The worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon was at Blue Sky Nails & Spa. I have been to multiple nail salons in the Parker and Aurora area for a decade and I would not recommend coming to this salon unless you want to have a painful over-priced manicure, repeatedly ask to have your nails the shape you want them, all while getting attitude back for telling the techs what you want. Kristy personally assisted me on July 22, 2021. I came in with a girlfriend and I asked for a square dip nail set that came out horrendous. The set was not sharp, bumpy, incredibly uneven, and thick. She got nail glue on my fingers as well as cut me during my manicure. I complained about how they were not even multiple times but she made me feel like I was crazy. It is only a day after and they are already wearing down. On top of that I over heard my girlfriend asking her nail tech as well if she could make her nails straight because they were too round, when she asked for square as well. She also asked for matte and my nail tech overheard and lied about not having matte but when she got up and left for a little, the other one said they did. These are the results of the nails I payed $60 for. I did not ask for my money back and I do not care to go back at this point because I do not want to deal with unnecessary impolite comments.

I’ve been with this salon for over 4 years and recently had such poor service, I don’t know if I can go back.I had made an appt and my service was really rushed. In total i was out in 35 min and 10 min of that I was waiting for them to finish up my nails as i was rotated around between techs. The male doing my nails didnt take my dip off but shaved then down super fast causing discomfort to my real nails. It was almost burning them. After I washed my hands I had black gel stains all over my fingers. Thankfully the gal I was being switched between sort of cleaned them up. He then switched to another gal which I’m assuming was his real appt. and I was left waiting 10 min to get my clear coat finished.Sadly, this is how they left my nails. I should have spoken up but definitely was a pretty poor experience a given I was so rushed when I had an appt.

I was very impressed with how professional this salon is. The staff was polite and did an excellent job. The pedicure was great. David did an awesome job doing my acrylic nails. He did exactly what I asked for and they look fantastic. They are a very busy salon which tells me that they are very good at providing consistent results. I will be back.

Have been going to Kevin for several months now and he is amazing! His work last forever! Even after 3.5-4 (I usually don’t wait this long but travel made it this way) weeks there was no lifting and I had to have them soaked off for a new set! His designs and the way he shapes my nails are great every time!

Wow! I am blown away by the kindness and professionalism that Blue Sky showed me! I have been going to Blue Sky for quite a while and have always been super pleased with their services. I couldn’t recommend this place higher! Lily (one of the managers) and Kelly are super sweet and awesome! I’ve been neglecting to write a review, but my experience yesterday was phenomenal! SO! Here’s my story:Yesterday I went and got a gel manicure and, unfortunately, I was not at all satisfied with the way it came out. I had two fake nails and instead of removing the nails, the technician said “I’ll fix them and make them look natural.” He then did not remove the old nail polish on my other nails completely. Although he was friendly and talkative, he seemed like he was in a hurry and wanted to get me in and out ASAP. So when my appointment was over, I took a closer look at my nails and noticed that my nails were filed wonky, the polish went over my cuticles, and the layers were completely uneven and very noticeable even from a distance. So I called them later that night and explained my situation to one of the managers, Lily. She was EXTREMELY kind and understanding and she offered to personally redo them. So I went back today and she redid them BEAUTIFULLY! She was so kind the whole time and extremely friendly! I have never had better customer service or nail service than I had today! Thank you so much!

I typically get a gel manicure with French manicure and pedicure with upgraded services. While I have received inconsistent service the last five times I’ve received their services, I consistently receive one to three star-worthy service.The last time I received received a mani/pedi, I requested a cha-cha-cha manicure and pedicure. With the request to receive a French manicure and gel manicure, I found the nail technician to be very inexperienced and nervous. She hit my cuticles several times with the Dremel tool when removing the current gel polish. She apologized the last time when I jumped in yelped.The nail technician seemed very unsure of what was expected from the process and asked the nail technician next to her what to do. The process took much longer than the other nail technicians usually take. Because I had dinner reservations after my appointment, I switched from a gel manicure to a nail polish manicure to try to save time. Unfortunately, my nail polish was nicht several times before I could get out the door. I was still charged for the gel manicure.

I have been going here for 5 years & have never been disappointed. Love my nails & my nail technician Cindy!

I went to tony and he did my acrylic nails so well the shape, color, everything is perfect and did exactly what i asked.

Kim is the absolute best! She talked through my nail needs- recommended biotin to help achieve my nail goals, and really helped me decide which service was right for me! Her work was flawless and she’s such a sweet woman! I’ll be making all appointments through her from now on!

Kevin was a joy to speak with while he did my nails. He is super fast and my nails look very nice. I used the website to make my appointment and it was very easy to navigate. I am a happy customer who always returns as everyone is so helpful and nice.

