I went on 9/28 my daughter and I got pedicure which I was happy with. I when back on 9/30 to get for a fullset as well for my daughter and myself, also a manicure for my youngest daughter. I spend $141.00 just this day. I walk out of their really unhappy on how my nails look. I had just got them done and they look like they were ready for a rebase. I gave been their a few times but after this I dont think I would go back. I have never been so disappointed on how my nails look until today. I hardly get my nails done but my nieces wedding is this weekend and wanted my nails to look nice. I will be looking for somewhere else to get them fix.

Angel did a quick shellac for $33.00 and I love it. Hadnt been to a nail shop in years! She was nice and friendly. Lots of shellac color options.

Went in yesterday for a shellac pedi. They were nice and got me in right away. That’s where the good stopped. The girl dug into my toes so badly with her hook, she was wiping away blood with a towel and the pain was so bad afterwards it kept me up all night. I’ve never had a painful pedi and this was almost unbearable! I also later noticed she only painted NINE toes. Who does that?!

So far the best place I have been. They took there time helped with options tried different styles until I was like yes!!! The tech was so amazing! Im very happy 😊

This used to be my favorite and I recommended it to several people. In the past Ive done manis and pedis but this time I was in a hurry and just needed a basic pedi. She seemed to change her attitude when I said I only wanted basic and skipped steps on one of my feet. The polish didnt cover completely on 2 of my nails but didnt notice until I got in the sunlight. Was afraid to go back in and tell her.

Dont let the looks of the salon fool you, they do quality work in there. If you go I recommend you ask for Lisa her attention to detail is amazing! Definitely looking forward going back to see her. Everyone in the Salon is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

Saturday 03/20 I had an appointment with Ann for a manicure and dip. I arrived 10 minutes early where Ann was just finishing her last client and was standing at the desk. I have her until 11:00 to finish up and walked up to her and said I have a 11:00 appointment with you where she looked at me and said no someone will help you I have a 11:00. I was a bit confused sat down and waited another 5 min and I asked another lady could you check because I called to schedule a 11:00 with Ann but she is saying she has someone else. Ann finally took me to her chair at about 11:20 however the whole time she had a very nasty attitude with me as if she did not want to do my nails which I don’t understand because I’ve been to her several times before yet I have not been in about 10 months due to COVID. Then at the end of her finishing my nails she told me it was going to be a extra $5 for cuticles and I’ve never been charged that it has always been included with a manicure. She said I know you’ve been here for a long time and I should have told you before I did it. I left very upset with how I was treated, I had a scheduled appointment she didn’t have anyone else. As a loyal customer of 3 years I don’t think I will be returning. Ann and Trina have always been my go to and have always done a good job however Ann’s attitude and unprofessionalism was definitely uncalled for for no reason at all and to charge me $57 for a dip that’s the highest I’ve ever been charged. I feel it was completely disrespectful.

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! THOROUGH cleaning after each person leaves. Techs were professional, not a lot of talking amongst themselves while servicing customers. NO cuts or bleeding. Beautiful work and done timely!

I called and they had me come in and worked me in between their appointments. I didnt wait very long and got my nails done. They did a great job and I highly recommend this place.

Christina did my nails. I am very pleased with the end result. She was quick and the quality is very good. I didnt have to wait at all on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because she got a little close to my cuticles in a few spots and cut me. She was very apologetic. First time here and I will try them out again.

Very disappointed. Went in today because I broke a nail, went for repair on right pointer finger and polish change with Tammy. Told her the new nail was too thick needed to be filed more to match but she tells me no, its even but it’s NOT EVEN, she didn’t file enough my new nail on right side is way bigger and longer than other one needed to be filed more

My technician did a great job on Dip powder. So after visiting DMV behind this nail salon, I decided to get my nails done here . I liked that there was no wait when I first walked in. Also they were very welcoming. The atmosphere was clean and quiet. And they have very reasonable prices .I will definitely come back for another dip powder nails.

If I could give 10 I most definitely would! Best place CLEAN PLACE in Aurora! My getaway spot they make you feel like your the only one in there I had a issue with a nail went back 4 days later no fighting no arguing the redid my whole set and she didnt even accept my full tip! WORST NAIL SHOP EVER!! I went in there today for a rebase and my experience was TERRIBLE. The woman who did my rebase did such a sloppy job. Then when I explain to her that the nails are crooked she tried to convince me it was not and still only fixed One! NOT ONLY THAT, it was $57 FOR A BASIC NEW SET because they claim they couldn’t give me the color I wanted in powder. Just terrible can’t believe I even paid for it.

