

Nice location, always busy - so definitely make an appointment, friendly. I’d give 5 stars but my nails haven’t always been the best but it’s minor things and not worth having to go back and fix. More designs would be nice. I like to switch mine up and like someone who can be creative. I don’t see that here but again love this place and do always go back.

Ive been going to this nail salon for almost 12 years, and have used various other nail salons across Colorado, and this is by far the best one. They really make sure you get what you came in for. Everyone is so friendly and lovely!!!

Ive been to this nail salon twice now and it will be my regular place to go from now on. Everyone that works there is always friendly and upbeat, with lots of smiles and laughter. The weekends are busy but they get everyone in and out quickly and efficiently while paying attention to detail. Mine and my daughters nails always looking amazing and I get tons of compliments. They have earned a regular customer in me.

My mother, sister and I arrived at about 10 a.m. on last Monday. We came in and were escorted to our seats, it started out good with them getting to us promptly due to the fact that it was us and only two other women there. So the service started, and went downhill from there. They never asked us what service we wanted. I took the menu and looked at the services available and we ALL decided to get the top service. So I assumed like other salons that after they removed the polish they would ask which service we wanted. None of the three did. I asked my technician to scrub the bottom of my feet and asked for the callous service, he said I didnt need it and they only do it for people with thicker skin.....OK...So I stand on my feet for a living so the bottom and sides of my feet were rough. I asked him to scrub the sides and he said they dont do that part and it was clear that they needed to be done. He only used the pumice stone and that was it. I wanted a paraffin wax as well but never got that either. I feel like they just assumed that we wanted the cheapest service and that was not the case. Our services were rushed but there were no other customers waiting. So needless to say because of the rush job, lack of listening and doing what we requested, we wont be back. It was a nice facility but the service was not good at all. My feet were still rough and I ended up going to another salon simply because they refused to do what I asked. I did pay but the service appreciation was reflected in the small lack there of tip that we left.

Khanh did an amazing job on my nails!! He educated me on each step he was doing and made me feel like he really cared how they looked. He really takes pride in his work. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!! Everyone at the salon was very nice and friendly! I also got my eyebrows waxed and they did an amazing job on them. Really took their time with all of the services I had done.

I have never been fully satisfied when I get my nails done, my friend convinced me to go with her while she got a fill and pedicure. I got David and he did EXACTLY what I wanted! Im a full time server and he factored that into the thickness of my nails. Most places just do thick acrylic whether you want them that thick or not. My friend has probably had every nail tech in there and always has an amazing experience and beautiful designs! I will definitely be coming back after my experience!

When it comes to my nails I have basic needs, clean up my calluses and my cuticles at a reasonable price. I may splurge on shellac but mostly just regular polish on my natural nails. I have lived in the area for 3 years and tried every salon within a 10 mile radius and keep coming back here to see Kim. She does good work with great massages. You get treated great if you make an appointment.

Finally found a perfect nail place! I’ve been going here for about 8 months, and they do amazing work! The staff is very friendly, my shellac actually lasts longer than any other place I’ve tried (I’ve tried a ton of places over the years), and their prices are perfect.

Never been here before but went off previous reviews and Im glad that I did. Made an appointment for me and my sister. The staff was wonderful. So friendly and attentive. The pedicure we got was $35. We got the paraffin wax and hot towels. Such a lovely experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will be going there from now on.

I love that they use a sanitary disposable lining in the foot spa, many shellac colors to choose from. 4 stars because there are a couple of techs who rush through and I have gotten a couple of really bad manicures from here. It is best to make an appointment.

They are doing some thing cheating to get this reviewsI wish if I can give 0 starsI don’t know how they got this good reviews ( some thing wrong)I did my nails shellac for almost 7 years and in every single time I have to go to the nails salon to take it offI just moved to Aurora and I searched for nails salon near my home and i was happy because there’s a good reviews nails salon close to my homeI went to them with shellac on my nails they work hard to take it off and they put new color on my nailsAnd I did pedicure and shellac for my toes( they finished with my tois for no more 10 minutes and they charged me 45 for very bad pedicureNot here my problemThe problem the shellac it’s took off my nails with next couple daysI did call them and I asked them to fix itThe lady in front disk she said okay I will re do it for no charge but if it’s chipped with another couple days I cannot do it again for free.. I said its not fair to pay 70$ for very cheap quality products.. I did not see shellac taken off completely after two days and she said and it’s not fair to do it for you three times a week and you paid for just one times ( so she’s really sure it’s gonna chipped for less than a week)She re do it and she was angry... after 4 days of the new one again it’s chippedSO I PAID 70 WITH 10 Dollars tips ( 80$ total) for (((((( NO THING ))))) I have to go tomorrow for another salon to do pedicure and shellac after no more 1 week of the last awful visit to this miserable nails salon I was met ever

I went to Star Forever Nails as a desperate hope to save my eyebrows. I had just gone to a place across the street, who had left my eyebrows crooked and unfinished. I have a job interview tomorrow so I didnt want to look like a complete mess. Luckily, the woman at Star Forever Nails saved my eyebrows and made them look normal again. I am so so so grateful that I found a talented person who could fix the mess the previous person left. You guys are amazing! This will be the only place I go from now on.

Every time I’ve went in the staff takes their time on every customer and does a professional job. They talk to you and care about your opinion. I had a bad experience at another salon for acrylics so didn’t get them for a year but gave Kim a chance and she makes me love getting my nails done again! She is very friendly and funny and gave me the nails that I loved!

I’m not sure what happened, because this place has such good reviews. I came in w my mother to get shellac manicures. Maybe because we didn’t get anything fancier or more expensive they didn’t want to give us the same customer service we saw them give other clients. But my technician barely said a word to me. She did not ask me what shape or length I wanted my nails and my manicure was done in ten minutes. Unfortunately at this point, my mothers manicure hadn’t even began. Two technicians came to check on my mom but no one would sit down and do her nails. Finally we complained and a lady that had been sitting at the front the whole time came over and did my moms nails. She didn’t cut them the same length so when we ask her to make all of the nails on both hands the same length she laughed at us. My poor mom walked out of the salon with a chipped nail, shallac pealing off of one nail, and dry hands. Again, I am not sure what happened. I get that technicians make less money when they do shellac manicures as opposed to acrylic or what ever but....Money is money and I will never spend mine at this place again.