David is amazing. Did what i asked and more. Great service. They care and the cost is much better than Chicago.

I rarely treat myself to a manicure so when I do, it makes all the difference when my experience is top notch. Kelly is not only a great nail tech but a wonderful conversationalist. Perhaps that isn’t the most important thing for everyone, but if you’re someone who cares about having your nail tech make you feel comfortable during your session, Kelly is the one to see! Not only that, I really appreciate that she makes me feel safe enough to speak up about what I’m looking for and encourages me to let her know if I’d like any tweaks during the process. I never want to disrespect or upset someone who’s putting in the hard work of doing people’s nails but I admit that some nail techs don’t respond kindly when I try to ask them to fix something. So usually when I do get my nails done, I don’t say anything 🙈. Kelly certainly delivers on quality, as I’ve left happy every time I leave the shop, but she also delivers on kindness which makes every penny worth double its count!!!

Kevin is the best! My nails last so long when he is my nail tech. The shape and designs are also always perfect, he is so creative and comes up with great ideas. Highly recommend!

Cindy always takes great care of me and takes her time to ensure my nails look great! Shes easy to schedule with and shes great at communicating her availability. I see her every few weeks.

Tony was a very good nail tech. Very professional and kind. He did a very good job. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and they came out almost exact. I’m very happy with the results

Lynn has been doing my nails for four years. She does great work and is so kind and pleasing. I appreciate the confirmation texts and easy to sign when you get there. Great variety of colors to choose from. I do the dipping and my nails have never looked better.

I have been looking for a new nail place since I moved from the Springs. I found this establishment and have had my nails done here multiple times. Kim and Ann are really helpful and wonderful! Not only are they friendly (as is e eryone here) they are diligent and hard working. They have turned my terrible toes after moving into toes Im not ashamed of showing off. I love ny nails and the work they do here! My nails are growing well and are strong. The people here really k kw what theyre doing! Great work! Love it! Highly recommend!

Although they have several excellent employees, I have been seeing Ryan for several years now as have several of my family members. Ryan is extremely professional, friendly, and listens to what you want. His skills are excellent, he is so very talented. Jimmy and other management staff are very outgoing and kind, truly catering to their clients needs. It’s a beautiful place and very clean. If you need something changed (very rare) they do it without an attitude which is very hard to find. I highly recommend Blue Sky and will remain a loyal customer!

Professional service. Everyone that works here is attentive and very nice. The prices are competitive with other nail salons.I typically get my nails dipped. They have always held up for about 3 weeks before I have to go back due to nail growth.

My group of girl friends, myself, and my daughter all go to blue sky for our dip polish manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. It’s always a great experience. Everyone is very nice and it’s a very clean shop. Most of us go to Lynn, she’s the best and does an amazing job. I am very particular about my nails and Lynn never disappoints.

I did the cha-cha mani & pedi package. It was very relaxing and nice time of the massages. I would do it again.

Kelly is my nail technician. She is very meticulous and takes her time to give you the best manicure possible. She cares about her clients and is very dedicated to giving the best service and goes out of her way to make sure you leave the salon happy with every aspect of your manicure, including the color.

I am not sure who the women was but I came in for a rebase and she ripped my old acrylics off and damaged my natural nail that I wanted to preserve. I can’t tell you how many times she got up from doing my nails but I waited on her quite a while just for her to move me to another technician. The new technician was completely unaware of services I wanted and he ended up cutting my nails into a coffin shape. This was completely unprofessional; if she was going to have another technician do my nails he should have let him know what I requested. He had to completely drill off the nails that she just added on. I can’t tell you how long my nails were sore for after this incident.

Every time I go here no matter who I see does a great job on my nails. This time they blew it out of the park! I was so pleased I got Pinterest nails for the holidays. I highly recommend to everyone I meet. They take their time and make sure my nails are perfect before leaving so can be a long appointment but worth it.

My nail technician was wonderful, she professional and attentive. I left very relaxed.

Went to get acrylics for the first time. The lady said $30 so we said ok. Then she charged extra because she said it would be $20-25 for design and shape. When we were done, the final bill was $70. She said it was because my nails were long which they were not and she didn’t even tell me that it would be extra. The nails are nice but i was very disappointed by the end price. $70 is way too much for a new set of acrylics that i got.

Havent been in the area long and was looking for a shop to get my nails done. This place is okay. Have to know who to ask for. The owner is really nice and super accommodating! I always get the dip and they last 3-4 weeks. Never had the lifting problem. Never felt over priced either.

Helen provided an amazing pedicure and massage. I was so relaxed with my pedicure,I almost fell asleep when she was massaging my lower legs. Can’t wait to return!