Ann did such an amazing job on my natural nails! She did the ambre and it doesnt even look like my nails! I so happy I came here and got such an amazing nail tech! She killed it on my pedicure too, but I have only posted pictures of my hands. I will certainly be back!

They were able to take care of me as a walk in right away.The nail technician was a bit distracted and was sloppy with a simple nail tip design for my manicure.The basic pedicure was good.

Very clean, water was cold and felt like she was in a big hurry...

The lady was on her Bluetooth the whole time I was in her chair. I got gel polish and she tried to only give me 2 coats but you could still see right through to my nail. The polish was baked so unevenly you can see different layers and lumps. I didnt even get a thank you or a bye as if they dont need my service so I wont be going back.

Horrible! I waited 45 minutes and then they were closing and decided to rush while doing my nails. Very sloppy. Unprofessional. I havent had my nails done for a week and they are already breaking. They constantly try to upsell you and offer gel nails. They dont use actual gel... just gel top coats. I will never spend my money here again.

Amazing and friendly staff! Very clean and relaxing environment. My wife loved it lol originally just my wife was getting her nails done. But the enviroment was so good, I even liked it me being a guy and was persuaded to do a #5 pedicure. Highly recommend this place. Very relaxing

Great customer service and clean

First time I came here I had a great experience. This time has been quiet different. I came in for a toe shape up, toe color change (didn’t want a pedi for my own reasons) and a wax. The lady I got rushed through my toes and had polish all over the place and didn’t bother to clean it up. She then proceeded to my lip wax, rushing through that as well. Got wax all over my nose and all. Went to dry my toes and noticed my polish looked like sandpaper. She said it had glitter in it, but it didn’t. I looked at the bottle and it said texture. Never seen a texture nail polish, but it looked disgusting. She tried to go over it with a clear coat but it looked like a child thencdid my toes. Not her fault I picked out the polish, however the staff should be knowledgeable about what polish they put out so their clients are aware. But my issue was with her attitude. I asked for them to redo my toes with a regular polish and she got upset. She began speaking to her coworkers in their language. When I sat back down, she offered no help with putting my sandals back on. She said “here you do it.” She rushes through them a second time. I won’t be returning based off her attitude and her work ethic. Rushing through things is not the way to go.

So I dont usually do reviews but Im livid. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed.When I got in and I told her that, she told me to sit down because she was going to remove them. Once I sat down she began to clip my nails. After she was done clipping the tips of my nails she got out this other tool and use this tool to basically try to lift my my fake nails off of my real nail mind you there was no soaking before or anything like that it was just let me put this tool in between your real nail your fake nail and try to get the fake nail off. During this time I expressed to her that I was uncomfortable and that it was hurting and she was like yeah Im so sorry and continued to do that for the rest of my hand. After she finishes with one hand she decides for the other hand that shes going to use a drill to lower or thin out the acrylic. After she did that she decided to put acetone on those nails and wrap it up in foil which I was hoping she would have done the first time but didnt. She then moved on to do the hand she started the process off with. When she started to put the acetone on my pinky I told her that hurts and she said I know sorry. After she was done I looked at my pinky and saw there was a chunk of my nail missing from the side close to the middle from when she tried to lift my fake nail off. So overall Im not happy with this experience Im not sure if acrylic nails are supposed to hurt when you get them removed but what I do know is that it shouldnt have been that uncomfortable. Granted If the pop of method was the only option I wouldnt be as upset but the fact that there was another option that would have been more pleasant and wasnt used from the beginning is a different story.

I been attending to the salon for a few months now! I decided to go in to get dip on my nails like I always do! I got a new person Tammy I was exited because it was really slow! I felt like she rushed me out and cut 3 of my fingers! It was clear I was bleeding she NEVER said sorry... and in top she decided to finish my nails putting alcohol in my open cuts! The finish result was unprofessional and rushed

I wish I didnt have to give a single star! They deserve a zero rating! The first time I came here they were fantastic! Or so I thought...The next time was absolutely horrid!! The lack of customer service has left such a bitter taste that I would never recommend them to anybody! They left me waiting for well over a half an hour after they said ten minutes. One of the ladies repetitively asked me to sit, even though I clearly preferred to stand. Last time I checked, there was no law against standing. Then they seated 2 ladies that came in well after me and started their pedi water while I sat their waiting to be directed to the correct station. An hour later and still no service! As I watched my technician begin to heat towels for those ladies pedis and still no one helped me, I decided to leave and go across town for better service. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went here with my friend last week because she goes there all the time and said they do nails great. We both got pedicure and manicure. We both ordered the same pedicure but I felt she got more services in her pedi then in mine. Also they took over 20 minutes to even get us started. Also I hate how my nails turned out! They are crooked even after told her before she put the powder she then proceeded to say it will be better after we put the powder on which it isnt. The shape of my nails are not what I wanted. I paid 95$ for poor service and Im upset.

