Dont expect things to happen quickly or easily. Its been 6 months and i still dont have a leg.

It started in November for orthotic shoes and inserts. They faxed the form to my podiatrist. I waited 2 weeks and called to find out when to make an appointment. They said they needed info from my primary. I would have never known that this was needed if I didnt call Hanger. They faxed to my primary, I waited a week and called hanger. They said it was incomplete because it was missing case notes. I contacted my primary and they faxed 16 pages of notes which Hanger said that they didnt receive. Again, I would never have found out if I didnt contact hanger top find out the progress. My primary faxed the notes again. I called Hanger 2 days later and they said that they needed the primarys code. Again, I would have never found out if I didnt call Hanger to find out the progress. They also said that they never received info from the podiatrist which they have previously said that they did. It seems that I had to do all the foot work. Now it is too late to process because this must be completed by the end of the month to be covered by insurance. Now I am stuck and at this point will not recommend to anyone and will also explain my concerns to my insurance company
