Shipped with This company for the first time a few weeks ago. Very fast and the price to ship 2 barrels to Jamaica was great. The barrels arrived in Jamaica in a timely fashion. My only complaint was there was a guy there that was very rude and upset at the fact that we wanted to put our own locks on the barrels. Other than that id use them again.

I will never, ever put my foot in that place again. These workers there were so discourteous. For the longest while I have never been to a place where employees treat you as if your business being there is not of importance to them. I was there from 8: 45 am and didnt get through until 2:30. Worst immigration officers ever. I must however commend that male immigration officer who at the end came out and did his best to let us get through. It seems he was the only one there who was really doing a jobWorst experience ever, this place sucks.

This shipping company is horrible when it comes to shipping your barrels to Jamaica, they steal stuff from your barrels and pretend as if nothing happen, manager contacted regarding missing stuff from barrels and did nothing to resolve issue. It seems as if your business is not important to them, they are unfair and don’t care about customers.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The driver that picked up my barrel was very nice. The person I spoke to at the office was nice also. I was was nervous after reading some of the reviews. I was unsure if this company was good. I’m glad I didn’t listen and still used them. My barrel was delivered so quickly. It took 2 weeks. Their only weak link was the driver who picked up my barrels. He did not show up during the ONE hour window that was given. What he did instead was to leave message on phone. Well it was only a 1 hour window and no one said to expect a call (from unknown number). So I called as soon as I got the message only for the driver to inform me he has left the area already! So if he WAS in the area why didn’t he go to the address? My husband had taken the time off work to help me so he was sitting in the garage by the driveway the whole time. The driver NEVER SHOWED up to my address. It was hours later after multiple calls to the office that we finally had barrels picked up. Driver displayed an abrupt careless attitude not the least bit courteous. Got the impression he had no interest in the company and the job was beneath him. Was my first time using this company. The irony is with the other company I usually ship with the driver was their best asset!!!

Items were missing from boxes that were shipped and i have called and emailed Dennis shipping but no one answered the phone and i called multiple times left a voicemail, someone stole items i cant say who but i am unable to even speak to a representative, first and last time i use these amateurs and quite possibly thieves, an absolute disgrace

If I could grade you at a negative I would. The people that you send to pick up barrels are a disgrace and very unprofessional. They talk down to people in a very condescending manner, especially the skinny one with dreads. Just plain disrespectful and lazy. They don’t need to be around people, the need to be put in the back somewhere away from customers.

From 8am to 4:30pm for 2 items (a small box and bedding) the place is being ran in chaos. And of course if you pay the right cash then your wait time is minimal.

DO NOT USE this company for your shipping!!My mother had a very small box shipped to Jamaica from the Lauderhill location in South Florida; we pay less than $100; and we were told that we would receive a follow-up call upon arrival to Jamaica for the delivery. After 4 weeks after shipping, we had to follow-up about our delivery and was informed that the delivery would cost $225.00!! I would like my box returned.Based upon some of the other reviews, it seems like this is not new occurrence that takes places. It appears many others have been charged a ridiculously high fee for the the delivery as well. Which I think its a shame because people work hard to send items to family in Jamaica and to be treated with a level of unprofessionalism and disrespect when a customer is asking about cost breakdown and smirking in that customers face is absolutely rude!I would like my box returned and I do plan on reporting to the Better Business Bureau!

The communication and customer service is very poor. My experience with this company is very bad. I have been shipping with them for a while, they told you they will call you back with info they never returned your call. More than one time they have disappointed me by telling me a shipment is going off and then they called back to tell you some types of story. If I could give a zero rating I would, they just left you hanging and very slow. They just need to be more professional and conduct their business where people can trust what they are saying, they flip flop a lot and that is not a good business practice. They need to do better, I really do not think I will be using them again.

I am so upset . First I wanted to order a barrel, I could not get anyone over the phone . So, I went to Dennis shipping and I clearly said I want the barrel to be delivered to my address. The lady took my money sent me with a reciept next door. I get next door and they tell me its not her I get my barrel to ship go back to the office. I went back to the office and I paid an additional $20.00 so I paid $70.00 in total. The lady took a while to Apologize andat the sametime she did not here me. Then they promised my barrel Thursday it never came until Monday and then when the barrel got here they were suppose to give me$10.00 back for delivery since it did not arrive on the day they said. Theyn when the driver gets here he tells me I need to pay him $70.00 after I paid already. Driver was unaware I paid .I will never ever use them again. Its my first and last expiration with them . Lastly the drives were not wearing mask and thats unacceptable.

The rep that met us was rather mean spirited and began barking at me about not helping and was incredibly gruff. THUMBS DOWN !!!!! And that is bad, because I NEVER GIVE BAD REVIEWS, until now.

I refuse to believe that this shipping company operates without insurance. Getting the insurance companys info is like pulling teeth. They have no customer service!!!!! Called for pricing and asked 2 questions trying to get clarity only to have the agent disconnect on me. What would have been new ongoing service has become advise everyone I know to not even call. Poor customer service.

The staff is an amiable, pleasant, and helpful at the Fort Lauderdales office. The price is right 👉. I cant complain about the office workers in the 🇺🇸 United States of America. But the workers in Jamaica are nonchalant, obnoxious, and belligerent in communication with the customer. The changes in the Jamaican office needs attention.