Great customer service every time I walk in. I definitely appreciate the cleanliness of the spa i.e. your own nail file, packets and sterilization of the utensils with pedicures. I dont get manicures due to work. But, this place for sure is the only nail spa I frequent.

This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have had with any nail salon. I had my daughters nails done a full set acrylic and they popped off one by one over the course of a week and a half. I came back to the salon with the nails in our hand showing how thin they were as the acrylic was not applied properly at which point we were told that its because she bit them off which she didnt then they said it was because her nails are oily which they are not then they said she should just get a manicure because its not fair for them to correct their work. I also did not appreciate the way that the nail tech spoke to my 16 year old daughter talking and touching on her arm disrespecting her physical space it was disrespectful condescending and absolutely unacceptable. I will never again return to Color Nail and Spa I would advise you to not go either.

I was given a gift certificate to have a pedicure. It was that and more.It started as a normal pedicure with a foot soak but with something in the water, then nails trimed and dead skin removal. She then massaged my legs and feet with something else before putting my feet in a parfin bag, she removed the wax and bag and then massaged my feet and legs with another cream and performed a hot stone massage. Yet another cream massage and then she wraped my feet and legs in hot towels. The sevice came with my choice of nail colors. She recomended Hot Pink however I declined any color.I was a great experience and recomended it to anyone.

This place is a joke, i went there for french nails shellac and my daughter had shellac too and after 3 days mine turned brown and my daughter’s peeled off, we went back and they told me they will redo our nails, after they charged me full price and told me that it was my fault that they turned brown and it was my daughter’s fault for peeling them. After we redid our nails one finger nail peeled and the others turned brown again. My daughter’s peeled off again. This place don’t do a good job they are rip off. They are rude and don’t have manners. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! 👎👎👎👎

Awful!!! I paid 48$ for my gel full set and he only worked on my nails for 15 max ! His name was Todd and it came out so bad. I asked for a coffin shape but my nails turned out so round none of them looked alike, every single nail was shaped this almost coffin ugly ass round shape. I hated it and Im never going back!!

I went in for a manicure and waited 35 minutes and in the mean time they sat a group of three that came in long after me, and two individuals they also sat before me and I had already been waiting for quite some time. Everyone they sat needed pedicures. Im not sure why nobody there could do my manicure but it was extremely frustrating and I will never give this place my business nor will I ever refer anyone to this place. Its unfortunate they cant time manage their clients better

Super rude! The guy that did my Pedicure wouldn’t talk even when I tried to initiate a conversation. Everyone had been offered chips water or soda but me. I gave up on conversation and played on my phone until he was finished ( in record time, 15 minutes) I went to dry my feet under the blower and not even there 10 minutes the guy who did my pedicure ask can I pay. MY FEET WERE NOT EVEN DRY YET. It was not busy, why he rushing me! I felt uncomfortable so I paid and left. I was cold outside, but I couldn’t put my shoes on because my toes were wet. Never returning!

A- you are risking your health, B- they dont know the difference between regular polish and special UV light polishes C- they were really nasty about their mistake.I thought I may have just missed the cleaning of tubs between customers while I waited but now Im sure I didnt. After a pleasant lady did my nails I noticed she wiped the floor (which I hadnt noticed before was filthy with sooty black stuff) with the same towels used in my pedicure and as she closed in more debris into a small overflowing trash can, nail bits and stuff was flying everywhere (wasnt busy enough to have not emptied trashes all day). I waited for my friends more extensive pedi to be completed for a long time (super slow) and thought surely my polish is dry after an hour, but it wasnt. I got the attention of an available person and she said okay, well fix it. She rubbed off two nails polish and they soon discovered the wrong polish was used. Ooookay, well thats fine. But she didnt come back, after 20 minutes I asked if anyone would come fix the now gelly mess on my feet, I got a nasty response and said, I really need to go. She told me I sat there talking and so I should be fine waiting????When she finally came over I said I think that I should just go and you can give a discount because I dont have time to wait for another hour to get polished and dry. She basically, in more than one language told me to screw off. I couldnt believe it. The previous lady was so nice. I always like to tip people generously. My pedis usually cost me double because I appreciate having a good experience. So disappointed because its close to my friends place and we could regularly go together, but I swear my toes are itching now. So sad at how I was treated. Its a terrible place. God help you if you risk your health on the lazy cleaning and bad attitudes there.
