Good prices, great bikes and great customer service. We had first went to the bike store across the street from this place and the guys were rude/had bad attitudes . If your going to choose a bike place go to this place 20th beach & bikes they treat you right and are so helpful. I’m glad we went here.

Scott and Carl were very personable and honest stand up guys. Even though I paid for 2 hours and only rode for 1, I got refunded 1 hour back which was very nice of them. After that, I talked to them more and they are very friendly and personable beyond being professional. Scott even let to ride an electric bike afterward for free and that in itself was another amazing experience. Because of them I want to get an electric bike now! Next time you visit Newport Beach, make this place one of your stops.

I rented a surfboard from this place. I am on vacation so I wanted something fast without a lot of hassle. Within 5 minutes I had my board and was headed to the water. I also thought the prices are great and they have a good selection of a bunch of other stuff too. I did have a mishap with the board, I took on a bigger wave than I was experienced for and and ended up snapping it in half. Evan at 20th street beach and bikes took care of me with zero hassle and got me set up with a new board. These guys are awesome. Theyre easy to do business with and are pretty awesome and friendly people. Thanks for the hook up. Definitely will recommend and use again when Im back in Newport.

First and foremost Evan is amazing! He is friendly and happy and his customer service is fantastic! I rented a sweet fire engine red beach cruiser on Friday to use during my stay on Balboa as my means of transportation and it was perfect! They let me turn it in late so I could keep it until I no longer needed it which is sooooo awesome! For anyone looking for a place to rent a bicycle or anything beach related, this is the place! Go ask for Evan... he’s as legit as they come! 🌟🌟

By far the best place to rent bikes in Newport Beach. 2 brand new beach cruisers with locks and handlebar baskets, $129 total for 7 days. Other places were about twice the price. Great employees too. They remembered my wife and I from last year

Great rental place for bikes! Friendly staff helped me pick a suitable bike for my adventure to Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve, Balboa Island and back to Huntington Beach Pier. The staff were also kind enough to recommend some local places to eat and attractions along my route. Definitely coming back when I’m in town next!

Love this place! Leo (the manager) was so helpful! We rented two pedegos and the price point was amazing! As a bonus, Leo told us everything and everywhere to go! Had the best time cruising around sunny Newport Beach. Very professional and personal, would recommend this place to all my friends, especially people visiting who need help navigating the area!

The wife and I rented a tandem bike to celebrate our 28th anniversary. The online reservation process was great and when I called to tell them Id be a bit late arriving, I was treated courteously on the phone. Upon our arrival, the young man (I didnt get his name) was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. When we were shown our bike, I was a little let down as it was a standard tandem. I had been expecting a beach cruiser style bike (my fault). After a quick test ride we needed to adjust the rear seat as the handlebars were hitting the wifes knees when we peddled. I also needed them to adjust the front hand brake as it wasnt working. The same gentleman who checked us in tried to fix the brake but wasnt able to do so. His partner, who was an older guy, said something to the effect of there were still brakes and a front brake is dangerous anyhow! (Seriously, I have well over a hundred miles on mountain bikes...I know how to brake!)Overall, I was very pleased with the service we were offered but felt the quality of the bike left us a little let down. It appeared to me the rest of their bikes looked great so perhaps its just the tandem that was alittle long in the tooth. I do recommend this place and will use them again, but wanted to give this (long winded) review.

Super easy and efficient process of getting our bikes. Very reasonable pricing which includes the bike locks and helmets for the kiddos. Will definitely be back again!

These guys were great with my daughter’s surfboard and wetsuit rental. They even helped her carry it to the right beach for the best waves.

No point in going elsewhere for your bikes. The guys here are really nice, the prices are good and it is close to the beach so you can ride your bike straight on to the promenade. The bikes were very reliable and everything was made easy for us.

The bikes were great, and the people were really nice. My only complaint is that we went in toward the end of the day, and were only able to rent for 1.5 hours, but we were still charged for two hours.
