What a great experience! The staff was so friendly, they did a very detailed job, and the salon was super clean. I highly recommend this nail salon!

I was able to walk in and get an appointment on the spot for a pedicure! The girl taking care of the phones was my technician (I don’t remember her name) but she set me up to wait in one of the nicest massage chairs I have ever used and when she was finished on the phone I had 100% of her attention and she was VERY thorough. I was very happy with my experience and now recommend to all of my friends. It’s also a very beautiful salon. I can tell the owners put their hearts into it.

This is a great nail spot! Super clean, high-class decor, and excellent customer service. They had nice music and a good gossip channel on mute. But the pedicure did NOT skimp. MY rough heels got schooled by this expert. I will be back 😍

This salon is so clean it’s unbelievable. That is very important to me. The staff takes very good care of you and listens to exactly what you want. The owner is always very pleasant and kind especially to our teenage daughters. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

I took my daughter here for her 12th birthday and I was so impressed. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to give my daughter exactly what she was looking for. It wasnt cheap but I will definitely come back next time because of the great job they did.

They keep changing prices on fills.. stick to a price why dont you.

During taking off my acrylics, the person doing my nails ripped a part of my real nail in the middle. Cute nails after the fact but it really hurt.

I was at Nails & Co again and I just want to say how much I appreciate this group! They always treat me well and my nails are Beautiful! Beautiful and comfortable interior. Glad to have a spot I can keep coming back to and get a consistently great product.

Had a bad feeling about this place when it opened and for good reason.Paid for my mom and sister to get their nails done, got charged against what was advertised on the pamphlet I had then the lady also authorized a 10$(?) tip for her self. Never sending them there again, go to Fantastic nails across the street. Infinitely better pricing, quality, and customer service.

They have been fantastic all 3 times I have been in, the latest today 7/8. Social distancing and other precautions were taken.

Wonderful experiences at both locations! I was so excited for the new location to open on Quincy, I’ve been going to Gartrell for years, and the new shop is much closer to my home. The level of cleanliness, quality and atmosphere are excellent. As a regular, calling ahead and booking an appointment is a MUST, to ensure your tech has the time & expectancy of your arrival. I always let them know if I want “deluxe” services, or even designs, as that will prolong your appointment. Pricing is competitive for these services, so no, don’t expect cheap prices for high quality - that’s basic nail care knowledge! It’s also fair to know that not all techs are trained and certified for all services - this is WHY calling ahead is helpful for ALL! All of their pricing is upfront, dips/gels/polishes all organized by number, and the best pedicure chairs around! Seriously, they give the best & longest pedi massages I’ve ever received (even compared to boujee Cherry Creek salons that are 3x the cost). Even before COVID-19, the hygienic standards have always been top notch, but I was impressed today with their safety procedures. Phi & Luis have been my favorites for years, and in Aurora where nail “salons” are a dime a dozen, Nails & Co simply cannot be beat.
