Myself and most of my family come to this All the time. I called a head of time to make an appointment for a manicure. When I got called by a girl named Lina, (first time with this lady) first attempted to make me feel humiliated. When she asked me what I wanted, and I told her I wanted a full set, ( I always get a full set) she then said that she didnt have time that I should have notified earlier. This would be the first and last time I attend this place! (My manicure was supposed to be for my wedding) so much for making you feel good for a special occasion.Thanks Pina for always being so sweet!

Salon is clean and organized. Customer service is good. Prices are reasonable 😊

Bad experience and will never go back. My friend loves this place though so this is just based off of my one and only experience. They were very unprofessional to me and my friend and they were fighting very loud and aggressively with another customer in front of EVERYONE

Were flexible with my appointment time, location was clean and up to date. Service woman was nice. Although word of advice ask before going into the side of the nail bed on pedicures, ask before trimming cuticles, and ask your client about the length they want. I for example prefer mine pretty short. All around decent experience

The customer service was very bad, I showed them a specific photo of how I wanted them to paint my nails and they said that if for painting it like that with design it was 30 dollars and in the end they ended up painting them as they wanted and making fun of one that lacks of I respect

I went here with my friends and they did a great job and for a good price we had an appointment and waited about 10 mins before being serviced but it was great and I loved the results. And they best part is I always forget to carry cash with me and you can actually pay with chase pay and Venmo which was great and amazing so I definitely will be coming back and it’s right by my friends house and the Copley hospital too. Edit: I came back last week and got my favorite black nails. Pic below.

I have tried 4 different nail salons in the past couple of months since I moved to Aurora. Too picky? I dont think so. Just believe I should get my moneys worth since its not a cheap service. So I think I finally found a great place. Fast, efficient and detailed oriented with a fair price. Im very happy with how my nails look.

It’s hard to find a good nail salon with good service. But at Bella Bella you get all you need good service techs are always nice very accommodating. Lina is always sweet and kind. I am one to not carry cash with me so the fact that they have Venmo and quick pay makes it super convenient. I have referred many people here and always get good feed back, not to mention they’re pricing is very reasonable. Thank you all for always doing a great job I always leave with a smile

I loved Jenny and I also had another nail tech before her that I adored. I don’t know what happened this time. The women who did my pedicure was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She acted as if she was doing me a favor. She didn’t exfoliate like the previous nail techs did. She didn’t apply enough polish. For them to go up on the price my feet feels so rough. I am highly upset, to be honest if it wasn’t for Jenny I would not have went back. I drove from Naperville bc I been coming to them since 2009 before the current owners. I drove from Naperville to come back to them and it was the worst experience due to the unprofessional staff. I will not go back!

Refused to do nails even though there was 50 minutes until closing. Said I could come back tomorrow but clearly they do not care about their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My sister and I used to make the drive out here because we absolutely love the main lady who is usually there was some younger girl there running the shop tonight. We will be looking for a more customer oriented place next time.

I had been very happy with the service and thought I have found the perfect nail salon for me put today as I when in to see if they can do a fill in for me ( yes I did not have an appointment and there has not had been any issues in the past) they decided it was a big problem today and kept saying rude things. I will not be going back now to find another nails salon.

It was nice and friendly staff but can be more better... they did great job with pedicure. Massaging the legs was okay just get regular pedicure instead of special save the money.

I have been coming here for a little while and it has always been a decent experience. Their pricing is very fair, they do a great job, and the staff is pretty friendly. The salon is very pretty and clean. Very affordable, the best Ive found in the area!

I had a no chip manicure done here since I wasnt able to make it to my normal place but I liked the job they did. Customer service was ok and there was no wait when I went. It seems as if they like reservations and cater to regulars. They also have a nice selection of colors to choose from.

This place is wonderful. They set aside and early appointment for my entire bridal party and me & worked on just us; they didnt even charge extra. They did a beautiful job. I dont get my nails done often, but Ive been back a handful of times and am always more than pleased with how well my nails turn out. Their prices are great and theres rarely a wait. Like I said, Im not a huge mani person, but I dont go anywhere else!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years so when I found out that the product they been telling me was gel and charged me according wasn’t I was really disappointed, I was charged for gel which is luquid like substance and they were using powder like acrylic don’t be fooled I was furious. I never have left bad feed back but I feel this needed to be said

Went here for the first time for a “NoChip”and returned 6days later with three cracked nails! Ouch!!! It started when I noticed that they were all bending. The last time there btw!! 😑Lina said it was my nails and I explained that’s it’s never happened before. That they usually never bend, chip and especially crack. She kept saying that it’s not the color that’s chipping, but my nails, yet she still applied another layer (I wasn’t going to pay for that!) So she obviously wasn’t happy. A couple of days later I had another chipped nail and the color this time along with it being cracked! In my usual spot they apply another layer and they are good for up to 2.5 weeks. That’s what I get for trying another place. My last time.

Where everyone knows your name. Just tried the new SNS dip manicure. It feels so natural and the staff wont stop till it looks perfect. Prices are reasonable and I have never been disappointed.

Friendly staff, I like the color but my nails look very unnatural and the length varies so much from one finger to the next. Maybe I was spoiled by my last manicurist I used for years but Im going to add this to the list of places I wont be back to.

Good place but does not want credit cards for tips. Bad policy. I have to go get cash before I go get my nails done. Unreasonable. Most people dont carry cash all the time! Service is good, place is clean actually a few dollars more than other shops in the area.

Came here today to get a full set done . Mind you I had made an appt for 12:00 and they had me waiting and waiting for a good two hours . And I ended up just leaving no point of having an appt when they don’t schedule the appts properly. Will never come back they lost out on a good customer .🤷🏾‍♀️🙄. Wouldn’t recommend.

I just left this place, I sat in there 30 to 45 minutes without any acknowledgement. They let two people that came in after me go before me. When I told the lady at the front that I was leaving and explained why she said ok. Terrible customer service, my first and last time coming.

This was the worst manicure I ever had. One hand nails are longer than the other. Just h a d my nails done 4days ago and I already need afill in. Will never go.back
